The pizza’s were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. Issues such as this falls squarely on the shoulders of ownership and the management team.

Picked up our ooey gooey garlic cheese bread and pizza today and asked for extra marinara sauce because they give One little container for the whole pie and was told it cost $1 for extra sauce. Cant believe that marinara cost that much lol. Come home and find out the pie was burnt. Been coming here for years but I believe I will now give other pizzeria a try.

We have been here several times and it was all good, but today the take-out experience was very disappointing. Both of our pizzas have lots of burnt crum underneath. I suspect that the restaurant staff did not properly clean the grill or tray in the oven. I know their pizza isn’t usually like this so it completely ruined the taste. Our fingers and mouth were all black while eating. Very unsatisfied with this experience and would like to talk to a manager.

The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast as possible without really helping anyone.The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas.The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off.Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.

We dropped by this Pieology on our way out of town.The pizza was filling but the experience wasn’t the most pleasant when ordering.We came in on 4/16/22 at around 6:45pm. There was a worker who was wearing a multicolor mask. It was a bit of a bummer to see how she put the ingredients in our pizza. She didn’t space them out very well. Often she would just kind of plop them in the middle of the pizza. The way she was making them made it look like she really didn’t want to be there. There was no love being put into our pies.Maybe she needs some sprinkle/ topping spread training… as ridiculous as that sounds.She also kept asking if “that was all” pretty much before you could fully get out the last thing you were saying.Somehow? After the bake, the pizzas looked pretty good. The ingredients seem to have evened out a bit. Maybe the baker man had enough olive for the two of them 😅.Initially I was quite out off by our group’s interactions when making the pizza.. but it turned out alright in the end.Pizza’s pizza you know?

I come to this Pieology often and I’ll continue to patronize this place. The staff here always works so hard and trying their best to help out with the lines.Management needs to staff this place better. This shift could have easily used 3 more people helping. People were getting burnt pizzas, trash wasn’t taken out and the bathrooms could have used some tidying. The trash bins outside were also overflowing with pizza boxes.

We ordered a kids pizza us 2 others online for pick up. The boxes were taped, we live 20 minutes away, when we got home and opened the boxes, we had 2 pizzas and the box with the receipt taped to it, which should have been the kids pizza was a jalapeño cheese bread. I tried calling the store several times and the phone doesn’t work. I had to go out and purchase a kids meal elsewhere.

Nothing in the world is better than build your own pizza! They have a great selection of sauce, cheese, veggies and meats.Pizzas come out of the oven perfect every time. The staff is very friendly and make the customers feel welcome.Dont worry if there is a long line, it moves fast.

Found a long strand of hair in my pizza, embedded into the cheese. This was Wednesday before noon time. Avoid eating at this location during that time. Incredibly disturbing and wouldve asked for a refund had I not ordered to go.
