Fresh Brothers Pizza Newport Beach
1616 San Miguel Dr, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625, United States
Pizza is good, my wife likes it better than I; but both of us were very unhappy today. My favorite part is their coke machine, only type of machine I get diet caffeine-free vanilla creme coke, or diet cherry or orange hi-c or minute maid.Requested for them to refill the diet sweetener portion since all diet drinks were out. Waited 25 minutes, asked again if they are going to refill coke machine, answer was not sure. Then to-go sausage/pepperoni for my son and his friends arrived. This requested to be in a to-go box. But was server as dine-in. No box, and took almost 15 minutes for them to give me a box, every time I went to counter to request box, the cashier said she will bring one. On the 3rd attempt, finally I received a box.My wife is ok with meat toppings so she had one slice from the to-go pizza. Our dine-in cheese pizza finally came out 40 minutes after we ordered, but in a to-go box???My wife had already finished by this time. So for me, water to drink after paying for a Coke, (Note, they offered a refund, but I refused hoping they would replace the diet sweetener in the machine), and our pizza finally came out after my wife was ready to leave.Added after reading other reviews, our cashier was not rude at all, she was a little clueless and didnt listen well, but definitely was not rude.

Pieology Pizzeria, Corona Hills
300 N McKinley St, Corona, CA 92879, United States
Shady business and does not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service and work ethic Ive seen in a long time. I ordered a couple pizzas and was waiting way to long because normally they come out quick. When I looked by the oven the pizzas were smoking and completely black. They completely burnt both of them because they were not paying attention and seemed like they were all high. The supposed manager on duty was no help and had very horrible customer service skills. And when they noticed that the pizzas were burnt, they all ran in the back and couldnt be found for a couple minutes. Maybe because they were embarrassed or maybe they were so high they didnt know what to do. They came back eventually after I was awkwardly waiting several minutes and remade the pizzas but one of them were also burnt. And they didnt care to help us or make another one for us or offer a refund. Jonathan Michael and Marcus where the ones in the store and they were extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping or solving the issue, they continued to argue and say Im wrong and that they cant make another one or offer a refund. I left the burnt inedible pizza on the counter and they threw it away. So I'm out of my money and a pizza. Even though I paid for it. Their receipt machine also didnt work so they didnt give me a receipt. They said they don't have straws or lids for the cups. Kitchen area was filthy. Also it says cash only on the door but when I used my card it worked perfectly fine. Just an overall shady and unprofessional experience. Never in a million years would I think a professional establishment like this would treat their customers so horribly and steal from them.
Duomo Pizza, inc.
2785 Cabot Dr STE 115, Corona, CA 92883, United States
I have appreciated and supported this business in the past but after what I witnessed tonight I will never be returning to this establishment again. So my girlfriend and I enter Duomo Pizza and at first things are going great. We are handed menus for a To Go order, however I notice that several employees are improperly wearing masks under their noses, including the owner whose wearing a clear mouth shield that barely covers the parameters of his lips. I shrug it off initially thinking these people werent going to be the ones handling my food and then I place my order. Shortly afterwards a family that I assume are regulars walk into the place and are completely maskless, instead of politely asking them to follow county health and safety regulations and put on a mask they embrace the couple with hugs that would normally be a nice sight but we are in the middle of a pandemic with a significant amount of new cases and no signs of stopping. My girlfriend and I wait outside in discomfort and Im still willing to eat the damn pizza but then I see the gentleman who IS HANDLING MY FOOD NOT WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES AS HE PREPARES THE DOUGH. He had already finished the dough for my girlfriends pizza and the lady who had just embraced the maskless couple while wearing an exposed face shield starts throwing on toppings. I was done at that point. I asked to cancel my order and the maskless guy handling my food quickly threw on a mask and ran in the back and after having to ask I was given a refund. Im sorry I know its an inconvenience to wear these things (I have to wear one ten hours a day). I know 2020 sucks and were all craving normalcy, but you as a food orientated business cannot potentially endanger your customers and completely disregard their safety in such an embarrassing way.
