Food is mind blowing, flavor is thong blowing and service is incredible. Little pricier than your average local Indian restaurant but it worth it. The venue is not spacious but the atmosphere is very lovely and cozy. Definitely, coming back.

Not busy at all on a Tuesday evening. The manager Bobby served us, and he was really chatty and knowledgeable about the food, and talking with him was a delight. The food was very good. Its not too spicy, but still very flavorful and appropriately hot temperature-wise. Would recommend the lamb shank and chicken tikka masala.

We really liked this places take on Indian food. It was much lighter than some southern versions. One of the highlights was a fusion appetizer: ceviche tostadas that had Indian seasonings in the mix (garam masala? I asked the chef but he wouldnt reveal). We also enjoyed various lamb and chicken dishes. The servers were friendly and the little neighborhood in South Pasadena was delightful.

Best samosas ever! It was an absolutely joyful experience to dine at Radhika. Their paneer was freshly made- very smooth! The tikka masala sauce to go with it was very rich and hearty. Not like cheap and salty, the sauce was creamy, well balanced and genuine. The Bharta I had was very well made too. I could taste the charred eggplant. The layers of flavors within one spoon of Bharta was very balanced and rich. Oh, I have to give a thumbs up to the basmati rice---great fragrance!😋

Delicious Indian food. Chicken masala a must have, variety of Naan bread. Mango lassi is delicious, one if best ones I ever had. The fried rice with lamb was delicious. In reality, everything was excellent.

Heavenly package of meals from a long-time favorite of South Pasadena and surrounding areas. Fresh ingredients prepared in an authentic way by experienced chef-owners who trained in Indian Hotel Service in India. We love the Chicken tikka and the lamb shank. Perfect to go with grilled brussels sprouts and cauliflower and exceptional rice and flavored naans.

The staff was so accommodating and the biryana and masala were delicious, cant help but give this place 5 stars. As a vegetarian, my dish options were emboldened, rather than diminished. Would highly recommend if youre in the area and need to pick a spot to eat.

The indian food here was great! The servers were polite and helpful. I highly recommend their fried amritsari fish (appetizer) as well as their malai kofta (entrée, veg). The owner was there too and made sure we were well looked after! The ambiance was great too!

Very poor service. We waited for an hour for our food. No one checked on us after we got our food. We had to ask for menus and silverware. I was finally able to flag down someone to ask for water. She never came back with it. I flagged down another person who finally brought us water. The staff was arguing amongst each other. I will never go there again. The ambience was great. That helped as I sat for an hour waiting for food. Bring your own drinks. By the time you get service you may choak on your food...whenever you get it.

AMAZING food. I have been looking for some good curry. This was delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They didnt have the lamb shank so they gave us a free order of garlic naan to make up for it. They appreciate our business and I appreciate them for that.

Hands down the best tandoori chicken in all of Pasadena.Radhika is set in a beautiful neighborhood in South Pasadena.Its by the goldline station and also plenty of parking around. Very accessible!Cant remember the name of our server, but she was amazing and was super passionate about the food.She gave amazing recommendations as well.Amazing service and food all around!

I live in a different city but whenever I come to south Pasadena I make sure to come to this place. I’ve been here more than 4-5 times and I have to say this place always does two things well: food and service. The taste is incredible, the service is always superb and friendly. I believe Bobby to be one of the most personable and amazing service provider. He always takes care of us and ensures our experience is top notch. I can’t wait to be back again.

Please tell your staff to stop wearing their aprons to the bathroom. I watched 3 employees including my waiter do it while I was there for my anniversary and one of them even wiped his hands on the apron as he was coming out. Won’t be coming back here again 🤮

Very tasty Indian food with some menu items that are different from standard Indian fare. They do have the classics too, but if you want something different, this is the place to go. Good selection of beers to go with the curries and non-alcoholic drinks too.

The food was delicious for a fair price (a large plates of rice, chicken Tikka masala, naan, and aloo ghobi for around $34). That could feed four people depending on how hungry they are. The staff was extremely kind and the ambience was great.

