We ordered The Big Guy pepperoni pizza special. We had to wait a bit but wasn’t a big deal because the pizza was amazing. It had that 90s pizza after school taste. The restaurant was a bit small but then again many of the orders we saw inside were to go orders. Young woman at the register made my dinner with my wife and three kids very welcoming. Would return again before heading back home.

Despite living just a few minutes down the road for over 3 years, today was the first time I ate here. The pizza was very good. We arrived just before noon, and were the only customers, so our food was ready within 10 minutes (typical wait time is around 15 minutes). There are a few tables inside, but it seems more like a place youd pick up pizza from and take it somewhere else. Definitely recommend.

I have a fantastic experience each time I go to Pizza Guys!!! I have 4 children and they have enough space to sit with Me and probably 4 other families! They are so very friendly and polite! The owner is too! Leading by example!🙌 I always get my Pizza quick and made right. The pizza is so good I had a heart shaped one today for Valentines Day. their Salads, breadsticks, Macaroni, cookies and wings are yummy too!..they have fountain drinks or personal or 2 liter sodas. They also have ice cream bars or containers of ice cream. The dining area is always clean. There is no restroom directly in the store because its in the mall that is shared with all the stores..just ask for a key the restroom is not far and its still in the covered building. Great job Pizza Guys! Ill always come here!

Had this awesome pizza diner twice now. Just tried this Texas BBQ pizza, and as a fellow texan I can say with the utmost confidence that this place knows its Pizza! It was sweet with the perfect spice that lingered just long enough to know it was there. Baked to perfection, like always, and with a side of, probably the best I have ever had, cheesy-bread! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Ordered the pizza and was told 20 to 25 min. We waited for almost an hour then had to ask if it was done and they told us oh its been done. Dont know why they didnt call us for the order like they did everyone elses other than that it was a nice and clean place with great pizza. Plus they serve beer while ur waiting on ur pizza

I ordered ahead of time went and paid, left and they called me back saying they didnt Hargett me right so I had to go back and pay again wasnt charged correctly the first time. There were about 5 to 7 workers there all running around not really attentive to customers but not horrible either.

Pizza has really improved! Crisp and cusp pepperoni with white garlic sauce has become our favorite. We dined in after a day of trunk or treating with the granddaughter. Free ice cream came with our order which was a major plus!

Fantastic service and great pizza..As an out of state visitor I was pleasantly surprised as to how wonderful the woman on the phone was,as I was having trouble hearing due to ear infections in both ears.She was professional and courteous and patient with me ordering..The delivery driver was also great and courteous..I cant say enough about how fantastic the whole experience was and how great my pizza was..I will definitely order from them again before I leave and also the next time I come visit my daughter..

Ordered a thin crust pizza, got thick crust pizza. Called to let them know pizza was not right, they said it happens all the time on the online order system. Was also told that they are not authorized to make any changes, no refunds no remakes. Girl said she would have manager call me, he was out on delivery...long story short manager said if I want refund to go through my credit card company...when all I wanted was the correct order. Did not ask for anything free mind you. Just the correct order. Go to Dominos people!

Pretty tasty pizza, given to us within 20 min still hot, i liked that the chicken on my pizza wasnt all burnt and rubbery like some places. Also comes with a free 2 liter or ice cream with a purchase of $18 or over! Manager kindly showed us their specials they had going on. No complaints.

You get what you pay for. Low cost means so-so quality. I give it 4 stars because it is a good deal, not because it is good pizza. It is okay pizza.The delivery drivers are always prompt and courteous.Bottom line, if you dont want to pay Round Table or Mountain Mike prices, this is not a bad alternative.

We had ordered pizza from them a month ago. They messed up on the order, it was all suppose to be thin crust, it wasnt. We had called to get it fixed that day and no one was going to do anything without the managers approval. The manager did not call us back until the next day. Told us he will replace them. We just went back to replace it and they will not do it but for one pizza. If you go here make sure it is correct before you leave or you will never have it correct.