Nekter Juice Bar
469 Magnolia Ave, Corona, CA 92879, United States
I was really excited when they opened a store in Corona. This is my 2nd time here.. The 1st time was mediocre..... This time the girl at the register had no customer service experience at all. No masks on (not meeting CDC guidelines) And honestly seems to be annoyed having to be at work.. It was very uncomfortable and I honestly left unhappy. Unfortunately this will be my last time at this location.UPDATE! I got to my car and took 2 sips of my juice It was chunky and did not taste right at all. The girl asked me why I wanted to return it and asked what was wrong with it nothing else. She was definitely annoyedno apology or even offer to make me another drink.. This is terrible. Girl really needs a new job. And wash her hands after handling money!Stop wiping her hands on her pants before making drinks!Sorry.. this is very unsanitary.

Our Happy Place Cafe - Inside Alexanders Salon ...
284 Dupont St STE 115, Corona, CA 92879, United States
I was really hesitant walking into a spa and salon to find a restaurant, but I was quite pleasantly surprised. The space is large and well ventilated so it doesnt have that salon smell I expected. The cafe is tucked into a corner down the right side. The food was excellent. Its made to order and worth a little wait. They dont have a lot of seats, but the turn over is fairly quick. Their peach lemonade was delicious. They also have a strong vegetarian selection, and the option to turn other dishes into vegetarian ones. The best part, however was the hostess/server. Maria (?) Was an absolute doll, friendly and knowledgeable, completely in love with the place and it shows. She was a bit of sunshine and made the whole experience comfortable and welcoming.Highly recommend, but go early. They are small and will run out of things
The Sandwich Spot
2801 East Coast Hwy C, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625, United States
On a sunny day in Corona Del Mar, I found myself at The Sandwich Spot, a cozy fast-casual eatery I decided to try for the first time. The weather was perfect for a midday meal, and I was keen on a relaxed lunch experience.Walking into The Sandwich Spot, the small yet welcoming ambiance struck me immediately. Its the kind of place where the simplicity of the setting belies the richness of the flavors on offer. The staff, appropriately staffed for the size of the joint, greeted me with a helpful and friendly attitude, setting a positive tone for my visit.Opting for takeout, I ordered the #2 The Dani California Club on a wheat roll - a sandwich that promised a blend of turkey, bacon, cheddar, and avocado. To complement it, I chose jalapeño chips, hoping for a spicy kick to my meal. The ordering process was smooth, and despite the restaurant being just right in terms of staffing, my order was ready in a surprisingly fast 10 minutes. As I waited, I noticed the diverse menu that caters to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Its a thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about the inclusivity of the place. The pricing, I observed, was more favorable when ordering in-store compared to delivery services, a tip worth remembering for future visits. One of the most delightful surprises was their loyalty punch card system - a buy ten, get one free offer that immediately appealed to my sense of value. Its a clever way to encourage repeat visits, and I could already see myself coming back to try more of their offerings.Sipping on my soda, I found the seating to be adequate for a casual dining spot. While there was no indoor bathroom, the cleanliness of the restaurant was commendable. The moderate noise level, accompanied by subtle background music, made for a pleasant atmosphere while I waited for my order. When my meal was ready, I was pleased with the presentation and the portion size - just right for a fulfilling lunch. The first bite of The Dani California club was a delightful experience. The freshness of the avocado, the savoriness of the bacon, and the tender turkey came together in a harmonious blend, while the cheddar added a creamy richness to each bite. The jalapeño chips were a perfect side - crunchy and with just the right amount of heat.As I left, navigating the somewhat difficult on-street parking situation, I reflected on my visit. The Sandwich Spot in Corona Del Mar is a gem for those seeking a casual, yet satisfying meal. With its friendly service, diverse menu, and reasonable pricing, its a place that warrants repeat visits. And with the added incentive of the loyalty card, Im already looking forward to my next sandwich adventure here. The Sandwich Spot is more than just a place to grab a quick bite; its a spot where quality, service, and value converge to create a delightful dining experience. Whether youre a local or just passing through Corona Del Mar, its a place that should be on your sandwich destination list.Note: I ate my sandwich so quickly I forgot to snap photos. Ill be sure to return to the Sandwich Spot in the future to correct that oversight.
