Patronized this business many times, always good food & great customer service. Today, the waitress who assisted us was very nice, but the tall slender young rude guy with bad skin definitely did not have patience to be at the cash register. ? Soooo rude...he told our server to take care of us, only after we asked him to repeat the order to make sure it was correct. I then asked, Is he okay? Followed by, he has a bad attitude. Followed by, he should have stayed home.? Our lady server, tried to justify this guys bad attitude by saying, hes young. Then another young gentleman standing next to our nice server, kept apologizing by saying, Im sorry, I apologize. Im sorry I apologize for the rude guys behavior. Thank goodness today is Sunday.? And, this was my sisters first time patronizing this business.?

A new Mediterranean venture in Tracy leaning on the cool / Hip side with some traditional shawarma swirling around. The decor is nice & service is commendable.The menu is broadly on three criteria side, Sandwich, Bowl with pretty much all the available options intermingling with each other at one stage or other.Now the Food : Shawarma / Gyro is fresh swirling around the heat but other than most of the items are pre-made be it salads, tabouleh, dolma, Baba Ganoush etc. Pita breads are pre-packed ones & baklava are in the front display.You can pretty much combine them with sauces like Tahini, Garlic etc & the owners are good enough to suggest a perfect fit.Though most of the stuffs are pre-made they have a lot of options for both Veg & Non-Veg lovers.BUT most of the stuffs have a very typical & common sour taste be it the salad or the sauce or the hummus. So, your Taste buds turn numb with the same palette. Being a new venture probably they are still working on finding the right mix of different ingredients but sooner they find a distinct taste the better.CONS : FALAFEL I am so used to made to order falafels at other places, that fried golden brown crispy balls with melt in your mouth taste is missing here. They are also Pre-Made which completely takes away the whole joy of biting into that hot crunch & it doesnt taste great at all.HUMMUS also did not taste half as good as packaged Costco ones. Specifically when the name carries hummus on it, expectation are at an all time high. So a solid -2 stars coz Falafel & Hummus defines Mediterranean food.PRO: Great Service / Nice Atmosphere / Owners with an accommodating attitude / Good menu selection / Clean place*My 2 Cents : Adding Calorie / Fat / Sodium / Cholesterol information to the menu will give that hipster place a much needed boost.This review will be updated once I get to try their Gyros & other stuff on the menu.

SHE WAS FABLOUS, GREAT, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAN INDEED SAY THIS FROM MY PAST 25 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF. PEOEPLE AS HERSELF DO NOT COME BY VERY OFTEN SHE LIKE WOW, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS BRIGHT, HELD HERSELF, VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY WELL MANNER, SPEAK VERY WELL, SHE NEW HER JOB DUTIES, VERY CONFIDENT, KIND, VERY EASILY TO ASK QUESTIONS TO, SHE EXPLAIN OUR QUESTIONS WITH NO PROBLEM. DO NOT EVER GET RID OF HER, SHE WILL BE A ASSIST TO YOUR COMPANY, SHE BRING BACK LOT OF YOUR CUSTOMER, FOR HER WONDERFUL, EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING, ASUME, FANTASTIC, GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAVE TO DEAL WITH IN MANY YEARS NOW. Ordered online and “ REMOVED “ items I did not want. What do you know, they put items I did not want onto my order. Asked for 2 things to be removed and it says on my order typed out . Is it really that hard to do? What if I'm allergic to something I asked to be taken off and I needed to be rushed to the Hospital because my throat is closing then what, that means I get to sue Taco Bell's location for putting on a certain item I asked to be taken off for several health reasons. If you don't like your job get another one it's not that hard to read an order and to follow the items on that order unless you just don't care or that lazy . Easiest job besides dealing with rude customers off the bat. Walked in asked for my order nicely and said thank you until they put items I asked for removal in my order. Not fun biting into something you just purchased and can't eat because someone was lazy and didn't care. Ridiculous not rocket science

I used to buy Pizza from this store twice a week, as I am kind of a pizza addict, but after my last few experiences with them, I am done. They have screwed up my last few orders, and when I called to ask about how it could be fixed, the problem was blamed on me and I was told there was nothing they could do.Let me start at the beginning, I ordered online, and after ordering a large two topping pizza, I was sent a small pizza. Not a huge deal, I asked the delivery person to call his manager. After 5 minutes of trying to call and having no one answer his calls, the delivery person told me there was nothing he could do, Id have to call and speak with the manager. SO that is what I did. When I called, the manager was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault the order hadnt gone through correctly and since it was my fault the order was wrong, he couldnt help me. It didnt matter to him that I ordered the same thing from them twice a week and this order was different. It didnt matter to him that all I wanted was credit for 1 pizza on my account, all that mattered to him was that he didnt have to accept the blame for the problem. He then told me that he was busy and didnt have time to explain to me any further and reiterated he could and would do nothing to help me.So instead of fixing a small problem for a regular customer, this manager cost the company that same regular customers business. I will continue to order my twice weekly pizzas, but it will no longer be from this store. Hope the cost of crediting 1 pizza to my account was worth losing my regular business over...The funny thing is, this was the fourth time in 2 months they had screwed up something on my order. This store desperately needs some customer service training, or a new manager.