Placed a pickup order through their website. When we arrived, they said the order did not go through and we had to provide another credit card. Long story short, we were charged twice for the same meal and since then three different people at Radhika have refused to assist in any way. Awful customer service. As to the food specifically, Id give it two stars -- under-cooked meat is never ideal. There are several better Indian options in the area.

First of all this place is not for Indians. They aim for the rest of the population in South Pasadena. You will not get authentic spicy Indian food here. I visited this place 3 times and was totally disappointed. The Indian chicken Biriyani came something like tomato rice cooked by some Mexican Chef. All the Nans were over cooked and burnt. The Tandoori chicken was undercooked with pink color inside. The Latino ladies who came to serve the food didn’t care to ask me what level of spicy food I need. They had some side business inside and was talking over phone. Finally everything came so bland. The stuffed chicken paratha had some white colored chicken pieces inside with no masala.blahh. It was disgusting. When I complained they gave me 30 percent reduction in my bill. It looks like they serve ready made canned chutney for the Pappadam basket. I had the worst experience here. It is a prime place near the Farmers market and any other Restaurant would have made lot of money if they own this cute little place.

One of the best Indian places Ive ever been to. Its odd to see a place thats so good have so little customers whenever I go but that makes in a hidden gem in my eyes.There hasnt been a single thing Ive had from the menu not be above par in terms of quality. The service is acceptable and food comes out within a reasonable time. If there was anything I can complain about its that I have to drive so far every time Im craving indian food.

About 3 years ago, this place had superb, flavorful food. You could taste the dedication from the chefs, and the seasonings were 10/10 (maybe 8/10 on a bad day). They played great, upbeat, energetic music that went along with videos they projected onto a small screen in the middle of the restaurant.Today, the menu is different and all the food (even the garlic naan!) has lost its flavor. Maybe it was an off day for everyone, but there were hardly any other customers and the flavors were a disappointing 2/10.Maybe they changed management? Perhaps they hired a new sous chef? Whatever the reason, Ive lost all interest in coming back. Its a shame, as it used to be my favorite Indian restaurant.

I had high hopes for this place. The place was cute and much more modern then other Indian places Ive been too. My first red flag was when I walked in and it smelled (not the way Indian restaurants should smell) but I brushed it off. Mine and my husbands food arrived and I have to be honest it looked Great! My son and nephew both ordered the tandoori chicken lunch plate and boy was I shocked. The chicken looked very light in color which looked partially boiled and a failed attempt to cook on a top plate. When my son picked up his chicken I noticed that the plate was full of pink juice I immediately told the boys to put the chicken down. The chicken was extremely under cooked. I didnt complain as I wasnt in the mood. My husband and I ended up sharing our plates with the kids. Our plates were fully cooked and in fact delicious. It wasnt like they were busy and were in a rush, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Im not sure what happened but I wouldnt come back just because of the under cooked chicken.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in San Gabriel Valley! Their food is consistently high-quality, surface is great, and theres a really great side room for large parties. The ambience has definitely colorful and more modern. I find a spot to be a little bit more pricey than other Indian restaurants, but I do believe the quality is worth it and Ive been coming here for years.

This lovely Indian restaurant has a very appealing vibe and is right across a Metro station. Apart from being accessible and pretty, this place provides a wide range of vegetarian and meat options. Personally, I felt it was a little pricey based on the food experience.My favorite dish was the Veggie Korma. The Lamb Shank was not impressive though the meat was cooked beautifully.

One of the most authentic places to eat Indian food. I am from northern part of India and the Amritsar butter chicken was the best I have had in southern California. It was not made with tomatoes from a can but a curry that was made from scratch. I highly recommend this place for everyone who craves true Indian food.

