2022-07-24 21:16:28Shady business and does not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service and work ethic Ive seen in a long time. I ordered a couple pizzas and was waiting way to long because normally they come out quick. When I looked by the oven the pizzas were smoking and completely black. They completely burnt both of them because they were not paying attention and seemed like they were all high. The supposed manager on duty was no help and had very horrible customer service skills. And when they noticed that the pizzas were burnt, they all ran in the back and couldnt be found for a couple minutes. Maybe because they were embarrassed or maybe they were so high they didnt know what to do. They came back eventually after I was awkwardly waiting several minutes and remade the pizzas but one of them were also burnt. And they didnt care to help us or make another one for us or offer a refund. Jonathan Michael and Marcus where the ones in the store and they were extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping or solving the issue, they continued to argue and say Im wrong and that they cant make another one or offer a refund. I left the burnt inedible pizza on the counter and they threw it away. So I’m out of my money and a pizza. Even though I paid for it. Their receipt machine also didnt work so they didnt give me a receipt. They said they don’t have straws or lids for the cups. Kitchen area was filthy. Also it says cash only on the door but when I used my card it worked perfectly fine. Just an overall shady and unprofessional experience. Never in a million years would I think a professional establishment like this would treat their customers so horribly and steal from them.

2023-12-02 02:23:18My complaint is 1000% on management!!Its 530pm, Friday night, its 1st of the month, and its Christmas season!?!...they have 1 lone employee? really? Wasnt like it was 10 mins, you could tell the kid was mid shift or end of shift. Be lucky I didnt get a pic of the old basil. This guy became a pizza making machine. To the solel employee!! Great job young man you were very professional and held your frustration. Greaaat job on no cross contamination!! Your humbleness will lead you to big things..

2023-07-18 18:32:27Brought wife and kids in for the first time. I would have given this location five stars however the dining room was filthy with trash everywhere on the floor. Would have given customer service a five however Im greeted with young stoners and faces full of tattoos. Not sure how progressive a pizza joint needs to be. Pleasantly surprised with the taste and consistency of the food though.

2023-10-20 04:58:59I ventured into a place they grandly call Pieiology, and let me tell you, its like a terrible comedy act in action, but lets keep the name out of it for now. Heres the inside scoop on this culinary catastrophe. The food, well, its a wild rollercoaster of flavor – spiraling down to the depths of tastelessness. But the real showstopper, the absolute pièce de résistance, is that oregano jar. Id provide the evidence on my Google review, but lets just say it should be in quarantine for public health. Now, about the napkins, tissues, and other essentials – when I dared to inquire, the answer was a rehearsed chorus of we just ran out of it. This happened for each item separately, in case you were wondering.Tables? Forget about them being clean. The price? Well, it was supposed to be $3.25, but I ended up forking over nearly $11.00, and their explanation? Its just for the crust. Talk about a bait and switch. Its not just your wallet at stake – its your well-being. The floor near the drinks area looks like a watery maze. Somethings awry, no doubt about it. And the place was eerily devoid of patrons.I was almost alone in this comedy of errors, and when I, just like the person ahead of me, asked for a receipt, it was like asking for a unicorn. In the words of an astute observer, Forget this dump! Protect your wallet and your health. These folks are up to some shenanigans, and its a full-blown disaster.👍 Please give this review a thumbs up if it resonates with you, and I sincerely thank you for your support.

2023-06-16 04:37:371st visit on 5/25 was excellent and left a very good impression. The gentleman who helped with my order was super helpful and even helped with suggestions. First time at Pieology and had been raving about the pizza I ordered.2nd visit 6/15 was horrible. I ordered the exact same thing from my first visit (mushroom truffle w marinara sauce instead+ pepperoni). The worker named Melody (night shift) said okay and the pizza goes to the over but without the pepperoni. At the time of ordering, I wasnt told I couldnt add a topping. I wasnt told I couldnt even order it that way even though I had ordered it before. I told her if she cant charge the order differently then I dont want it. Im going to pay what I ordered. So from the oven the pizza was thrown away. I asked how do I need to order to get what I want from my 1st experience and she said 3 topping pizza. She literally MADE THE SAME THING but added the pepperoni this time and charged it as a 3 topping pizza. She goes on to tell me shes going to let it slide this time to do me a favor. After I paid, she comes back to me to get the date and time I came in the 1st time so she can narrow down who was on shift to correct the previous workerIf she was going to let it slide and do me a favor then why waste a whole pizza to throw in the trash?? Just to be made twice when it couldve just been charged differently?!

2023-03-18 03:15:16Always a great place for a custom made pizza. Eddie took care of my order. He prepared it as if I would have made it. They have a new dough machine they are trying out. The employee has to work the dough into shape, Eddie did mine perfect. All items laid out evenly as I asked. Attention to detail. Ill be going back to this location for sure.