We ordered ahead on the mobile app and it took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby. There was a younger woman on the line apologizing and pumping out orders and seemingly mainly working on the drive through orders and still talking to the lobby and explaining theyre shortstaffed and just being a good employee.Opposite of her was an older lady moving at the speed of frozen tar, grabbing a box, setting it down, looking up at the monitor, reaching over for an ingredient, setting it down, looking up at monitor, scooting box 3 inches, looking up at monitor, then by Gods miracle she would finish one bag, come over to the counter, mumble, ignore the lobby guests who said, who is this for and go back to being the worlds slowest employee Ive ever see. Its already frustrating as hell for the other lady handling a very backed up drive through but because shes younger Id bet dollars to donuts she gets paid the same or less as Count Slowsula. It was painful to watch. And why is such a large organization only hiring 1-2 people for a Monday lunch rush? Pathetic.

I ordered a stuffed pizza modified no onions no tomatoes add bell peppers and sausage. I took it home baked it and it is super salty. I called and the clerk called his boss and said they will not make another one as they do not use salt. Well something went wrong its suuuper salty. I think its the dough. He said I didnt make the pizza soooo. I just wanted pizza. So much for the return here. Then he couldnt give me his bosses name, said he wasnt allowed to. Actually yes first name last initial. Obviously they are doing something wrong. I though I was a good customer but I guess Im just another dollar in the register. Thats sad

The food is amazing! I tried the garlic noodles with prawns and seafood mac & cheese. Both were quite delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The restaurateur, Chef Koko, is friendly and provides great customer service. Although I ordered my meal to go, the take-out presentation was served up in nice aluminum and meal prep containers! ??

My family made reservations for my 75th birthday at Texas Roadhouse. Even with reservations we were going to have to wait at least an hour and could not be guaranteed 13 of us sitting in same area.So we canceled our reservation then drove around the shopping center and saw a Korean restaurant. It was a quiet and clean place and were pleasantly greeted right away. Since we like Korean food we asked if they could accommodate 13 people. They said the could and within a few minutes they had tables moved to accommodate all of us .The food was wonderful and so tasty especially their chicken meals and various sauces. I had the Galbi bento box because I love Galbi and Japchae.Usually well go to Korean Restaurant and cook our meals at our table. Not having to cook was refreshing as it gave us more time to interact and bounce around to be able to get up and talk to each other.The people who waited on us continued to treat us well and kept our food and drinks coming despite their restaurant starting to get very busy.My family and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Korean food and service.My family now has a great place to meet for occasions. Meeting in Tracy for our family is great as the drive from San Jose and Sacramento is an even drive for our families.By the way sorry for this long post. I was impressed with all they provided and couldnt stop raving about this restaurant.

Definitely not worth returning here & all the good reviews?♂️ its hard for me to believe they are being honest... we had 3 appetizers- chili chicken which tasted like orange chicken from panda but with some chili?♂️the lamb chops for the price & we got 3 chops that barely had any meat & didnt taste like lamb(mind you we eat lamb at home 1-2 times a week, we know what fresh lamb tastes like)3rd appetizer was pawani* fish(i know i misspelled it) out of the 3 appetizers we tried the fish was the best tastin but all 3 had very small portions?♂️ cmon folks now the main dish was also great we had goat curry and 2 butter naan which was a decent size portion and tasted good which is the only reason i didnt give this place 1 star, now we didnt try any veggie dishes so i cant speak on those but if i ever do decide to revisit this restaurant im not getting any appetizers for the price the portions were very small and not authentic tasting. Idk how this place gots so many 5star reviews from my experience i cant take those reviews as honest reviews & they should be ashamed for giving false reviews its quite disappointing folks rely on reviews for honesty and when so many give this place 5 stars sure you might get lots of new customers but you lose on the returning customers and thats how you stay in business which shouldnt be hard with so many people in the Tracy area being from India.I think most people go here for the veggie dishes and the buffet, if i ever do revisit imperial ill give that a try and give another review but for the non vegetarian food here... do better?