I used to come here all the time, and I dont know if theres new management or something but my food was horrible. I got the chicken Tikka masala, and in the past it was delicious and flavorful, but this time around it was completely tasteless. It honestly tasted like plain chicken, I dont know how its possible. They also took an extra 20 minutes on my to-go order, I almost wonder if they didnt even start it until I showed up to pick it up. I wouldnt recommend this place, which is unfortunate because it used to be my favorite Indian food restaurant

I thought I was eating good Indian food before. Then I came here. This place is fantastic. So much so that this is the first time I have ever left a review on a restaurant. The tandoori chicken was delicious! Succulent and perfectly seasoned. The tikka masala was spicy, but not anus burning spicy. The atmosphere is great and lends well to conversation. My wife and brother said that everything they tried was the best of that item they had ever had. And awesome servers to top it off. 6 stars!

We really enjoy the food here. We bring our dogs, sit outside, and the food is fresh and delicious. We have always had excellent service but we go at off hours, like 5 on a Saturday. It is next to the Gold Line station so its a little noisy every 10 minutes but really, after one glass of wine and some naan to start....who notices!

We had reservations for 6:30 pm and they didnt know about it. It took just under half an hour to get water and 3 tries to get someone to take our order. The first dish to arrive was someone elses dessert and we had ask for my mango lassi later. It appears that theyre perhaps understaffed; however, other tables that came after we did were served and gone before we were. They seem to do a brisk take-out business and perhaps there were more orders than usual.The service was okay. The food is pretty good and there was alot of it. I would have been happier to have less of it & better service. Im somewhat familiar with Indian restaurants and am used to getting papadam as the first dish... didnt get it this time... sigh.Its a really nice place that takes up 3 storefronts, so theyve probably expanded through over time. This might be an example where the owner/management are having growing pains.

Went there the other day with my girlfriend and I have to say, it was a mixed bag. While the view for us is worth the price alone (Were Halloween fans and the infamous Myers house is across the street!), the service was a bit off. The waiter seemed bothered to even be there. He acted like he was having to go out of his way to get through his shift. He even put the bill down before we were done. Then my girlfriend told me that he was just sitting, staring at her, like waiting for us to leave. It seemed very rude and rushed. The food was amazing and I give that a 10, but they can really work on their service, which Id give a 3 of 10.

This is my favorite indian restaurant in Pasadena. I know at least 1 great restaurant in each park of Los Angeles. This one is not totally Indian as I believe some of their dishes come from Spain like gazpacho and paella. However, I dont care. Whatever they make is delicious. I love their. Kashmini Lamb Shank. I had this place once in person. I loved it, so during quarantine we ordered delivery. Terrible. We ordered veggie bryani ... And it came with meat. We then had to make rice. The naan was just dough. First the reception was bad, no smiles and a very serious face. Well we thought it’s an Indian restaurant was not expecting any special treatment. We ordered fish soup (bad Idea), Veg Biryani ( It has more big cauliflowers than Rice) tasteless, Spicy, and no raita, Dal ( he literally put a lot of green chilies and it was so spicy that we have order Raita/ yougurt which he charged extra, Naan I have no comments, paneer absolute disaster. Very very expensive restaurant with zero quality food and no hospitality. They need to sent their chef to India and get him trained. I am so surprised with the reviews. I think the reviewers are either paid or they never tasted authentic Indian food.

I wanted to love this place, but pretty much everything went wrong. Arrived with 4 employees at the door, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to seat us. We got waved to a table. Ordered a lassi (yogurt beverage) and it was incredibly salty to the point of undrinkable. Our server said someone mightve mistaken salt for sugar when it was made and brought another but in a different flavor. The brussel sprouts tasted strongly of mustard seed or spice in that flavor range. Entres took forever to arrive and only one of two bread orders was delivered. No one ever came by to check on us, so we had to actually stand up to get service. When the bread did arrive it was wrong, but again no one server ever came back to our table until they brought the check. The salmon was over cooked and tasted like spicy chicken. The tandoori chicken was fine but nothing special. Overall the modern twist here is poorly executed. Its not good Indian food and their Asian fusion take on things isnt good either. This was pretty much a waste of $65. Service was terrible, food not good.

