The customer service was good. Had some conversation and somewhat of a good vibe. My questions were answered and I was able to get my pizza correct. Thank God I ordered a salad.....as you can notice from the pictures. The top of the pizza looked great !!! I took a bite and tasted a little funny, I did not think anything of it so I took another bite. I put my pizza slice down and noticed my fingers were black. I lifted my pizza and saw all the burnt black bottom. The entire pizza is burnt. So much for a good warm dinner.

Nice employee and great service, not employees is in multiple but singular because only one working that I can see on a Saturday around lunch time she deserves to get paid more whatever her pay is. Seems to me the owners or managers do not want to schedule more than one employee to run a restaurant which means long wait times to get pizza made and prepared and paid for this should be a crime. Unbelievably hot while waiting in the sun for the one person getting 3 pizzas in front of me. Seemed like no ac on either again a someone trumping to be cheap. If you don’t make enough to run ac or hire enough employees then don’t own a business this should be reported to the franchise.

Placed an online order Friday evening. Apparently a softball team had a come by so they backed themselves up on online orders. There were only 2 people working. Regardless, online orders should always be prioritized over dine-in customers. People with large partys need to realize the inconvenience they pose to staff and other customers, and should wait accordingly. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past my “ready” time to get my pizza since employees prioritized them over customers who had already paid for their food.

Love the pizza. A bit pricey but very enjoyable. Paid $39 for 2 built your own and 2 drinks. Service is great but for some reason their wooden benches are very sticky and if your wearing shorts or pants you get stuck to the bench lol

Upper management has restricted supplies of some items, but the staff is doing their best with these limitations and were very pleasant.

Get your pizza the way you want it. If you want your crust thin or gluten free, no problem, they have it. They even have cauliflower crust. The problem is that it is still loaded with carbs. The thin crust pizzas dont take much to cook. I was very pleased with mine. It was crispy and full of flavor.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I ordered on Wednesday and sadly they had no pesto. I was given the option for a refund or to come the following day because they were getting a shipment. I agreed to come Thursday around lunch. I got a call around 12 letting me know unfortunately they still didnt have pesto asked if I would like to come in the Friday. I said yes no problem. Fast forward to Friday I came in around 1. They made my pizza and it is absolutely amazing!! I am terrible with names but the first 2 days the same man helped me and Friday the first man was there but another man made the pizza. Im so sorry I cant remember your names. You two are amazing!! I will be back 100% because of the amazing customer service and amazing pizza!!

The bathroom was dirty and the soap dispenser was disgusting. I would like to think this is in the process of being repaired.The female that tended to be was very nice and sweet. Zero complaints with the service.

I really enjoyed this location. Good service. Awesome pizza. Clean restaurant. Not too busy when i was there.

Pizza was great! I ordered via door dash and although it looked like the driver took care of the boxes, I found the cheese wall all stuck to the top of the box. Super bummer. The other too orders were perfect. Maybe togo orders should have those little spacers to prevent this from happening.
