Was craving some pizza and love the build your own pizza places! I especially love this location because the staff is friendly, they move through the line quickly, and they have lots of toppings.I have the rewards app and today they had the option of free salad, cookie, or drink, with any build your own pizza. They also have a M-F lunch special that includes a drink and a two topping pizza for $8.99.Today for my pizza I decided to mix the red sauce and white sauce together and I think it’s my new favorite combination.

In the interest of full disclosure we were just searching for a quick place for lunch so we could get back on the road and continue our journey. There was no line at this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. The choices looked appetizing and we ordered two individual Pizzas. The crust is really light and airy and quite good there seemed to be plenty of cheese and the toppings were generous enough. I did not think that the sauce had much flavor. Since we were in a hurry I did not notice if they had multiple choices for the sauce. If I were to go back I would certainly look for a different one. Just after what, I would imagine is their typical lunch hour, the restaurant looked as if it could stand some cleaning. Willing to give it a second try in the future but not overwhelmed this first time.

Beyond unprofessional. I was told my online order will be ready in 20-30 mins and after arriving 30 mins later they are just now starting on my pizzas. I would understand if there was a big line but there is only one customer present other than me but yet i have to wait additional 20-30 mins when my lunch break is almost over. I am so disappointed will never order from this location again. They didn’t even care about customer satisfaction or trying to resolve this issue even when they started working on the pizzas so late.

Visited for my very first time and waited in line for about 10 mins and there was only 2 people in front of me. There was only one person making pizza and another taking the orders. The pizza prices are reasonable if u want healthy pizza I would say. I ordered a mushroom and Olives, the pizza was hotter then fire which is a plus since they just take them right out of the oven. The wait time for the pizza was quite quick which is a plus. They just need more employees to help out in my opinion for people who need to get back to work. And the bad thing I really did not like was finding two hairs under my pizza not just one but two and I didnt get to finish the whole thing I was not happy about that.

Pieology Porter Ranch jumped the shark? Everything is in disarray. Boxes everywhere and some stacked 4 high on the counter. Doesnt look clean. Employees unsure how to make a pie. Team leader seemingly disconnected and disinterested. Used to frequent this Pieology. Pizza today is light on cheese, way off the edge, and toppings paper thin. Wheres the cheese? I asked them if thats how its supposed to be made and they assured me yes it was. Time to skip it?

I personally like Pieology more than Pizza Rev, because I feel that they have more toppings to offer. Here at Pieology their custom pizza which you can put as many toppings on it, is yummy. I absolutely love their cinnamon churro pizza dessert because it tastes amazing.

This was my first time trying Pieology Pizzaria and wow, it was AMAZING! I ordered the Western BBQ because there happened to be a picture of it right in front of my face, all I requested is that artichokes were added and did this hit the mark! It was the absolute best...I live in Encino but am already thinking about when I will need to swing by any of the stores in this Porter Ranch shopping center so I can try this place a second time. I was 100% so pleasantly surprised, DELICIOUS!!

So I went to get a pizza for lunch it was supposed to be ready at 1:45 pm I arrive at 1:47 pm the lady says oh it’s not ready yet it’s going to be 10 more minutes. I ordered at 1:20. They didn’t even make my pizza yet and I just got it at 2:10 I get the pizza and attached is what it looks like sauce is only on part of the pizza there’s 2 slices that is just dough and it’s cut in about 10 slices.It’s laughable how bad all of this is. This is the worst experience at pieology ever and I’ll never go to this place again

Very nice place, good food, love the custom pizzas. When I asked for a gluten-free crust, I was asked if it was a preference or an allergy, and when I specified allergy, all the employees changed their gloves to handle my pizza and even used a different container of sauce that hadnt been touched by the same utensils used for a wheat crust. (The gluten-free crust is also dairy-free, but the cauliflower crust is not, and Daya dairy-free cheese was available at this location.)

I came here hoping to have a keto friendly eating experience and it was difficult to get accurate nutritional information. I had to wait ten minutes for nutritional information and there wasnt anyone else there. They couldnt even give me the macros for the garlic butter because its made in house? The cauliflower crust has way to many carbs. I specifically asked for one cilantro and they started sprinkling it and asked me if that was ok which I clearly didnt want.

Never been to pieology, my friend & I’s first time here. Upon arrival we was greeted by kenny. He explained how everything worked & reccomended I get their bbq chicken speciality pizza. Pieology has the best pizza! Their sauce is flavorful, the crust is crisp AND chewy, and they dont skimp on toppings. We drive past several other pizza places to get here, including another brand that custom builds your pizza right in front of you. Pieology has never let us down!

