I went to Pieology for my Birthday this month and it was my first time at this location. The Service from 🙏🏽 Dylanthe shift manager was amazing and top notch. He even took the time to put my girlfriends pizza back in the oven and add toppings.🙌🏾 Chris is A true Artist and master of the pizza craft he built me & my girlfriends pizza is beyond what I would of expected. My brother told me about the pielogy rewards and I signed up definitely worth it and they will have my business and time for Life... Thank you both for making my Birthday a Special one🙏🏽🙌🏾👊🏽🍻🎂Greg

YEYMI IS AMAZING!I used to get Pieology all the time in high school. I haven’t had Pieology in a while due to having a bad experience at another location. I was craving it so I decided to stop by this location.I had a GREAT experience. I always get the same order and always ask for extra extra chicken. Any other location I’ve been to, I’ve had to ask for more chicken over and over again. The location mentioned above that caused me to take a break from Pieology had an employee that gave me attitude for asking for extra.Today, I was helped by YEYMI and she was so sweet. I didn’t even have to ask for more chicken. She understood what I meant when I said extra extra, haha. I will definitely come back to this location in particular due to having such a great experience.Employees really do make a difference when trying to retain customers. I have always loved the food at Pieology, but took a long break due to one upsetting experience. I will definitely be getting my Pieology fix more often now!

Great. Choose your crust and then your brush-on oil. Choose a sauce and the select from a wide variety of toppings. Vegan offerings as well. Very polite and helpful staff who guide you through the process. Reasonably priced.

This location is open for dine in and outdoor dining along with pickup and delivery. They are usually busy in the evening around dinner time. I like Pieology because they make the pizza fresh in front of you while you choose what you would like on the pizza. The pizza is considered a personal pizza however I shared some slices cause theirs a lot. The pizza comes right out of the oven and is ready to enjoy. Order everything you like on your pizza for under $15 its a super affordable deal! Super fast and fresh quality. They offer gluten free crust as well as cauliflower. My personal favorite crust is their pie rise thick crust. If your a pizza lover I recommend trying out Pieology.

This place burned our pizzas. We didnt even realized it until we got home. And it tasted so bitter. Top side is undercooked, but the bottom was really burnt. They didnt even care to clean out their oven and I cant believe they gave us the two pizzas thats really burnt. No wonder our thick crust pizzas were done cooking in under 5 minutes. Other places constantly check and rotate the pizzas while its being cooked, not this place.

By far one of the worst Pieology I’ve ever been to. I ordered thin crust, they gave me pie rise,l. The employee who was making my food was extremely rude (Anh) not just with me, with anyone who was ordering. Acted like this is the last place he wanted to be in. When I brought it up to the cashier she was also very nonchalant about it. After waiting 25 mins in line she tells me you want me to refund you? Very unfortunate, this place used to me amazing.

I dont know if they changed their dough but my pizza was very thin even though I asked for thick pie rise. It was beyond crunchy. I couldnt bite the crust without me tugging to take the bite. I was expecting it to be more bread dough consistency but it was more tough cracker texture.

I own a restaurant which is why I am I am extremely picky about where I like to eat on my rare days off. I just discovered Piology in Huntington Beach and give it my enthusiastic 5 stars. Fresh quality ingredients, quickly prepared, friendly staff, fast service, clean restaurant interior. I have found a new favorite place to play hookie when Im not eating at my own place! Best customer service, hands down. There was one young man serving the entire front store- from making pizzas to giving out boxes/napkins. Even being short staffed, he handled at least 4 customers while helping me and did so with poise, kindness, and excellent service. He never once showed he was feeling frazzled or rushed, though I wouldnt have put it past him! Jaycob helped me with my order that never went through online and exceeded my expectations. We enjoy coming to this Pieology location and will continue to do so- THANK YOU!!!

We arrived at 1pm on 4/2 (today), walked in and the Employee stated they weren’t open until 1:30pm. I asked why their door was unlocked to allow people to dine in and was ignored. When checking their store hours for today it states they were open at 9:30am. Why would they not be open til 1:30pm on a Sunday at a chain restaurant, but allow for people to walk in?