Con Amore Ristorante
2630 Tuscany St #103, Corona, CA 92881, United States
⚠️BEWARE OF DISCRIMINATION IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY ⚠️On Saturday, April 27th, at 5:50 pm, I visited this establishment accompanied by my family, including my sister-in-law who utilizes a service dog due to her disability. Regrettably, our experience was marred by instances of discriminatory behavior and inadequate service, warranting immediate attention and rectification.Upon entering the premises, we were greeted by an individual named Alfredo, who, upon seeing the service dog, hastily asserted a no pets policy, disregarding the distinction between pets and service animals as mandated by law. Despite our clarification regarding the dogs status and function, Alfredo proceeded to demand documentation, a request which not only violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) but also breaches the confidentiality protections afforded by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Subsequently, despite our legal rights, Alfredo refused service until presented with documentation, demonstrating a lack of understanding and respect for disability rights.Furthermore, our dining experience was further compromised by a series of service-related issues. Despite the establishments relatively low patronage at the time of our visit, it took an excessive 30 minutes for the staff to attend to our appetizer order, followed by an additional hour to process our entree request. Throughout the duration of our meal, we encountered neglectful service, characterized by prolonged wait times, repeated requests for basic amenities such as utensils and drink refills, and dismissive behavior from certain staff members, notably exemplified by an individual wearing an emerald green shirt who declined to assist with our request for the check. $178 to be treated poorly is a joke. Thank you Amy G and Alfredo for terrible service.Ultimately, the culmination of discriminatory treatment and substandard service detracted significantly from our overall dining experience, rendering any consideration of future patronage untenable. It is imperative that your establishment undertakes comprehensive measures to address these issues promptly and effectively to uphold principles of inclusivity and service excellence.
Roys Chicago Dogs & BBQ at the Yard
84 Corona Rd, Petaluma, CA 94954, United States
Unlike most restaurants in Petaluma this place isnt over priced and fancy. Food is very down home. Various hot dogs and sandwiches. My favorite is the chili cheese dog with chili cheese fries. Drool! And the prices are right. This place is small, seating is limited. Nothing fancy at all about the location or interior. But thats what I really dig. Definitely worth a try. Vegetarians need not apply.
In-N-Out Burger
450 Auto Center Dr, Corona, CA 92882, United States
I've eaten at In-N-Out Burger at dozens of locations in Arizona and California and I've never had an experience like today. I ordered a double double, protein style, plus raw onions, plus animal style. I got a double double, protein style, with raw onions, but not animal style. I brought it back up to the counter, they took it from me, and told me it would just be a minute. I finally went and sat down and ate my fries, and drank my Coke, and then went back up and waited some more. 15 minutes after I returned the first burger, a girl walks up to me, hands me the burger, and then walks off. She did not say one word to me. I went back to my table, only to find that they, once again, did not make it animal style. Within a few minutes, another girl, who I assume might be upper management, named Isabella, asked me if my burger was correct. I told her it was not, but that I was not going to wait another 15 minutes. She soon returned with a little bag of grilled onions to make up for my burger not being protein style. That was very nice of her, but I just wanted the burger the way I ordered it. It's not the end of the world, but I hold In-N-Out Burger to the highest standard, because that is what this restaurant always delivers. As I look through the comments about this particular location, I see there are several recent comments about orders being incorrect. That is very uncharacteristic for an In-N-Out Burger location. I won't stop by this location again.
