Honestly whoever runs this franchise should not have a business. Ive went here twice at posted opening hours with them being close. First time, I even saw the lady in there and she just waved me off.The service level is also consistently bad. Whoever works there looks like they are being forced to work.
There was a ball of hair on the bottom of my bag of popcorn chicken. I brought it up to the worker + person in the back and they caught an attitude and mocked me. It was as if she was challenging me by saying, oh what are you going to call the food inspector? Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Never coming back
They have an advertisement for The new Mochi waffle, but they don’t serve it with ice cream like the sign says. Nor do they accept dollar coins because their boss doesn’t like it. I truly feel the guy was being prejudice and did not want to wait on us. Weird service that’s all I can say! Oh yeah and money is money!!
I always buy here my favorite is the crab claw then one time i ordered it and i bring it to my school then when i bite the crab claw i feel something hard i thout that was the shell but then when i look at it that is a broken piece of tupperware. After that i decided not to order crab claw again :( even though that is my favorite. sometimes also their drinks is tasteless. But it only happened to me once about the crab claw and for the drink its happen to me for like 3 to 4 times.
Mmmm .....sometimes there are good people getting your order but there is someone that doesn’t have patience to get your order thats not ok ! Because you are the person who is buying ... and they sell because of you so.... he looks so boring! But that’s not our problem! Try to be nice and respectful....( my experience)
I’ve been going there for about a couple of months now and The lady in the front with the short hair is always so welcoming and sweet. I come in, I order I get my stuff, and I’m out the door, easy peasy.
Boba isnt very good at this location. Everything else is on par with your average quickly. Owner/managers husband sits outside with his car on running for hours waiting for his wife every night. Thanks for the low-grade boba and the unnecessary pollution.
Definitely the ugliest decorations for any boba place around, but what can you expect, its a Quicklys. Most of the drinks are good, but nothing special. The popcorn chicken is highly recommended.
They out of shrimp and then they out of beef stew i order oyster i asked the cashier if its the same price with rice or not she said its the same price so i did not order rice because I already ordered shrimp fried with rice so but they told me they out of shrimp and if i wanted to order some else instead so i order beef stew they told me they out of it again so i did not want any things else so they refund me for the shrimp fried rice so when I got my fries oyster i asked them if i can get the rice with it they say no we have to charge for it i said how come and the cashier told me at first its the same price with or without any way i did not get the rice not because of the money it just the principle plus the cashier girl she was rushing me and having trouble talking the order from me and some how mad i dont know why so this is the first time for me and it will be the last

I enjoy their milk tea, always packed so be prepared to wait for awhile. Their food is super greasy most of the time, so I usually just get their milk tea drinks.

The place is dirty the floor is very dirty u can tell by the color black of the grout the rest room is very dirty too its like no body takecare of it the window glass has a lot of finger print the health department or OSHA should inspect this place floors, bathroom what about the kitchen ??? Big location, lots of options, kind of messy seating area and isnt very fast. Flavors are ok, but not the best bubble tea.

Staff seems a bit scattered at times,can get worse if they have friends sitting there, and sometimes are on their phone with their back turned to the entrance.

2021-08-21 20:31:15They had really authentic drinks that I used to have in Taiwan (flavor and the ratio of my Taro slush was 100% the same). Also, a wide variety of snacks you could choose. The only think I wish could be improved was the cleanliness of the waiting area. Some customers were not really responsible for the food the ordered…

2020-01-20 05:24:20The floor was sticky, and I would really much rather go to another Quickly other than here. I ordered the blueberry milk tea and it didnt taste so much like blueberry. I chose it just to see if any of the unpopular drinks were any better. Uhm, they knew it wasn’t right away by the way the cashier reacted. The lady who was sweeping nearby, was looking at my group like she was listening in to our convos. Very uncomfortable.

2017-03-21 05:37:10When this Quicklys opened up more than ten years ago, I didnt expect more Quicklys boba shops to pop up all over the Bay Area. This specific location used to be my go-to until it became too crowded with students from nearby schools and cleanliness of the business flew out the door.Quicklys in the Westlake Shopping Center has lots of parking, but if you dont want to walk far, then i bid you good luck. This location is right next to a laundromat and other businesses, so people occupy these parking spaces fairly quickly. In terms of the menu items, I would like to note that prices have increased, especially for their snack items such as popcorn chicken and takoyaki. Its still tasty, but people are mainly here for the boba drinks. If you dont want tapioca, you can opt for jelly. My go-to is Jasmine Milk Tea with popping strawberry boba. Dont knock it till you try it. In terms of food, i like ordering popcorn chicken or cheese sticks.

2021-09-20 04:55:02This Quickly is ok. The music plays too loud and it is hard to hear the cashier. The cashier is a bit harsh when speaking but sometimes is nice. The food is freshly made so thats a plus.