Nothing is fresh here, mushrooms eere black, greens were dried and brownish color. The worker forst confirmed that they have ham, then after building the whole pizza by the time we got to meet section, she said “sorry we’re out of ham”.Terrible customer service. I’ve eaten here on a number of occasions. I love the easy freeway access of this place. It’s also nice that I can bring my kids in here and everyone can get what they like. You get to choose your own pizza base now. They have several options that you can choose from. You could choose cauliflower base. Normal pizza base, gluten free, and I think there’s even one more. They have a ton of toppings to choose from. They have toppings like: pepperoni, sausage, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, bell peppers, olives, onions, pineapple, and more. I would highly suggest eating here.

So disappointing. Stood in line for 20 min with no one in front of us. Finally asked if someone could help us. Were told they still had 4 more pick up orders. I asked if he could help us and then finish those. He said no they were already were paid for. I said we would pay too and was just ignored. For some reason with 3 workers there only one could make pizzas. We all left and got Cava, which was better. Not going back to this location.

Great customer service! The manager of this location, Karla, was great! She saw us checking out the patio because we had a larger party and immediately came outside to help. She had her staff tidy up, quickly organize some tables for our party and it worked out great! She offered plates for the dessert we brought it too. Very helpful. I definitely recommend this Pieology location in Porter Ranch.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Alfredo was so patient and conscientious. He was by himself for a bit and managed so many different elements while maintaining is cool and being polite. He knew it might take a while to get my order and my friends orders together, so he put my pizza in the warmer as soon as he made it. He was SO appreciated.My friend cannot eat gluten, and Nasir made her pizza. He made sure to reach for ingredients from the bottom to limit cross-contamination, and he got clean serving utensils without being asked and patiently helped her out. She was able to have pizza for the first time in years with absolutely no issues!We really, really appreciate the service that we received and definitely wanted to shoutout Alfredo and Nasir! Order wasnt ready until approx 20 mins after pick up time. While waiting for order in store. And the staff and manager didnt even bother asking if we have been helped. I approached the staff and asked how much longer for our order. This Pieology has and will be my go-to location. I have only gone here a couple of times, but every time it has been great. The general manager of the location is always so pleasant and works extremely hard. I love the crew here because they are so nice every timeI come in.This visit, Sam and Jessica were amazing and great workers. Unfortunately, we went at the head of a rush when they were unexpectedly understaffed, but they had exceptionally amazing attitudes. They were extremely pleasant with all accommodations we had and all the toppings we could choose from. They dealt with obstacles very well including rude customers ahead of us. Amazing crew. The food is ok. The service leaves a LOT to be desired. 9 times out of 10 they dont cook the pizza long enough and the dough is practically still raw, soggy and limp. You ALWAYS have to ask for it well done. If theres more than 2-3 people in line they take forever and appear lazy while they work. The last time I went, I showed up at 5 minutes to 9pm while their hours state they close at 9:30pm. They told me they were under new management and now closed at 9pm and made me leave. HELLO!!! Its not even 9pm yet and you are telling me youre closed... I am DONE with this location and their terrible service!!

On Sunday January 23rd 2022, My friends and I went to go enjoy a nice cheese pizza together as friends on that fine Sunday evening. I had an unused visa gift card, with a balance of $25.00 exactly. I paid for 3 small drinks, and a worker with green dyed hair had told me to swipe my card multiple times because it wasn’t going through. I did as instructed and it worked. A couple of minutes later, when my friends and I were enjoying our pizza, she calls one of my friends names and tells her the card didn’t work. I thought it was a little suspicious because she didn’t say anything when i went to pay. So basically, I got charged $3.12 on my card, and my friends each had to pay over $3 extra because the cashier clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. This made me very angry because we ended up paying $9 in total for 3 small fountain drinks when i coulda walked myself to the walmart across the street for cheaper drinks.The pizza wasnt good anyway. So best believe I’m never going back to Pieology in Porter Ranch EVER again! And that’s on Jah.

