This place always is considered as a repeat meal for us while visiting the Camarillo Outlets / Promenade. Food is made when ordered and is delicious. Great tasting & satisfying meal at a reasonable price. They have an app that accumulates points for discounts or freebies.

It was as good as it looks! Forgot the name of the meat 🍖 but it was promoted as grass fed so I went with it. Will definitely keep this one in mind!Employees were awesome and the cook obviously knew what he was doing!! Two thumbs up 👍😁👍

This place is awesome. Never heard of it before today but now I want one where I live. The food was so good. I’m always wary ordering Mongolian Beef from any place. Because it’s either really good...or really mediocre. And this place nailed it! So good! Worth the wait. Hot n Fresh and delicious!!!!

The brown rice is under cooked and taste horrible - It is like eating instant rice that wasnt hydrated enough. The Mongolian Beef was way too chewy. Both onions were raw and way too strong - they werent cooked at all - They were very crunchy. The noodles had a texture that said, I was thrown into the bottom of a to-go container and soaked up all the juice, so I am kind of soggy and yet crunchy still. The sweet and sour chicken was a to-go container full of watered down chicken, so the breading on the chicken was soggy and wet. The coconut curry taste horrible - there is no creamy flavor - it is just spicy chicken and veggies. Ive never had such bad take out in my life honestly.

I tried one piece of beef, and one piece of extremely undercooked broccoli, which was on top of a bed of the driest rice Ive ever had in my life. It all went into the trash can. Ill never order food from here ever again. Absolutely disgusting. Wouldnt recommend to anyone at all, ever.

I went there for the first time today and I thought the food in the service was excellent. The server I think her name is Jessica was top notch. She was there by herself And there are few other people there ordering and she took care of us very quickly she was very polite and kept a smile on her face and very friendly. She made my visit worthwhile and I will definitely be back

This was our first time and we were completely satisfied with our order. I will admit at first glance I thought there were too many options on the menus for me to just glance up and make a decision. Our cashier was very kind and showed us the menus they had on the counter and made a couple of recommendations. The food looked and smelled amazing but once it hit our mouth it’s like our taste buds were having a dance party. This definitely had us wanting more towards the end of the night. I highly recommend it as prices are moderate.

Ordered online and then went in to pick it up. It was quick and easy. Love their food. We got 2 lunch specials which come with an entree, rice or chow mein and an egg roll or wonton. We ordered a kids meal for my daughter and she loved it too.

Pick Up Stix appears to have gone through many reinventions over the years and version 2021 is just not very good.I assume the Pad Thai was missing peanuts as an error but overall the sauces just werent very good. I did get a side of teriyaki sauce as I anticipated that I may need to add an extra flavor and that was not good either. Everything seems to be vinegar based and unlike the competition PuS (unfortunate abreviation) just have inferior flavor profiles & sauces. Panda Express can have consistency issues but arguably their teriyaki sauce is good enough to cover up many sins! PuS sauces add nothing, only detract and add a flavor that is not so nice.May have been unlucky with my menu choice but nothing about it gives me any desire to go back!

Fresh and always tasty! If your looking for more Vegan/Vegetarian options, definitely check it Pick Up Stix over the competitor down the street with the bear logo. More options for tofu substitutes. Word of caution on the spicy level, it varies from location to location.

Tried to order food before 9 pm as there website is listed they are open until 9 pm. Currently sitting outside the location as they have closed before the time listed on the website and the door. Since when can you not order food at 8:55 pm? I know it’s inconvenient but the outlet mall states they are open until 9 pm. I am a GREAT customer and very disappointed. I even called the store prior and they said I couldn’t order food because their “kitchen was closed”. Will be calling their management team as this is unacceptable.

Worst service I got for the day. Staff put too much sauce in the container without letting me know. Sauce all over my napkins and containers. When I went in not even a greet or Ill be right with you greet. Staff at Oxnard esplanade were better than the outlet. Management needs to retrain staff.

This was my first time eating pick up stix and Im so disappointed with the quality of the food! I got the kung pow chicken and it had NO Pow at all, no flavor and no heat! I will not be go in ng back to this or any location, which is a bummer, I was really hoping that it would be a new location I could add to my favorites! Sad... sad...sad...

I got pick up from here and it was surprisingly really good. I got kung pao beef, chow mein, and house special chicken.I used the online system and like it better because I felt like I knew exactly what was in each dish and could easily modify it to spicy and the add ons are fairly reasonable.

I came all most 2 or 3 days a week to get wonton soup.Well today I didnt get the same.I usually get soup, little empty bowl, some can of crakers, a spoon, napkins and a good Service.Since I walk in I new whats going to happen.Looks like the girl in front dont want to be there. I wait a little while untill one of the cooks said(Ill be right whit you)What a good Service.Now Im eating with out spoon and missing my yummy crackers. 😢👎

Got the chicken thai curry. Chicken was rubbery and not much of it. The flavor was good and veggies were firm. Rice was little under cooked. It should have been a dollar or two less.
