The pizzas were good. The issue is that the tables do not get cleaned. There’s also no table service but tip is requested at the counter at a recommended rate of a minimum of 15%. I’m not against tipping and I actually did tip 15% given that it’s Thanksgiving week. But we did stand there and wait for them to take our order while they were making the online orders first. There was a lineup at the location at dinner time and priority was given to the online orders. See the cleaning wipes after we used our own wipes to clean the table.

Diego is such a hard-working employee at this Pieology! Loved seeing their enthusiasm and enjoyed seeing how much care and love they put into their pizzas. Thanks Diego for the wonderful service (table service was just amazing!!!!) Would recommend :)

Maybe I caught it on a bad night but extremely horrible customer service. Stood there for at least 5 mins before I was even greeted by the two employees who were standing 4 feet in front of me. The guy then says I’ll be right with you, comes back a minute later and begins to make a take out order lol. McDonald’s has better service than this establishment!

I love Pieology! There food and environment is great. I always get extra cheese and chicken at no additional charge. This time I tried their new thicker crust and it was good, but if I had to pick between the new or traditional crust, I would go for traditional. The thick crust is definitely worth a tired if you havent tried it.

One of my favorite customized pizza. Must try combination :Thin pizza, garlic butter, 3 cheese Alfredo,mozrella, parm, spinach, olives, artichoke, red pepper, capsicum,chicken,red onion, tomato, mushroom,basil,cilantro,pesto n ranch after bake .

I can’t have regular pizza anymore due to dietary limitations; I order the cauliflower pizza crust, and get extra pesto sauce on the side. Believe me, you will be ordering once a week once you taste it.

I highly recommend the bone-in chicken wings! We also ordered the cauliflower crust pizza for the first time and the whole meal was delicious. The pizza crust was really good actually. The wings were a great compliment to the pizza too. They have a nice sauce station that lets you choose 6 different sauces to eat with you wings. Dillon was very welcoming when we arrived and helpful to suggest we try the wings.I loved how the kitchen has a sign that says “research and development”, very clever.

👎 . Only one person working (who seemed to be in training because he moved very slowly) made me wait 15 while he slowly made 2 online orders. Wouldnt have complained if my pizza wasnt soft and undercooked.

The workers are very kind and accommodating. The pizza is delicious. The ingredients are very fresh and the pizza is cooked to order. You can add as many or as few toppings as you like.