So I just left this place. 1. The place was a mess vegetables mixed within one another. 2. All 3 of our pizzas were BURNT. Didn’t say anything because we were hungry already. 3. Really bad customer service. Girl was slamming all the equipment. As soon as it was 10:30 the manager came up to us and said, “5 minutes?” So our of respect we just said yes. My brother didn’t even finish his pizza because she made us so uncomfortable. Legally they are not allowed to kick customers out, unless they’re just sitting there. This is the worst location! My pizza was given to someone else. Then there was a domino effect with the same thing happening to about 8 people who ordered after I did. I was not accommodated. I was given a refund instead of my order becoming priority. The shift manager was so rude. She didnt care that anyone had a bad experience. She was so unprofessional. This location does not have properly trained staff. I called their corporate office and left online feedback. I still havent heard back and its been over a week!!! The pizza was good as always but the service was not as great. There were 3 ladies working very slowly and you could tell they did not want to be there. They were also out of vegan options. Then a manager came out to start helping customers with a lighter in her hand and a cigarette behind her ear. But the biggest problem I had was that the place was not sanitary at all. They reused pizza crust tins that they had banged against the trash cans and they continuedly used meat that was swarming with flies. Although my family and I werent in a rush it was a very frustrating experience and I most likely wont go to that pieology again.

I order online a pepperoni pizza and I waited ten minutes before they helped me. They helped every person In line before helping me, the cashier said they had forgotten about me. They gave me an almost no pepperoni pizza, most of the slices had no pepperoni on it. I would not recommend eating here unless you liked being ripped off and treated terribly.

Ive visited many Pieologys, as this is my favorite assembly line style pizza and the Porter Ranch location is my favorite one thus far. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza which is surprisingly good! Top it with mozzarella, ricotta, sundried tomatoes, pepperoni and banana peppers and youve got one super delicious pizza! Plus it was KETO friendly! The store was super clean and the service was great. Even the store manager, Chrystal, offered to refill our drinks and get us more napkins! All in all, a great experience. Oh, try to sit outside- their patio area backs up to the huge waterfall at Islands and its really nice! 😃

After trying to call ahead twice and no answer, I just odered two pizzas online and waited 20 mins as the online ordering system gave me an exact time the pizzas would be ready. When I arrived there were only 2 pizzas being eaten by customers in store and no line. Asked about my order and was met with a blank stare. One associate then said that she gave it to the other, who then picked up what looked like a recipt off the ground and scrambled to start making pizzas. Sure mistakes happen and Ive had decent experiences at this location in the past, however what makes it worse is that I was then given the excuse that theyre understaffed with only 2 people tonight. Pieology serves fresh, made to order pizzas in a Subway style. Pick your dough and toppings anyway you want! The staff here are very polite and professional. The pizza is great and has this wonderful crunch due to it being a thin crust pizza. I would recommend Pieology if you are looking for a delicious personal pizza!

Another Pieology that suffers from slow-itis.This place was disappointing, the service was extremely slow, the toppings were skimpy and the pizzas came out burned. If you are cooking a thick crust and a thin crust together you are going to have to pull the thin out first, dont leave it in and burn it.When you are adding cheese, if theres a 3 inch gap between the edge of the dow and where you placed the cheese, youve failed at the very basics of making a pizza.More training, less playing on your phone.

There are not enough pizza eateries near porter ranch, and from either a walking standpoint or driving perspective; Pieology is a nice option to eat at. The prices are reasonable, the staff is more than welcome to help both the newcomer and the regular. The eating space is clean and its definitely nice to have a pizza place to dine at.Those who are not familiar with the concept of pieology, you queue in line and wait for a helpful pieology artist to assist you. On the side wall, are options on what to order. The pieology artist will help you in any way. Think of Pieology as a subway but for pizzas. The only difference is the toppings are unlimited and so are the sauces. The catch is... there is no catch. The price is the same whether you have few toppings or more toppings. This is my to-go pizza when I crave to have unlimited toppings and eat at the pizza establishment. Keep up the good work!!!

This place seems to be in decay, last few times is always short staff and everything is low in supply. Tables no kept clean, it seems like mgmt. Is Not keeping up with dinners vs. Staff equal ratio. I used to see more people behind the counter.

I love the idea of a custom pizza place. The pizza was great, lots of topping options and great size. This location has a fantastic patio with a great view of a waterfall fountain.

I have been to dozens of Pieologies and thus and this is absolutely the worst ran store ever. It took over 30 minutes just to order or pies and another 20 minutes to get them. Every person in there was livid at the outrageous management of the store. Avoid at all costs.

The slowest and the worse customer service. It was a short line but their staff is very slow and unorganized. It took about 20 minutes to get to the cashier and there was only 3 people ahead of us. The other problem is that they don’t seem to notice and unapologetic about the wait of their customers.

This Pieology location was a former bank location. It is right next to Islands restaurant and the Verizon store.It is a fairly large and clean restaurant. The employees are very friendly.
