Pieology Pizzeria Perris
1870 N Perris Blvd, Perris, CA 92571, United States
Ive been to other places similar to pieology before as well as a couple of other pieology locations... Probably a handful of times. I dont eat out often and that means I dont go to pieology often enough to know the ins and outs of everything and that never been an issue. The people making my pizza were very polite and the pizza was delicious. But my cashier made me feel rather uncomfortableShe accidentally overcharged me because the people making my pizza didnt mark my pizza as a one toping. (Human error; it happens and Im glad she caught it.)She told me I should tell my pizza makers how many toppings Im getting. Then warned me that next time she might not be able to catch it and refund me. Basically putting the blame entirely on me for ordering wrong.... I assume I have to know how many things I want on my pizza before looking at the toppings available... But honestly I dont go in there knowing how many things I want on my pizza.... I dont know what every pizza joint has available as toppings until I see them and I dont think Ive ever ordered a pizza as a one toping pizza before. My children also often change their minds in the midst of ordering and Im glad the staff was patient and kind enough to adjust.Ive worked retail before and I was taught the customer is always right ...even when theyre not.Im all for making the experience easy and pleasant for anyone who works with me but she really didnt know if it was my first time there or not and the error was on the behalf of the pizza makers and not a big deal.As a team member she could have simple addressed the issue and made a quick apology for the confusion without taking any of that responsibility on herself or blaming the customer. The tone in her delivery and tone even after I asked her to repeat what I should do made me feel like she was annoyed with my lack of knowledge... And thats why I wrote this whole essay on my experience lol. Will not be boycotting any pieology location over this silly experience, as I fully appreciate the service and vegan options this franchise has to offer. This isolated experience hopefully just helps everyone be more conscious of employee etiquette cuz I smile all throughout my experience despite feeling awkward and confused.

Tooty Frooty
12270 Perris Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92557, United States
UPDATE ON TOOTY FROOTY: I understand how feedback can affect any type of business and this is why i am writing back. I wanted to let everyone know that I visited Tooty Frooty again and I am glad to say the owner Leticia is such a wonderful person and explained why the price went up on my favorite drink. She is actually honering the promotional price as it comes with her supplier. As long as she gets the fruit and vegetables in bulk at a good price the juice will be in a promotion and the days she cant get it in bulk the price will go up. I love how honest she was and explained how it will be from here on. I really appreciate her and her business and i will definitely be coming back everyday. I appreciate what your doing for the city of moreno valley in trying to get us healthy with your awsome green drinks and more delicious healthy treats. Keep up the good work..

Papas India Grill is always a delightful experience, having dinner here several times over last several months either alone or with family the staff always greets me warmly and makes you feel like family. The food itself is stellar in quality and preparation. The range of dishes from their vegetarian selections to their curries and rice dishes never has there been a complaint only delight. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend their curry dishes and rice dishes. Their chef has even gone as far as making me a special version of a spicy Naan bread that is out of this world. All dishes can also be ordered to specific spice levels... I highly recommend this small Indian Restaurant on the edge of Moreno Valley. You will not be disappointed !!!

Corkys Kitchen & Bakery - Perris
3150 Case Rd L, Perris, CA 92570, United States
Not at all what we expected. Hubs & I got a big takeout order to fill us up for brunch and dinner, but I guess our expectations were too high for what we spent ?The Avocado Toast sounded great, when a review on their website said, Super yum but way too much arugula and no radishes. In my case, I had plenty of radishes but couldnt taste the arugula. The Caramel Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast was not as decadent we would have expected, and just tasted like slightly sweetened French toast. We wanted to make it a Stuffed French Toast Combo, but that combo strictly comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage. As a vegetarian option, many restaurants will allow 2 eggs, and hash browns, but Corkys did not allow this option when we asked.Breakfast Burritos come with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage & cheese. We inquired of the vegetarian option of Avocado in lieu of bacon AND sausage, but all we could do was remove the bacon and sausage from $10.59 burritos (w/ no price reduction) and add avocado for another $1.49 ?.The best part of the breakfast burritos was the hot salsa ?Finally, we thought wed treat ourselves to a slice of Reeses Cheesecake, when we read the website review, It was amazing! Peanut butter chunks in every bite.We found no actual peanut butter chunks, it was really a pretty basic cheesecake and not as rich as it sounded. We actually had to go back inside and ask for the cheesecake, after the bag we were handed didnt seem to be big enough to have everything in it. When I asked about it the cashier had forgotten to grab it so Im glad we didnt discover this after driving home and unpacking the bag!A final note for fellow vegetarian foodies, they had a sign that all burgers can now be Impossible for only $3 more. Although were always glad to see Impossible burger offered, we typically dont pay more than $1-2 to upgrade ?
Thai Dine Restaurant
14910 Perris Blvd STE C, Moreno Valley, CA 92553, United States
Really delicious food! Loved the vegetarian Pad Thai and soup. The only reason I did not give this restaurant five stars is for two things. One is it needs some updating and freshening up Decor wise and the other reason is that I came in once and asked if I could get a dish vegetarian and they said no but the second time I came in they said yes.
La Gare Cafe
24 S D St suite 108 & 110, Perris, CA 92570, United States
My family and I recently visited La Gare Cafe, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The food was absolutely amazing, and despite the slight hiccup with the pancakes being unavailable, we found ourselves enjoying every bite.I opted for the waffle, and it did not disappoint. Additionally, we sampled the breakfast sandwich and Caesar salad, both of which were delicious and prepared with care. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service provided by Ariana. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the menu and ensure we made the right choices. Her attentiveness and knowledge truly made our visit memorable. However, the only downside we encountered was the inability to leave a tip on our card. It was inconvenient to have to scramble for cash, and it made us wonder how many tips the staff might be missing out on from customers who simply dont have cash on hand. Its a small but significant issue that could easily be rectified by updating the payment system to include tipping options.Overall, La Gare Cafe exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it to others. We just hope that they consider updating their tip system for the convenience of both customers and staff alike.
Taqueria 2 Potrillos
13373 Perris Blvd D-301, Moreno Valley, CA 92553, United States
I went to this taqueria today with my husband. We're not familiar with restaurants in the area and we were happy to find this restaurant online. The reviews seemed great. When we arrived we were happy to see that the line was long and we took it as a sign that the food must be good. The entire ordering process seems rushed. The employees looked stressed and it looked extremely chaotic. The food is given to you quickly but then you have to stay in line to pay. That took a long time because the guy in front of us had a huge order. We were becoming impatient because who wants to eat cold soggy tacos? We finally get to the cashier but then we still have to order our drinks while our tacos are getting even colder. We order our drinks and the young man fills our cups with ice and what seemed like a few ounces of water.Sure enough our tacos were cold by the time we sat down and our 3 ounces of agua fresca was consumed before we could count to three. I had to go to cashier and show him the amount of ice that was in our cups. Had he not offered us a free cup of more agua fresca I would have been more upset. The whole thing felt wrong. The service was bad, the tacos were cold because of poor coordination, most of the meat was tough and dry. I can't forget to mention that none of the tables looked clean and the people ordering their food are three feet from the people eating at the tables.. Definitely will think twice before coming back.
