The orange chicken chow mein was drenched in soy sauce as shown in the pictures I took, the kids didn’t like it cause it was too sweet cause of all the soy. I will not be coming here anymore, I’ve learned my lesson to only eat Chinese food at authentic chinese restaurants.

Came here and food that I got was horrible, never coming here again, I went from Panda Express to here thinking it will be better but A Bigg No” I ordered Chow mein and dude recommended the honey chincken I was actually thinking fire cracker chicken but I went with his recommendation. When k got home the noodles was Trash! They were so soggie and nasty looking (brown color) not tasting anything like chow Mein.. and the honey chicken was horrible and I ordered extra too SMDH. Either you guys need a new cook cuz he is not meeting the expectations.. I ended up throwing food away! Never ever coming back to this place! And I paid $14 and Change .. ridiculousness!

Had a good experience tonight. Nice location. Lady at front was polite. Got my food to go and it was delicious and wonderful and flavorful. Honestly its what i expect from pick up stix, so NO complaints here. The place itself looked cleaned and maintained. 👍👌🤠😁

Excellent service excellent food. We had a ordered a large order for next day pick up. It was ready and perfect. We had ordered other places stuff was missing or cold not here. The Jamboree location has an excellent staff. Our food was hot and delicious. The staff very helpful and polite. Will definitely order from here again. Thank you Pick Up Stix.

So I tried pick up stix today for the first time. Not impressed. It was hotter inside then out side. My order took forever. I finally ate outside.20 mins later my egg rolls came. It was not busy. Very slow. Food was good but not worth prices

Beware. These guys are selling a Family Pack for over $35. The thing is you get 2 entrees that look like they belong on a combo plate. You can get the 2 entrees and eggrolls to feed 3 people for about $27I can eat this Family pack by myselfThey put it in a fancy expensive container so they can over charge you.RIP OFF!

I DoorDashed Kung Pao chicken and specifically noted I needed spicy despite Kung pao chicken being spicy by itself from Pick up stix.m but the dish was sweet. Just threw in a few red chilies and a ton of sauce which was not well cooked ..I wanted to give it a try here but will never order again I think

Couldnt even get an order in. Terrible service. Tried to call to order on the way, nobody bothered to pick up. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before getting told that theyll take my order in a minute. I waited 10 and left. Dont know whose orders theyre prioritizing making but if they cant bother to even take an order, by phone or in person you dont deserve my business.

We ordered food for curbside service and arrived at the specified time and called to let them know as instructed. Over the next 20 minutes or so we saw 2 customers who were already waiting inside get their food; then 1 who walked in and picked up probably another pre-order. Then we saw 1 walk-in get his food so we went inside to ask... Our food was on the counter, IDK for how long. Got home and the food was just okay.

I always had issues when coming to this location but at least the food was always fine so I never complained until now.I was planning on ordering but if you order from the app, delivery is 8 dollars? And if going through doordash or postmates everything is over a dollar more?! And I end up paying almost the 8 dollars plus the delivery fees? Nah. Not service oriented at all.

I order the same thing everytime: house special fried rice extra egg and fried rice veggies. The receipt fails to list out extras. The order had to made 3 times because they did not make it right the first two. I waited 45 minutes for my order even with 3 cooks and two up front. I was charged just over $15 for that and large drink. No fortune in the cookie. Tables were not clean i didnt go into the restroom. I wasnt welcomed or thanked.

I wont be giving u a 4 th time to mess up my order usually my go to place but this was the third time I’ve had problems getting my order correct and leaving my picky kid w no food that he likes to eat, And technically today they re made it Twice and still got it wrong.. sorry but $40 for food to not be eaten then I still have to stop n get food for kid. Sorry but this unemployed single parent recommends supporting other local businesses if u decide to do takeout..

We don’t get food from Pick Up Stix very often and it will be a long time before we do again. I placed an order on the Pick Up Stix Tustin website this morning for delivery at 6:00 this evening. I got a confirmation email soon after. At around 5:30 I got a text saying that my order was being delivered at 6:00. Shortly thereafter I got another text saying that my order was confirmed for 5:45-6:15 and they would let me know when it leaves. Then at 6:00 I get a text saying that my order has been canceled. I called them and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to find out that they couldn’t locate my order. They said they would check into it and call me back. I never heard back. No explanation. No apologies. Nothing.

Based by the type of greeting I received that alone should of told me what to expect on food. I have only been to PUS 1 other time and its been awhile since then. So, when I walked up to the counter and ask A. Bayan name on my receipt, what she recommended? She stared at me for a silent moment rolled her eyes at me and preceded to say everything is good. It was obvious that I was not important enough to her and I was bothering her. This made me feel very awkward especially since I was had people behind me I didnt want to make a fuss and just paid for orange chicken and rice and decided to leave. The orange chicken was bland and soggy. I took 3 bites and throw it out. Worse 12 bucks I ever spent.

I tried to be a vegetarian. It lasted six weeks. My favorite thing ever was their firecracker tofu with brown rice. It is delicious! So if you want to be a 6 week vegetarian visit here. Often.

I think after years of trying to figure out their menu they finally have gotten there but service in particular with the cooks is terrible. Was there last week for lunch... I was the second person after they opened up and the cook was messing around n didnt get my lunch until much later...
