Pizza Guys from Tracy came to our rescue; we needed last minute pizza and the catering pasta trays and Robin and his team delivery was outstanding!!! They were able to accommodate our last minute requests and they delivered on time- including late at night. Pizza was really good; great crust and toppings and the pasta once again did not disappoint: perfectly cooked and full of flavor!!Thank you! I can always trust them for a great meal and experience!!

Pizza guys is probably my favorite. Better than Dominos, but cheaper than round table. Good quality, and I love their creamy garlic sauce, and the creamy pesto!!! Sooo yummy!! Not the greatest location, and they dont deliver to my side of town for some reason. But definitely worth the drive for pick up, (I refuse to support Doordash and grubhub).And the young man who helped when I came to pick up was great! Best service I have received in a lonnng time!

This is the first time I ordered a pizza from this place. The thin crust specialty pizza was soggy and cold, so was the cheesy bread. The slice of cheesecake I ordered never made it.Edit: I called down to the shop and they sent out a new pizza and bread along with my cheese cake and a free 2ltr. This time the pizza was great. changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars.. would have been 5 if they got it right the first time, pizza was solid the second time around, but it took 3hrs from the first time I ordered to get the pizza everyone was raving about in the reviews. Good pizza!

I am from the Bay area. I was visiting my family. Stopped by to get a veggie pizza for my mom. my personal favorite is Creamy Pesto. We absolutely LOVE this spot. Now every time we are in Tracy we always stop by and pick up few pizzas. Staff is really friendly as well. I definitely recommend everyone to try this pizza. you will not a disappointed.

Pizza Guys had always been good (great variety of sauces and toppings), but about a year ago they started offering Chicken Curry Pizza--which is now my favorite. The staff are always great and you get a free 2 liter soda if you pick it up. Again, Chicken Curry Pizza.

I have been a Tracy local for over 15 years. I am a pizza fanatic as I am originally from New York. Before the new ownership the pizza was solid and the customer service was great. The young staff that worked there were super nice and very accommodating.However, this new management is horrible. They have delivered pizza to a wrong address twice. When I called calmly requesting for a new pizza (no big deal accidents happen) the management came off hostile and rude. They said they will “investigate” and return back with a solution. They never did. I had to call back days later asking for a resolution. There was no resolution and they tried to tell me it was delivered at my door. Ring footage says otherwise.I understand people can be deceiving and lying but you should try to give the customer benefit of the doubt. I offered to show ring camera footage, card statements and whatever else to prove I’m not “lying” but I felt disregarded.The pizza quality has drastically decreased as well however the pizza guys franchise has always been solid so I wanted to keep returning.The problem I have is that pizza guys Tracy is utterly disrespectful and does not honor morality and business ethics. While I see good reviews, I do feel obligated that this business must come forthright with their business practices. To lie and deceive to customers and not refund or provide a service with the customers money is straight up wrong.I hope pizza guys Tracy can turn things around and be a good asset to this community.Until then. Please find better options in the area. This is not one of them.

This used to be one of the best places to get pizza in Tracy. Sometime in the past few years new ownership/management took over, and the quality of the food has gone down sharply. Customer service / basic courtesy dont seem to exist here anymore.In the past few times I ordered here we were met by blatantly undercooked chicken on a specialty pizza, a failed delivery to a wrong address with refusal to refund, and rudeness by the current manager or owner.The previous employees who worked here were very kind and recognized myself and family when we would go in. Seems like the manager or owner is forcing her daughter to work here these days, while shes clearly disinterested.I cant recommend that anyone chooses to come here over Round Table or other similar establishments.**IMPORTANT**After reading some of the new 5 star reviews, its very easy to tell they are easily fake. All of them are complimenting new ownership while legitimate consumers know the disappointment that this place now is. Order here and find out for yourself though :)

Normally I dont give 1 star review if there as a 1 or 2 bad experience with the store but this is was a pain in the A but i still put up with it for the last 1.5 years because I love pizza guy recipes..When I called to ask about where was my pizza after 1.5 hr when the order was made. And the person whom answered the phone sound like doesnt care of the customer concern ( this will destroy the company prep and need need to re-train.Drivers : 80% of the time is 20-30min later from the original eta but I understand that due to the covid they could be short on staff and Im could take that... but almost everytime they didnt read their notes on the order and 3 time show up with a wrong pizza and 5-6 time the pizza was crushed or dropped.... the quality of service it wasnt there anymore.

The owners are the issue here and the associates are trained to be just as bad as they are. Extremely rude service, the pizzas are bland and they will give you a difficult time for using coupons. Im sorry but just NO to this joint. Id rather go to COSTCO for a better pizza, cheaper price and better service. Guaranteed youll have issues with the owners. No thanks, Ill pass. Ive been living in Tracy since 1994 and have never seen such a greedy business such as this.

First time ordering from this place and the Spinach Garlic Chicken Tuscany Thin Crust was FANTASTIC! Its quite literally the perfect pizza for me. So good, lots of toppings, and to the edge (like Round Table). Yes the prices are a little higher than the competition but better toppings and better pizza is worth it. The lady who rang me up was also very nice and even gave me a free 2-liter. If they keep making pies like the one I had tonight, Ill keep coming back!

