Staff was beyond rude. I walked in and the staff just stared. I said Hi, they didnt say anything. It took a good minute before somebody actually acknowledged my existence.

I love pizza guys, some of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I live in Vacaville, and they are awesome. The food and the staff are on point. So why a 1 star? Well, this review is for the pizza guys in Vallejo. I tried to call in an order and was on hold for 10 min. Even then, no one picked up. I have worked in customer service before, and I understand restaurants get busy. But instead of keeping someone on hold and not picking up, maybe you should pick up after 3 minutes and ask if they dont mind staying on hold. Also I was told they dont sell the potato poppers in the Vallejo location after going up there. I then called the Vacaville store and was told all store sell them. So Vallejo customer service is a 1 star.

The employees were super nice! Pizza was made to order in a timely manner, and he included plates, parmesan cheese and napkins. We will be returning! There are a lot of options for customizing 🍕😋

We got the cheesy garlic rolls [ 8 PC] which are enough for two or three. Definitely warm them up again when you get home as they are better melty. We also got the antipasti salad. The salads are enough for two or three. Both are really good. I got a slice of the pumpkin cheesecake which is REALLY small. Would not get that again because of that/the price.Dont forget your senior discount. 😋

Okay, so Ive ordered pizza from these guys competitors a few times and not do I wish i would have started getting pizza from this place sooner.Pizza Guys was about half the price that I was paying and twice the quality. Ill try to remember to take some pics for you next time I order from here.

Fast service. Great prices and my kids finally found a pizza they like better than the standard, Round Table. We really did enjoy the pizza and coupon price gave us 2 large 2 topping pizzas, free cheesy garlic bread slices and because we came got it, got free liter of soda. Cant beat that especially when the pizzas really enjoyed by all. Parking is limited so think at some times might be a but tough but thats really bout it to complain about. Very small so its a take out not eat in place.

Love these Guys. I order from them all the time. I especially like their Chicken Spinach Flatbread and 10 pizzas. Oh, did I mention the wings? Juicy and delicious. Orders are delivered in a timely manner and are always hot. Delivery person is polite and friendly which is important as I live alone. Prices are good.Highly recommended.

Excellent pizza for the price, fast & courteous delivery!! The lady who delivered it didnt have $change$ tho & so i couldnt tip!! I feel awful! So maybe have some change ahead of time if poss. Will order again!

I am here visiting family that lives here. they had no idea that pizza guys delivered and had never ordered it. I was very satisfied with the prices, the online deals are fabulous. The estimated delivery time was 45 minutes and it was delivered in less time. Food was yummy. We were all very satisfied & will be returning customers.

Ive been a long time customer, so even after a few mess ups I still used them. Not anymore. Seriously.....How can you forget toppings. Especially when I ask for double tomato. My wings had hardly any sauce on them and the dough wasnt fully cooked. The night employees simply dont care, and can be rude. Lost my business.

We are from out of State, and I have to tell you...I wish The Pizza guys were in my state!!! The pizza was not greasy, the toppings were plentiful and the crust was amazing! The doordasher stole my pizzas so I had to reorder them since I had to wait so long to get my pizzas on a second order the staff was kind enough to give me a ice cream they were very sweet

I picked up a truly excellent pizza here. Tip: I used a web special coupon and saved big. The reward for picking it it myself was a pint of ice cream, very welcome on a hot evening. The online ordering app let me order ahead to save time.

I placed an order online, The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was awesome. However, my pizza was not the pizza that I ordered. This happens once in a while in this industry. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty. Her name was Courtney. She took care of the issue. I was upset that I received the wrong order but because of the way Courtney handled the situation and made things right, I will be a customer for life!! Thank You!!!

The msg pizza was ok but on 3 separate meals there were little pieces of metal whoch looked like broken staples. Not recommendedTried another piece. This is scrap metal #4. This place should be shut down. Do you have any idea what this would do to the human digestive tract? Who knows how many pieces were swallowed. Ill save copies of this post if i end up hospitalized. Thanks pizza people3 times i uploaded picture. Its conveniently not posting.

The last few times I ordered from pizza guys Ive been disappointed but I ignored the errors that were made. But after today, I can honestly say Im seriously done with pizza guys.Today,Wed. Jan 10, I ordered the usual and received a pizza that had already been cooked, cooled down then reheated and my wings were Undercooked AGAIN. The disrespect is real there!

I ordered 2 pizzas online at approximately 5:15. I get a call a few minutes later saying they ran out of taco pizza. My response was “really”.I tried to cancel order but an hour later the delivery guy shows up anyway.Do yourself a favor and order your pizzas from a real pizza place. Clearly these guys are no pizza guys.

Bummer! Pizza was cold. A tiny bit of cheese was tossed on top of the veggies and was not melted at all. It came with toppings I did not ask for but it did get here quickly.
