This was my third time visiting Pick Up Stix. Its a bit pricy but I appreciate the fresh cooked meals and bold flavors. The cashew chicken and honey chicken are some of my favorites. Tje chow mein by itself is also very tasty. Wish there were more beef varieties but I still enjoy whats on the menu. Good portion sizes and great customer service. Simply put, very clean eating and flavorful dishes. I always make it a habit to go here for lunch/dinner when Im in the San Dimas area. I also love that there is designated parking just for pick up, as this area gets packed!

Went there a few days ago. The manager realized my order was wrong. She let me keep the wrong order and had my correct meal prepared. Since it was my first time ordering this meal I didnt know it wasnt what I ordered. I appreciate the manager being honest and bringing me the correct meal. Will be back!!

Today my husband & I visited this location for lunch. It was our first time at this one. We had some old gift certificates that I found & we wanted to use. The manager Bre was kind & thoughtful. The food was fantastic. Fresh & Tasty. It was a wonderful visit & we will definitely be going back. Clean, fast & friendly.Thank you Pick Up Stix Team.

Yummy way to enjoy inexpensive Chinese food that isnt the other place. Even though its fast food we enjoyed our sit down experience and the staff were coming by to make sure we were enjoying our meal and had everything we needed.

My husband and I came here for an early dinner. Ordered one combo plate, side dish of steamed pot stickers (4pcs), salmon salad and crispy shrimp and a soda. Total cost $41.86 + $5 tip. = 46.86Not worth the price at all. Nothing special about this place. Most of all their food is mediocre. For the price we paid we could have gone to an up scale chinese restaurant with lunch specials inclusive of soup and salad.As you enter, the floors were sticky and someBits of trash lying around which any of their employees could easily sweep up. Some tables were not wiped and cleaned up.We need a good clean Asian restaurant in the San Dimas area.

I ordered a lunch special through Uber Eats and the driver delivered The Habit to my door. Mind you I have the drivers leave the food at my door so I could not correct the mistake. I called the driver 7 times in hopes they could bring my order but they did not answer. I work night shift and am too tired to cook or get food so delivery is the way to go. I decided to go to Pick Up Stix to place another order. By time I got here the lunch special time frame had ended but the nice gentleman, who I presume is the manager made an exception for me and made a lunch special for me. Great customer service!! Food is average portions are small. I usually only eat here when I have a coupon. I cannot see paying so much for such a small portion size. The food is made to order which is why I prefer this place over Panda. My little one loves the chocolate covered fortune cookies. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared pretty quick for being made to order.

The firecracker tofu and chow mien with vegetables was very delicious. The beef and broccoli and fried rice was cooked great. The area where you get the drinks needs a little more attention because there was a lot of spiled soda.

We normally love Pick Up Stix and have dinner there every chance we get. Unfortunately our meal last night was not up to their usual standards. I had the Teriyaki chicken and my wife had the bourbon chicken. They over grilled the chicken which left it with a bitter flavor. My wife took hers back and they gladly replaced it and while the chicken was better it still was way over grilled. We have eaten at this location multiple times with no issue so assume was a one off experience.

They are not following Covid 19 safety protocols. Restaurant was packed on 1/2/21, ignoring their 5 person maximum. I attempted to wait outside for my order, but they were not communicating with the people outside. I had to cancel my order because I didn’t feel comfortable inside, doors closed and stuffy. I would not be surprised if people there get Covid. Also if you order through grub hub they do not check the computer for your order. Manager did not handle the situation well at all.

The staff is competent and friendly. Service is fast. Food could be fresher. The shrimp in the Kung Pao shrimp was tough, like it had been cooked long before and kept heated. The broccoli in the Thai Sweet Chili was overcooked. Wont be going back.

I just received my Postmates order from Pick Up Stix. It included a surprise, what I first suspected to be a pepper pod, turned out to be a cardboard piece from a box. Postmates refunded my dish, but that is just weak customer service. Sorely Disappointed and Lunchless.

This was my favorite place to eat. On 12-4-19 I wad ready to order the cashier rudely and confrontationally said they were out of bourbon chicken. I asked if they were making more he did not know Im not redponsible for this place he said (refused to say his name). I asked for the store manager he said he did not know who the manager was. He then turned and started to bad mouth me with his co workers and to make hand gestures. III never patronice such a place. So thanks for the previous times. You lost around 10 customers. I aint going back👎

Ordered 3 large wonton soups for 6.95 each, only got 3 wontons! One per container. In regards to the response from Pick Up Stix - We ordered this soup on Saturday 12/21 and on serving the soup discovered we only received the 3 Wontons, 1 per LARGE CONTAINER of WONTON SOUP I immediately called the the Glendora store where we purchased the soup from - I spoke to EVAN in the course of the conversation I gave him my name and my phone number, EVAN promised me that the DISTRICT MANAGER would call me FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING - NO ONE CALLED ME not even the store manager! There are plenty of Asian places in the area that will give you your monies worth. Every time I have ordered Wonton Soup I have always had several wontons in it. HOW PATHETIC YOUR PORTIONS ARE! You guys had your chances and you blew it both times!

Went to eat with my daughter, got our food. Wasnt the exact order and my rice was cold!! Blonde girl goes it cant be he just made it!! Im like I can stick my whole finger in it and it is cold!!! She got mad walked away through it literally in the trash!! I was like Im done asked for my money back and we left!! The Blonde girl kept shaking her head as I was talking to manager!! I like the Flavor of the food at Pick Up Stix I like the bourbon chicken I like the broccoli beef but have a complaint it says broccoli beef but they pile carrots in there also and the carrots are sliced on the diagonal and theyre really yuck theres no flavor in them plus they put too many carrots in and theres no one you can call to complain to at a corporate office or a customer service phone lineI enjoy Pick Up Stix’s food flavors but I have not been there rarely any more because I am doing low carbs and they only offer riceThey need to supplement a veggie for the rice or something that’s low carb

Yes I like the food but there is a person in the afternoon who serves and you fast less food, not all of me have gone. I have to buy twice from the same person and he gives me little food and other people. No, lets see if later I get lucky and get another person.
