My mom recommended them to me and I was so disappointed. The lowest quality pizza I’ve ever gotten. It also came with a strange smell. We ate it because it was late at night and we didn’t have any other food and I’ve felt super sick all day from it. I’ve never had issues with any other local pizza place. I called to tell them and they didn’t really seem to care. Avoid this place if you don’t want food poisoning. We think it might’ve been the ham that was funky.

Great customer service. Very apologetic for having to wait. I didnt mind because that meant the food was hot out of the oven.First time visiting. Family and I hadnt eaten at Pizza Guys in years. Noce to know there is a good one nearby. Will definitely go there again 👍

Order pizza, was given a pick up time. When I got there they said it was going to be an hour wait! Staff was rude and not helpful at all. They said the only thing they can do is cancel my order

Never, ever again. I was hungry after leaving my doctors appointment. This was my first time purchasing a pizza from this place. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

This is a run-in & out place. No chairs enough to wait for your order, best to pre-order& pick up!The pizza is great, especially the thin crush, any toppings. The staff is OK, not friendly, not mean just employed.

This is a great location. It feels less like a franchise and more like a small business. The owners are always there and very friendly. The pizza is consistent and Ive never had a bad experience. You wont have to wait long for your order either. Cleaniless is definitely a plus too in this location.

Great tasting pizza. Love the deals in the mailbox flyers, saved me some money this time. I always somehow spend $145.00 but not this time thank you pizza guys.

Omg. Pizza is so good!!! BEST I EVER HAD. Creamy white sauce crust. Mediums are good size. $26 for two.Last week round table charged 56 for 1 small gluten free and 1 medium. 😠😩 not even as good.

Pizza never arrived. Called them after 1 and 1/2 hours and ask them to refund my credit card. Its too bad they usually deliver on time or even early. Owner didnt even offer up any freebies to say they were sorry. I spend approximately $500 a year on Pizza guys. Now I believe I will take my business elsewhere. Best of luck to you Pizza guys!

I’ve been waiting 1hr 30min for a pizza and breadsticks to be delivered. I was told it would be 1hr, and was willing to still wait for it when I I initially placed the order. When I called to check and see if they had even left yet, I was told it would be another 15 min because they got busy and behind on orders. (Really!) Not even an apology? Never again Pizza Guys. I’ll be buying pizza elsewhere. Thanks! Only gave one star because I had to.

Love this place. Great pizza, large variety of salads and sides. Always fast for delivery even faster with puck up. Order online or the phone. Best pizza chain and you can see all their coupons online.

There was a hair on my pizza. Its very disgusting . It is important that you maintain your hygiene. The person who attended me did not have a mask and apparently she was alone with the customers and cooking the pizzas.

Ordered online, wait time was 20 minutes, showed up, waited 25 minutes beyond and they told me a driver took my pizza and Id have to wait another 10....after they took my money, full price. What a Joke!!

Not sure how sanitary they keep their kitchen or if they even wear hair nets, took a bite out of my pizza and got some nice long hair stuck in my teeth from it. Disgusting.

Pizza was cold, I arrived exactly 20 minutes after ordering, pizza still tasted good but its awesome when its hot. Also the refrigerator wasnt very cold, very annoying.