One young man, perhaps the manager/owner.... was pleasantly welcoming our return ..... nobody positively remembers me..... its always negative. .So I was very happy abiut them remembering me. As covid flows by the air.. I especially appreciate that the place is clean.. and that before I finish my first cup of soda.... they are ok with me asking for that second refill cup. This is 1 of my favorite go to place. Your pizza designed by you. I recommend to get the cauliflower crust which in my opinion is tastier and also healthier. The staff is always patient and takes their time to help you make the pizza exactly how you want it. Their assorted drinks that they make are truly refreshing. I like to mix a few flavors together for the perfect tasty beverage. When the dining re-opens they also have beer and other adult beverages if you choose. Also if you are Military they give you a special discount. Very affordable for a meal. Cant wait to go back.

Update: Still terrible service. Updated to 1 star due to the shift lead/manager literally rushing the other employee. Also the pizza quality has declined severely.The food was great, but for some reason all the employees had a bad attitude. I have worked in food service before and I totally understand the feeling of having a bad day, but I have visited this Pieology location several times and without fail, every time the employees are rude and impatient. Pizza is solid though. Employees are weak.

For those toxic positive individuals in the crowd, Ill state outright that I hold high standards as it concerns the quality of pizza. It can be a difficult task to satisfy my rare pizza cravings, but there are many who have managed to do it with ease. However, Pieology is another in an even longer list of those who brought me nothing more than utter disappointment.I ordered a gluten free pizza with black olives and onions, and for twenty-five bucks I was expecting something more on the edible side. Take into account that I could care less if a tiny pizza is as pricey as sixty dollars if it is delicious, but this pizza was anything but worth its price. Id go as far as calling it an egregious example of what pizza should be.The gluten free pizza I ordered was thin, the toppings were so scarce that I couldve ordered all cheese and thered be no difference, and worst of all they didnt cook it to a nice crisp. I cant stand biting into a, doughy, undercooked pizza, and everyone knows that gluten free pizza needs to be cooked longer than your standard dish to get that proper crisp. To add onto my distaste for the culinary experience Pieology offered, the pizza was very oily and covered everything in a nasty residue.Id totally give this place another shot if the price matched the quality, but after being handed this level of careless pizza creation I dont feel confident in spending any money here again. Cest la vie!

I specified tomato sauce, practically none appeared, I asked for garlic, none again, sausage reminded me of dog food, pizza was overcooked, dry, hard and without flavor. Very cool place you got to choose type of pizza crust thickness numerous different sauces cheeses and toppings they also have pizza salad lunch combos and numerous flavors of lemonade you can add a drink to there salad mini pizza special for a dollar extra. Love the gluten free crust. I cant have gluten, but my husband can. Pieology is the perfect solution. The staff was well trained and asked if I needed them to change their gloves to prevent cross contamination. The crust was crispy, and the cheese gooey, literally everything I love in pizza. Expensive and they didnt spread sauce to edges with normal size crust had to ask for more cheese because they barely put any on. Wanted vegan crust and the gluten free crust isnt fresh and they charge $2.50 extra which is ridiculous. The new plant protiens they put on is a dollar per ounce and they literally put three tiny sausage rounds on the pizza and three chunks of chicken which is ridiculous. When I arrived there was no one in line but they had online orders and they took care of those before serving the actual customers in front of them and had me wait.

T had been a few years since I had eaten at a Pieology. Recently visited the westminster location. They now offer wings as well as different crust options, including deep dish, thicker, and even cauliflower crust.The staff was very friendly and nice. The line was kept moving and did not have to wait long to get our order. The wings are fried and they have about 6 options options for sauces, which you serve yourself, so you can try them all. I tried the Mango Habanero, Ranch, Red Hot and Garlic Parmesan. My favorite was the Mango Habanero, it had a very nice blend of sweet and spice; but not overwhelming.They have a large selection of beverages. Lemonades, teas and fountain drinks ( Coke ). Enjoyed my visit and will be coming back.

I went to have lunch with my sister here, I asked for the lunch special. They had a flyer outside the restaurant .They said I was too late it ended at 2pm it was 2:13pm I understood that. But awhile I was choosing the toppings for my pizza there is a man who came in and asked for the lunch special . My son requested this for his birthday lunch so we all came here & all agreed that its the best one of the Pieology chain. They not only honored my birthday coupon but they also comped his pizza because it was his birthday. Not only is everyone here super friendly & engaging with smiles that make you automatically happy, but the variety of ingredients they use for making the pizzas are fresh & tasteful! Jessica, Victoria & Danyel started our lunch with a smile & Josh, General Manager, wrapped it all up with giving us a yummy dessert pizza on the house!
