The pizza is always good. Except tonight. They burned my pizza 🍕. Im too shy to go go get it exchanged. Unfortunately my toddler couldnt it eat. =( . Check your pizza before you leave the restaurant if you dont like hard burn pizza.

This location hired some new faces, and they were pleasant. The male receptionist was focused on his work when we walked up to the register but once he was done he was attentive, professional & directed us to the napkins & lids over by the drink station; something that no other employee has offered. He struggled a bit with his facial expressions, but hes definitely trying.The condiment prep employee listened to our ingredient suggestions & followed instructions very well.I will be visiting more often because of this.

I love pizza. We brought our son over this past weekend to have a slice. The food was great. I gave 4 stars because the tables needed a wipe down and the floor needed a good sweep.

I had always love Pieology but unfortunately after getting a pizza here at this location I can’t think the same way. My personal pizza looked so tiny compared to other times, it was burnt, and it also made me sick. I won’t ever order from this location again!

My first experience was fabulous but my second was horrendous.The staff were very stingy with the toppings, when u asked for more (to equal what is usually put on a normal pizza) they made me and others in line feel like we were an inconvenience. Needless to say my pizza was so bad I couldnt eat it. If I wanted a pizza with hardly anything on it, only crust Id go to a grocery store and buy one off the shelf.I have pictures to prove this. It was bad.When I asked to speak with the mgr I was told he was on break and couldnt be disturbed unless it was important. I relayed it was for a Complaint and they still refused. I then asked for the assistant mgr and was old they dont have one. I then said oh well I guess Ill be calling corporate then and the girl said go ahead they dont care.As u can see there r areas where the pizza is almost completely free of toppings and no sauce at all even though ordered the sauce

Love this place, was my first time and the people here are friendly, helpful and patient. They have vegan cheese and vegan meat and gluten crust as well. Its about $9.95 for a personal pizza with unlimited toppings the drinks are $2.99 and the cookies and brownies are yummy as well. Will definitely recommend and go again ☺️

Store was clean, tidy and had a nice playlist. The bake was okay, usually more well done but it was still tasty. Enjoyed the food!

I’ve been here several times and service is soooooooo slow. Literally 25 min before I even reached the counter to give them my order! Theirs absolutely no organization on who’s doing what. Order and pizza cooked 45 min. It was not even busy. Maybe 6 people in entire restaurant and 3 people ahead of me in line.

Changed up the system. Theres not a set pizza price anymore. Charge as you go. 1, 2 and 3 toppings. There is a build your own option for $11.75. Maybe they werent making money the old/good way, but this is going to kill them.Bummer, it used to be a fun place to get creative with pizzas.
