Highly recommended for those who love top quality sushi and sashimi Japanese food....I went there two days in a row and the food and service were of the same quality. In particular, the C menu got a perfect score of 100 from the appetizer, main dish, and dessert, and it was also the best value for money Japanese restaurant.

Alright lets talk about this hole in the wall Ramen Spot. So, the fam and I walk through the Mont Clair Plaza. Afterwards, we are craving soup before headed home. The original idea was either Pho or Ramen.As we take Central Northbound driving slowly peering at the shops and restaurants in and near the east plaza from the Target, we notice a Grand Opening sign for a Ramen spot. The door wide open but no customer or guest inside.I hop out of the car and ask if they are still open. The two Chefs at the front along with Waitress both look over and say yes we are open til 930p. I invite the family to come down. We had the whole place to ourselves! The ambiance is very unique with several anime crossovers as their main background. Im a big fan of Anime especially Naruto and Dragon Ball which happen to be their main background design.There are several tables and the place looks like it can hold 35-60 folks. The place was very clean. You can tell theyve barely been open for several months. I asked the waitress how long exactly and she stated theychave been operating for two months. The service is very friendly. They definitely care about their customer. They asked if we would want to eat in or take our food togo. My wife and I wanted to be considerate knowing it was already passed 9p so we decided to take our order out!The test was going to be how good their food was and how good is it togo? We take it home everything was wrapped very well and prepared very well. We chose 3 ramen soups: Seafood, Naruto Chashew, and Beef Ramen. We also tried some sides with the Calamari and the Tempura Roll.The broth of the ramen was very good. Deliciously made and very authentic. All three bowls were flavorful and great tasting! The Calamari was also delicious. Lightly fried with delicious crunch to every bite. It was not gamey at all and it was a great pairing to the Ramen. The Tempura Roll was decent. No complaints regarding the taste or qulaity of food wise. This is a very decent place to have a wonderful meal!Overall 4.8/5

We ordered two dinner plates with chicken and salmon teriyaki with California rolls. The rolls were pretty good, as well as the tempura. The salmon and chicken teriyaki were very disappointing. The salmon was overcooked, hard, and flavorless. The salmon didnt even taste like salmon. The teriyaki was also flavorless. They give you two entire portions of rice, which is a lot. Miso soup also has noodles, which is the first time Ive seen it, out of the dozens of Japanese restaurants Ive been to. Rolls were good, but probably wont return.

I normally don't post reviews on things, but yesterday was a bad experience for me here and I'm at this place multiple times a week, if not multiples times a month getting food here. I order the same large bowls with the same ingredients and for some reason I'm getting charged different prices each time. Not sure as to why. I tried asking a worker there and she was absolutely rude about it. I asked her if the prices have gone up and her response was in the last month and I'm like well I was here last Sunday and I was charged $13 something and today it's $17 and she's like maybe you got a different size bowl and I'm like no and I didn't get a chance to even finish what I was about to say and she cut me off. This is not how you treat a customer who comes here on a weekly basis every month. I don't understand how you can charge me one price and then charge me more another time for something that's exactly the same as previous times. And it's not like I'm making this up as I have pics as proof! This needs to be addressed and I would like answers for this. I not only come here for the food and the portions they give and in my opinion is the best in the area, but I work 2 mins from here and I send my co works here for the food as well and to be treated like this is unacceptable! The girl who was rude to me, she's there quite a bit, reddish hair, usually a ponytail. Please teach this girl manners and how to treat returning customers.

From start to finish, the experience was marred by numerous shortcomings that made it a regrettable dining choice.First and foremost, the waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout the entire evening. It took an unreasonably long time for them to take our orders, and even longer for the food to arrive. Our requests for refills on beverages were consistently ignored, and it felt like we were an afterthought to the staff.Moreover, the food itself was far from satisfactory. The sushi rolls lacked freshness and flavor, and some even had an unpleasant fishy smell. The rice was poorly cooked and sticky, making it difficult to enjoy the rolls. The portion sizes were disappointingly small, especially considering the prices they charged.The ambiance of the restaurant was another letdown. The lighting was excessively dim, making it difficult to read the menu or see our food properly. The tables were not adequately cleaned, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired.To add insult to injury, when we brought up our concerns to the manager, they displayed a dismissive and unapologetic attitude, showing no interest in rectifying the situation or addressing our dissatisfaction. This lack of accountability and customer care only exacerbated the negative experience.Considering the exorbitant prices and the subpar quality of both the service and the food, I cannot recommend Sake 2 Me. There are far better options available in town that offer superior dining experiences and value for money. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment.

First time trying out the local hibachi spot near work.Got the Spicy shrimp bowl with fried rice. This with tax came out to almost $15.The shrimp is actually pretty spicy. A good heat without being burn your mouth spicy but enough to give you the sniffles. The shrimp is delicious & the fried rice was good.Excited to try something different next time. Wont be able to make it a consistent lunch spot due to the prices but itll be a nice treat when possible. Hopefully theyll get like a $7 lunch bowl special on the menu in the future (hint hint wink wink).BTW theyre open for dine in & only accept cash at the moment.