The best pizza guys around! their calzones are beyond exceptional. pan pizza is definitely pan crust and delicious. i usually get a pepperoni calzone with pesto and basil and it always comes out 🔥 their wings are okay. but the best part is if you order pickup you get a free 2 liter or pint of ice cream! i always order pickup just for that reason. tell them to cook it well and they will comply! only reason they dont get a 5 star rating from me is because i have other favorites in town! (pizza villa)

Ordered online. People were friendly, as was the delivery man. However, online app really screwed up my order. BOGO offer wouldnt work, had to cancel first one, then when 2nd time didnt go through again, they had to refund my money via cash. Have always been a Dominos gal, but wanted to give this place a chance because their menu is better. However, pizzas arrived barely warm and the crust is beyond bland and too floppy! Pizzas should always have that bit of crisp to them, even a thick crust, but these were just too soft. Toppings were also too under cooked. They werent raw, just to cold. If I thought ordering them well done would help, Id give them another chance, but the crust is so flavorless, I think I need to go back to Dominos. Sorry, Pizza Guys, you need to work on a much better crust and longer oven time!

Excellent Customer Service. A girl took my order. I didnt ask for any deals but she told me about the deals that were best with what I had ordered. I was really impressed. We ate there. Our food was ready within 10 minutes. The rest of the staff seemed really friendly as well. Will be coming back to this restaurant for sure.

Pizza was ok. Ordered online for a specific time expecting to be done with an appointment by that time. Unfortunately the appointment ran late. Had my mothers number as the contact on order. A guy called several times to remind her of the order (understandable), but the attitude during those calls was very rude and completely unnecessary. On top of that when i got there to pick up the order, girl at front desk was again rude with attitude. I told her i was pickin up. She asked the name, so i told her. She stops to look at me and says your order has been ready for almost 2 hours. Was actually only a little over an hour. I explained i just got out of a doctors appointment. She then said, oh thats why. I paid for the order. She told a soda was with my order and to pick it out on my way out. I dont plan on visiting that place again.

Restraunt smells horribly. So does the pizza. I ordered a veggie pizza but it came out smelling like an old sock. And its pretty expensive for being worse than even Dominos. The only redeeming thing was the crust but the rest of it all is mediocre. Way too overhyped for what it actually is. Just go to Blaze or Pieology if youre near one. If anything Little Ceasars is better because they actually charge you for what youre getting.

Was in a hotel in the area and found this place by browsing on Google Maps. Never had it (or even heard of it) so I clicked on their link. They offer online ordering which is always a gamble but I decided to try it anyway. The order was 10 boneless, 6 regular wings, crispy chicken salad w/ranch, and a 2-liter of Diet Pepsi. Clicked finish and it showed an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes.Right around 35 minutes, the dudes at my door. I paid cash and shut the door. I quickly realized he forgot the soda so I caught him before he got on the elevator. He seemed to slightly panic and said it wasnt on the computer but he looked at the receipt in his pocket and it was on there, so he left to go after it...I was starving but had nothing to drink so I stuck the salad in the fridge and waited the 15 or so minutes until he returned before I started eating. Further disappointment ensued...I opened the salad first and realized immediately that this was a garden salad - full of all the nasty healthy stuff I dont like - not the chicken salad I ordered. I was too hungry to call them so I picked all the olives and onions and peppers out and poured the packet of ranch on. I took a bite and was annoyed that the ranch was warm, even after it had just sat in my fridge for 15 minutes. Ugh. I open the 2 liter and yep, you guessed it...warm. Lovely. I ate about half the salad and threw the rest in the garbage. I opened the boneless wings and had to giggle at this point. It was a 10 piece although 2 of them were about the size of a quarter. Haha! This has gotten comical at this point. Then finally I opened the 6 piece and they were fine. Of course not very warm by now but thats understandable. Ok, so weve proven that maybe theyre able to deliver with such quickness because they pay absolutely no attention to the order before delivering it. Or perhaps because theyre a pizza shop, they only know how to get that right? Who knows. As far as the actual taste of everything? The salad was your basic salad and Im sure wouldve been fine if the dressing wasnt so warm and there was chicken on it. The wings all tasted good but were nothing unique. To top it all off, I added Please bring itemized receipt in the comment section. Didnt get it. Thankfully I was able to access it online so work will still cover it.Overall Im obviously gonna tell you to avoid this place but maybe youll have better luck than me. I wont ever choose them again but to each their own.

So were working out of town right now... Perfect time to get a slice of Merced.Were construction workers, so finding a place to relax after work is refreshing since Home is a Motel room. We tried this place because it was something different. Big Mistake... They do have a Flat screen inside which, like the previous poster described, is like surface of the sun. Very Warm. Oh, and when it is that Temp. Construction workers like Beer...which they dont serve. Oh well, The Pizza was Hot & descent. The Hot Wings were like the other poster joked about... small. I know I will not be going back to this place.
