I ordered online and did a pick-up. I always try to arrive about 5 minutes before my estimated pick-up time, and when I got there, my food was already waiting for me, which was awesome. My husband and I shared the three person family value pack. The portions were great, and it was enough for both of us. We had leftovers of some of the entree and rice. I dont think Id recommend it for three full sized adults, but if it were two adults and a kid who doesnt eat much, then that would probably be good. I rated the food four stars because the chocolate dipped fortune cookies were probably the worst dessert Ive ever had. They were hard as bricks, and the chocolate looked kinda weird. BUT they also gave us regular fortune cookies, which were great. Also, the honey chicken wasnt what I expected. It wasnt bad, but it didnt really taste like honey. It had more of a sweet and sour type taste. Again, its not bad, but I wouldnt order it if youre actually looking for that honey flavor. Service was quick and friendly. Will for sure go back!

I came in to order take out and just like another review said, the woman attendant completely ignored me at the register. As I waited patiently, another customer came in and approched the pick up counter to my right and was served his carry out by her. She then walked passed me going back to fiddling with some trays to my left. She clearly knew I was there. I decided to leave and when I did, I turned back and saw her and a cook in the back chuckling. I guess some kind of inside joke.

Walked in yesterday to place an order at the Alton location and the place was completely empty. While the young girl was at the register, she didnt acknowledge me, didnt look at me until I greeted her myself. I started to give her my order and she tells me to give her a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes and watching her move around slowly while reading and shuffling receipts, I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Im a patient person but it was clear to me she had no interest in taking my order. Poor customer service!

Where else can you get freshly made, quick and affordable Vegetarian Fried Rice or Pad Thai with Tofu for lunch quickly? I enjoy my visits to Pick Up Stix on Alton in Irvine, especially after the lunch hour when its less crowded. The managers and team are quite friendly. The restaurant is always clean. And I love the feeling of extra space. Oh, and the food tastes pretty good and is quite filling... enough to get you going until dinner. The Veggie Fried Rice comes with eggs, and you can ask them to hold the eggs (for Vegans.)

Came here during peak lunch hours and parking here was crazy. Not only that, but since theres construction going on, it limits the spots even more. The lines here at Pick Up Stix was not too bad compared to the other restaurants so I decided to go with this one.First, out of everything here, the customer service was by far the best I have ever received from a fast food chinese restaurant. I ordered the House Chicken Lunch Combo which comes with the House Chicken, white rice, and a side of some Cream Cheese Wontons. The chicken was good but sort of salty, and everything else was just close to good, but still decent. It is a little pricey here unless you opt for the lunch special which makes things a $1 cheaper than it normally is.

I ordered the house special chicken. So bummed out. It was totally burnt at the bottom of the order and so I couldnt finish. The rice had way too much water so it was mushy, and if youre gonna get the chicken and garlic, save yourself a few bucks and just get the vegetarian option...No chicken. The chow mein was pretty good, but really expensive at 8 bucks for one box. Probably a good idea to Just go somewhere else locally for more food at a better deal.

Irvine Alton location. Food is getting worse and worse in the evening. Ordered beef and broccoli. Used to having nice tender beef and a lot of broccoli. We got tough deep fried beef and 80% carrots. Try your order before you leave. Nothing worse than getting home after a hard day and a horrible high price dinner.

Good food great for a quick bite to eat. Staff was really friendly. Lunch specials are a great option if you go before 3pm. Love to use app to collects cookies for free food

Really disappointed, the chicken chow mein and tofu chow mein tasted sweet!? Thats the weirdest thing ever in my opinion (not sure if chow mein should be sweet?). The house Special chicken smelled like straight up dog food also looked like dog food, we actually ended up giving it to the dog. The egg rolls and spring rolls were really good though but unfortunately thats all that we enjoyed.