This location and the Manager working tonight were an absolute joke. Found a hair cooked within the pizza, best they could do was automatically sign me up for their rewards program (which I didn’t ask for) and give me a 1.50$ off the next pizza. On top of that I get being a pizza joint on a Friday night must be pretty busy BUT to say it’s gonna be ready in five more minutes then proceeds to waiting for forty mins. ITS A JOKE THEN AGAIN ITS TRACY

Worst place to order from in Tracy. Only gave 2 stars because the pizza is actually good. Ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in an hour. After an hour and a half I checked my order online and it said my order was delivered. Tried to call but the number doesnt work so I had to drive down there to find out what happened. I was told the online system is broken and my order was on the way. All i got was an apology and cold pizza. Thanks Pizza Guys. Fix your damn phones.

Dude, this flipping pizza is phenomenal. I ordered a medium Hawaiian and a small Mexican taco pizza and I could not have been more pleased with the out come. This luscious taco pizza was made with Bountiful toppings, which in turn, made for an Exquisite experience. The Hawaiian taste like, well Hawaii.

Ordered off of pizza guys online, declined my payment but was charged anyways.order was $34 with tip and got charged $41. Apparently no order came through even though I was charged and they wont make our food because they didnt receive the order. Wont refund our money until they batch out the credit machine at the end of the night. Pretty much wanted us to reorder and pay again in hopes that our first order got refunded as stated by the manager. Horrible customer service horrible policys wont be ordering there again and passing the word along to everyone.. I expected better service in a time of need.. pretty much stole our money and our dinner..still no refund the next morning

I used to buy Pizza from this store twice a week, as I am kind of a pizza addict, but after my last few experiences with them, I am done. They have screwed up my last few orders, and when I called to ask about how it could be fixed, the problem was blamed on me and I was told there was nothing they could do.Let me start at the beginning, I ordered online, and after ordering a large two topping pizza, I was sent a small pizza. Not a huge deal, I asked the delivery person to call his manager. After 5 minutes of trying to call and having no one answer his calls, the delivery person told me there was nothing he could do, Id have to call and speak with the manager. SO that is what I did. When I called, the manager was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault the order hadnt gone through correctly and since it was my fault the order was wrong, he couldnt help me. It didnt matter to him that I ordered the same thing from them twice a week and this order was different. It didnt matter to him that all I wanted was credit for 1 pizza on my account, all that mattered to him was that he didnt have to accept the blame for the problem. He then told me that he was busy and didnt have time to explain to me any further and reiterated he could and would do nothing to help me.So instead of fixing a small problem for a regular customer, this manager cost the company that same regular customers business. I will continue to order my twice weekly pizzas, but it will no longer be from this store. Hope the cost of crediting 1 pizza to my account was worth losing my regular business over...The funny thing is, this was the fourth time in 2 months they had screwed up something on my order. This store desperately needs some customer service training, or a new manager.

Food is great. My issue is with company management. I ordered through GrubHub and the GrubHub orders I was told dont go to company tablet but goes to employee private phone and employees are not allowed to have phones out during work hours. The lady said employees have complained but Management wont fix it. I think somebody messed up but I will take the employees word.

Have ordered for delivery from here twice, both times it took 2 hours for my food to arrive. The first time i ordered the taco pizza and, minus the wait, it was fantastic. On the second delivery, the pizza was cold... and its toppings were stuck to the top of the box. Seems to be hit or miss.

I know we dont live in a world of guaranteed deliveries anymore, but having to double the expected delivery time of 45 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive ordered from this location is ridiculous. The final straw was my order tonight. I got a free medium pizza offer with the purchase of $10 of additional menu items. We placed our order and then waited for close to an hour and a half before the delivery guy showed up with the right pizza, but the additional items I paid for were completely wrong, or, not even in the car with him! He contacted his manager on the phone who offered to remake everything, but that it would take another 30 - 45 minutes to get to us. Sorry, that would put me really close to 3 hours from ordering to eating, not going to happen. I told them to cancel the order and will be watching my bank balance closely to ensure I get my money back.

Pizza Guys, I gave you a couple chances and you never could satisfy. Today I ordered a large pepperoni with a side of their jalapeño poppers (muncheez) and 3 of the garlic dipping sauce. For the pizza i chose the ‘signature’ crust and ‘signature’ sauce. Delivery came about an hour later and my hungry family and I immediately went to dig in.The disappointment was easy to see all around the table. The food was cold, the poppers were not freshly made (frozen reheats) and I received 3 RANCH dipping sauces, not garlic.The signature crust is just basic tasteless crust you can get at any cheap pizza place. Scratch that cause even the CHEAP places flavor their dough better. And the signature sauce??? Tastes like Chef Boyardee sauce.It’s obvious nothing here is made fresh, they used canned ingredients as much as possible, and they go for the cheapest ingredients possible.Dominos is better and you will save money. You’re welcome.

If I could give them minus stars, I definitely would. Were a commercial customer and I spent nearly $4K with them last week - - of the 5 deliveries, three were late, and the pizza from one delivery arrived burned and stone cold. Also, every time weve tried to use them, there have been significant billing issues. Strike three and theyre out for any future orders.

This place used to be good until they got new owners the people that work there now are clueless. Very bad experience.Front end person who takes the order has zero knowledge of the menu which they serve .On top of that, he bluntly declines if some one tries to order picking a pizza which they check from their online menu . Long story short, even repeating my order and giving a nod, that it was same what I wanted,but sad to say it was a wrong order . Pathetic service ! Wont suggest some one to go there, seriously!
