Affordable. Fresh. And filling. The options are great and the portion is even greater. My mom and I came in for lunch, and we were pleased with both service and our meals. 10/10 recommend!Also, there is plenty of seating both inside and out on the patio. Casual food court ambiance.

I stopped by today. Its actually good. Mall food isnt my thing, but this place is good. They have a good selection of protein. I got the 2 scoop, and its enough. Ingredients are fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good choice to go for refreshing and light meal.

The food was so great! I got a small bowl of salmon and got it with a good amount of toppings. They were very nice too 🙂 the ginger was very good and the edamame always perfect texture. This was a great way to break an intermittent fast imo. Altogether good food and service. No pic because I’m already munching on it lol

Cheap on my portion not on the price. This has never happened, but on Monday 6/7/21@1:30pm, male server was rude to my daughter and couldnt believe the lack of portion he gave us, my daughter was surprising me for lunch, and couldnt be leave this guy. Hopefully manager spoke to him, I called to let him know. I go 3 times a week, a regular customer, I dont appreciate bad service. Things need to change.

I dont remember the last time Ive been to the Montclair Mall, but I love how they are revamping the place in general and how modern the food court looks specifically. I came here recently for Poke and the food at Pokeway was amazing. First of all, the bowls here were massive requiring two hands to hold. I also liked how the bowls were earth friendly and not plastic. The food here was bright, colorful, and fresh tasting. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff was friendly. I was also impressed by their selection of hot food in addition to their cold food. I dont recall any other Poke place offering tempura shrimp as a protein option, but they do here. Though this place is slightly far for me, I will definitely be back when Im in the area. Check this place out!

I am not a fan of the mall—never have been— but this poki place—this delicious poki place—keeps drawing me back. I would never have thought there was a poki place at the Montclair Plaza (Place), being that I would not have gone willingly to check, BUT my coworker recommended this place to me, and ever since then, we have been getting lunch here for our breaks. It is just so delicious. I am a fan of the rice bowls, but if you are not a fan, they also do salads as well.If there are cons about pokeway that I could list they would be: the spicy dressing is not that spicy (personal preference) and they do not have a fountain drink dispenser--they have a fridge--so, if you want a soda, water or any other drink, make sure they offer it--in their fridge--and accept that there is no refill.BUT, do not let these deter you from checking this place out! You will not regret it, and your stomach will thank you. Highly recommended!

Before, I have ate here many times and it was good. Today we went there and their salmons color/texture/taste is different. The salmon seems like it is manufactured, and after I ate, both my wife and I felt nauseous with an upset stomach.

Surprisingly good.Yes you have to trek up the second floor food court, but you get rewarded with healthy, reasonable priced food, with, too large portions.I got a medium bowl, and I eat a lot, and I thought it should be a large.The small is a regular portion and probably too much for some peopleThe fish was good and the choices were very wide.Service was friendly.The food court is nice and airy and clean on a weekday at noon.Would come here for work day lunch, and actually any time I wanted a fairly healthy meal.

The food here is so fresh and so much selection for a amazing price, my favorite would have to be the crab meat and the spicy shrimp…. So good! The staff here is very helpful and kind, definitely recommend this place it’s located inside the Montclair mall on the top floor and second floor when it comes to parking

I usually love this poke so that’s why i’m giving two stars and not one, but yesterday I got the worst food poisoning i’ve ever had in my life. I ate a poke bowl and within 15 minutes I had the worst stomach cramps, didn’t think anything of it until an hour later i felt weak and lightheaded and started vomiting everything in me and using the bathroom every thirty minutes. I went to ER and got tests done indicating I have food poisoning and stood up the whole night throwing up and using the bathroom. I literally was throwing up water and any fluids up until i got medication prescribed to me to prevent dying from dehydration. I’ve been put on a strict liquid diet to recover from the bad dehydration this food poisoning gave me.

I normally don’t post reviews on things, but yesterday was a bad experience for me here and I’m at this place multiple times a week, if not multiples times a month getting food here. I order the same large bowls with the same ingredients and for some reason I’m getting charged different prices each time. Not sure as to why. I tried asking a worker there and she was absolutely rude about it. I asked her if the prices have gone up and her response was in the last month and I’m like well I was here last Sunday and I was charged $13 something and today it’s $17 and she’s like maybe you got a different size bowl and I’m like no and I didn’t get a chance to even finish what I was about to say and she cut me off. This is not how you treat a customer who comes here on a weekly basis every month. I don’t understand how you can charge me one price and then charge me more another time for something that’s exactly the same as previous times. And it’s not like I’m making this up as I have pics as proof! This needs to be addressed and I would like answers for this. I not only come here for the food and the portions they give and in my opinion is the best in the area, but I work 2 mins from here and I send my co works here for the food as well and to be treated like this is unacceptable! The girl who was rude to me, she’s there quite a bit, reddish hair, usually a ponytail. Please teach this girl manners and how to treat returning customers.

I went there to check it out and was told it was sushi in a bowl and I thought I would try it. I spent $13 and had a absolute wonderful meal spicy chopped up salmon and spicy tuna with some amazing sweet cucumbers. The problem is now I crave their food in the middle of the night Im going to have to go get some to bring home and leave them in the refrigerator. I cannot recommend it more highly five stars is only about half of what it should be I wish they could give us 10 Stars

Terrible experience and terrible quality fish. Looks like it’s been frozen and thawed out, not fresh at all, and super mushy in the mouth. Spent $30 and it tasted terrible; not only that asked the manager for a refund and was denied because “there was nothing wrong with the food”. Will not be coming here again but will recommend PokeDot in Claremont, fish is always fresh and the poke is great quality. Save your money and go there instead!

$14⁰⁰ for a 4 scoop Poke Bowl seemed too good to be true... so my husband and I decided to try out Pokeway!We were greeted with a smile by an employee named Tammy. She was quick with our order and very kind.Normally Poke stops will skimp on the fish and toppings, but we got a good amount here! Octopus was surprisingly fresh tasting (especially for Montclair) and everything came out delicious.Overall, 5 stars! ♡ Thanks, Tammy!

My NEW favorite place!!! Customer service was awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The flavor is spot on. I wish it wasnt inside the mall because i only went to get the large poke bowl. Ive tried many poke places around the area and some as far as 25 miles away.. none come close to Pokeway. The bowls are great and fairly priced good amount of food and great quality.. wish I snapped a pic before eating oh well I enjoyed it! The spicy salmon is the best I had from any place and Im not really into salmon, tuna, octopus, albacore are my usual favorites and house dressing.. cant go wrong.

After a shift in the E.R all i crave is a poke bowl. I dont hesitate to drive over for a refreshing and healthy dinner. Ive walk in at 6:45p.m and have been rejected a multiple times already saying that theyre closed when their posted hours shows that they close at 7p.m.It is very disappointing, especially seeing all of the food still out, and the employees still unwilling to accept my business. They need better management. And if they are going to be closing earlier, then they should change their business hours to the correct time

Prices are slightly higher than their menu listed here suggests. Portions are larger than other poke spots Ive frequented. Over all really good options and the usual variety of toppings.
