Terrible pizza for what I paid for it was a delivery and I ordered it on line. Once it arrived we’re happy to start eating. But as soon as got the first bite I got this bad burned flavor that was terrible. I ordered 3 pizzas and all were over cooked and burned. So I decided to call but of course no one answered, and it goes straight to a voicemail, which sounds like a cell phone number unprofessional. Send a email and no response from the company. Poor service, poor customer service.

I recently visited Pieology in Perris, CA, my home location, and I wanted to share my experience after three different visits. On two out of those three visits, the store manager, a young black woman, was present. Typically, when the manager is on duty, youd expect better customer service, but unfortunately, that wasnt the case here. The one time she wasnt present, I was assisted by a young black man who handled my order, online orders, and the consistent line much better than when the manager was around. It felt like a hostile environment when she was there.During my most recent visit this October, the manager started my order quickly, and I appreciated the efficiency. However, as I was waiting for her to roll out the dough, she began speaking to a couple of her employees about tasks she needed them to complete. When one of them mentioned a different employee who could assist, her words were rather harsh, saying that the other employee was good for nothing.This behavior and atmosphere during the managers shifts have left a negative impression on my visits to Pieology. I hope to see improved customer service and a more positive environment in the future.

My husband and I were there for the first time and the food was okay, my husbands pizza was burnt. However, lets talk about the girl that seems to be the supervisor/manager the way she was talking to the rest of employees was sad, I cant imagine having to work with someone like that, poor girls they looked all stressed, her comments and attitude were unnecessary. If you want reliable/happy employees start by having good management, I would hate coming to work if I knew I had to deal with someone like her.

This Pieology is in the Walmart shopping center, next to Popeyes Chicken with plenty of parking, serves pizza pies @$10.95 self customized prepared in front of you in a Subway manner. Fresh ingredients and plenty to choose from. Orders are prepared pretty fast. Shout out to our server Chelsea S. who was very helpful with the menu and process. Restaurant is clean and plenty of seating. You can also order online and pick up your pies, we dined in and enjoyed our food fresh out of the oven. Overall we had a good experience at this location.

Please DONT GO HERE!!! I use to come here everyday almost for lunch but when I got a burnt pizza I decided to stop. I came in today after not eating here for 6 months plus and nothing has changed. Food is too EXPENSIVE to have it wasted on BURNT pizza!! Either the oven is not being properly cleaned or they just get a thrill out of burning pizza! Save your money and eat elsewhere.

This place Is unsanitary. The workers do not wear hair nets. The made my grandmother wait an hour for her pizza then when it was done the man working dropped it on the floor. When my grand mother requested a refund. The man was rude to her and said he was not able to do refunds. When my grandmother asked for his name he said im not giving you my name. When she asked to speak to the manager the man said he was the manager. He said all he could do was remake the pizza. So he did when he gave my grandmother pizza it had his hair on it. He had dreadlocks and no hair net. I asked him for the owners information he would not provide Corporate oil franchise information he said to go online and figure it out. Then I told him that I know that theres someone above him. That can help resolve this matter. So he called his story manager and she came down. She apologized and let us know that she recently took over the store and that we would be getting A. Refund. It has been over one week and they have not giving my grandmoter a refund.

It took an hour to get my order even though I ordered online. When I arrived the doors to the restaurant were locked and they would only let people with an online order into the place because, according to them, they had too many online orders yet they only had 3 tickets they were working on. The pizza was under baked and they missed 2 toppings. Unfortunately it always feels like hit or miss with this place.

I gave this place a chance.. but they didnt let me give them a chance.. I went there.. they asked me if I was picking up an online order., I told them not that I was there to order.. so they told me the line I a over there.. but guess what.. there was no body there, it was empty.. it was like they didnt want to take my order, so I just left.. come on people.. you have an empty place . And you are rejecting people.. please . Trying to go to local places or small places, family owned. But they are just, whatever.. so I ended up going next door to popeyes. To make the richget richer, but hey it is what it is. .. popeyes was good anyway

Bad service! I agree that they take long time to provide service. I even thought that the person at the front taking the the orders did not like me because I was totally ignored for some time after this person had finished taking the order ahead of me. Additionally, they often lack ingredients and when I ask them about the content of the ingredients they did not know. On top of this, they did not care to add the dressing after the pizza was cooked. It is like If I do not say anything, they do not bother to provide the service they should. Like they want to cheat customers. I’m sorry because this seems to be a good concept but it gives me the impression that the personnel do not really care for the good of the customers and ultimately for the good of the business. I will not visit this store for a long long time.