The saag was good, as was the naan. But the chicken tikka was really bad! The chicken was overcooked, dry and fibrous. The sauce was colored a lot but tasted like nothing. Those of you looking for an Indian restaurant with a buffet will be disappointed: Radhika only serves you food off their fusion-ish menu. Ive generally been pleased with most dishes they serve up, though the bartha has been lackluster both times Ive ordered it. Vegetarians (and carnivores!) can order an excellent paneer tikka masala.Ive also been pleased with their service. The last time I ordered take-out, I arrived home and discovered my garlic naan was missing. I had actually added this when I arrived to pick up my food, and while I was charged with it, I was partially responsible for the confusion. The host completely understood, and credited my card back for the missing order (actually, he probably comped me more than the order was worth).

Love the chicken tikka masala, naan bread, and samosas. The atmosphere is great because they show Indian movies inside and some of the furniture makes it feel like youre in a comfy lounge. The prices are a bit pricey (everything has to be ordered separately), but I loved the location, atmosphere, and service. The apps would have been 10x better if they used traditional tamarind sauce instead of the unique fusion substitute they have. For the main, we shared a chicken tikka masala and the yellow dal. The chicken was again a little dry, but the flavors were good. I do wish the flavors of the entire meal had been bolder. There was also no heat/spice at all.Overall, it wasnt bad. A fresh take on Indian cuisine! The space is kind of small, but the atmosphere is nice. They give decent portions (the naan is huuuuuge). I really enjoyed the chicken korma (that had blueberries and bananas in it... i know! but super tasty). The chicken tikka masala was good, though a little runny for my taste! The rosemary naan was on point! Parking is an issue, to beware. Give this place a try!

I went here with my family on Christmas Eve (2013) and after a rough patch where they werent sure they could seat us despite my long-standing reservation, everything was perfect from when we sat down to when we left. Non-traditional Indian-fusion with a great beer/wine selection and very good service. I even loved being able to watch the Gold Line roar by just outside the window.

Tl;dr: bad service (wrong order, forgot to order), no tangible apologies, maybe just a bad trip1. They ran out of paneer, while my vegetarian friend was there, and offered to replace it with tofu! Sacreligious! They offered ground paneer instead, which was suitable. Then when they brought the dish, they put tofu anyways! When they brought a replacement, it wasnt spicy as first ordered!2. The waiter tried to remember everything. Of course, he forgot one item that we ordered. When we reminded him, he told us it was on the way. Truthfully, he had forgotten to place the order! The last dish didnt come until we were done eating everything else. Disappointing.3. Typically, when a restaurant does one egregious thing (much less multiple), there is an apology in the form of a discount, free entree, etc. They offered NOTHING. No apologies, no discounts, no free dishes, nothing.On a side note, the restaurant is badly designed. The managers table (where he calculates bills and whatever) is the first table when you enter the restaurant!

Service was dismal. We didnt even make it to the meal. Our toddler threw a baby doll which over turned a glass of water into my lap, whoops. We had one waiter bring us A SINGLE napkin while 4 employees stood and talked about 3 feet away with out anyone offering an ounce of help cleaning up. We were literally ignored by the bus lady when we tried to hand her the soaked napkins. We had ordered drinks and appetizers, but we got up and left. Then were accosted by another waiter on the street asking if we were leaving after being ignored by every other employee in the place. Will never go back.

Its fine, Indian food with an interesting twist. Very popular, and always entertaining Bollywood music videos being projected backwards on a window for the kids. A word of warning, it can be very noisy when it gets crowded.

Very bad experience !! I am a vegetarian and ordered paneer tikka masala. Only when I took the first bite at it, I realized they had put chicken instead of paneer. On asking about it I got a casual reply that they had mistakenly served chicken tikka masala. I felt so bad. Din expect such carelessness !!! Saying Sorry does not change what I felt like.
