2023-11-29 06:29:27I came in with my kids to try this new place, last month. I loved that the staff were super friendly. Omgeee!!! Food was delicious!!!My daughter and I loved the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and my son enjoyed his garlic noodles with grilled chicken. Definitely a good place to come grab food and chill outside or indoor.

2023-09-12 07:19:02I loved how Saiga Eatery is the hidden gem in Irvine! I got to try the few dishes including the garlic noodles with pork belly, kimchi fried rice with pork belly, iced Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea! Everything here is so delicious! They only open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm! Its also easy for the lunch break when people come in to eat for lunch! The service here is very quick and smooth so people can take it on the go! The only have one table inside and a few tables in the outside. They have the frozen food section Saiga Foods inside the fridge so you can take it home!

2023-08-14 17:35:30I had an amazing experience at Saiga. I came to order take out as I was in the Irvine area. I got the pork belly Banh Mi and it was so good. The pork belly was so crispy. Like you hear the crunch when you bite down. The pork pieces were tendered and juicy. They make their own Banh Mi in house. So, you always get fresh bread daily. They also have garlic noodles with chicken and fried rice. They also have frozen food in the freezer section. You must stop by this place when you are in town.

2023-09-09 00:51:26If you are looking for a delicious quick meal and you are in the Irvine Sky Park area you need to try this spot! @saiga.eatery Super clean and a great menu! It was so hard to choose as I like so many of the items but decided on the grilled pork vermicelli and the pork belly banh mi. Both scrumptious! Next time I’m going to order the garlic noodles because they look amaze as well!A cool thing about this place is that they are easy to eat in or take out but they also offer boxed dishes to take home for prep later! In addition they have their own drinks bottled for later consumption. The location is easy to reach just off Sky Park with plenty of parking. Inside is small and clean. The service is very friendly and helpful if you can’t decide what to order, like me. Lol!

2023-09-14 07:22:29Ive had my eye on Saiga Eatery for a while and finally got a chance to try their food a few days ago. I got the pork belly rice, grilled pork bahn mi, strawberry lemonade, and iced Vietnamese coffee. The drinks were yummy and the dishes were incredibly fresh. My favorites were the bahn mi and strawberry lemonade. The bahn mi bread was crispy, the grilled pork was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was yummy. The strawberry lemonade was the perfect balance between sweet and tart. Saiga Eatery has quick service and seems like the perfect place to grab a quick, but satisfying lunch. Id love to come back and try their garlic noodles with pork belly!

2023-08-17 23:17:42Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is tucked away in a business district that you wouldnt notice if you didnt find it on Yelp first. The staff are nice and the location is super small but clean. I tried their Combination Pho and Chicken Banh Mi and ate at home. The pho broth was good but not the richest of pho broths. The filet mignon (bò tái) was very high quality and fatty and delicious! The brisket was good but a bit dry and could be more flavorful. There were no mint, bean sprouts, lime or hoisin sauce though so dont expect a full authentic restaurant pho experience. The Chicken Banh Mi was very good! The bread was fresh, the carrots were finely diced but still crunchy, the chicken wasnt dry and the house mayo was creamy. There was strangely no cucumber but it wasnt missed by any means. I also had the Thai Tea which was good and not too sweet.Overall its great as a takeout option and Id recommend trying it if youre in the area. I really want to try their frozen meal options which would make a great late night meal for when all the restaurants are closed and will have to come back and grab some.

2023-08-25 12:54:51This fast casual eatery is truly a hidden gem in Irvine. They are a perfect place to grab some breakfast or lunch before or during work. They serve premium Vietnamese food with a modern twist while preserving authenticity. I highly recommend getting their bánh mì. Their most popular bánh mì is the crispy pork belly and also their lemon grass grilled pork with rice vermicelli is top notch; you should round out your meal with one of the refreshing drinks, especially the Vietnamese coffee to wake you up.

2023-12-07 16:06:54Love this place! It seems to be gaining more and more popularity as well - so Im not the only one head over heels. 🥰 The prices are slightly steeper than Id like, but the flavor and quality of the food make the extra dollars worth it.Perfect for a quick bite with a friend, lunch breaks, or a quick takeout experience. They have great options for vegetarians or people who want to be health-conscious (their chicken salad is my personal go-to). Its a bit small inside so there is VERY limited seating, but get there outside a busy rush and you can find some indoor and outdoor seating....the outdoor seating is more like lounge chairs (Adirondack style) so be prepared for that.

2023-10-23 20:16:06Saiga is a place i’ve commonly seen across instagram and is a local hidden gem in irvine. now that i know they extended their hours to 6:30pm i was finally able to come check it out!! needless to say i was impressed with the quality of food for a place that specializes in to-go style as a quick and easy fix for this on the go.i got the grilled pork banh mi and the garlic noodles with pork!! the banh mi was crispy, flavorful, sweet, and a little spicy from the jalapeño. the garlic noodles had the thicker noodle and it wasn’t an overwhelming amount of garlic where it masked the taste of the pork, which was very nice because the pork had a smokey like flavor that i loved! it also came with their house green sauce that was a little sweet and a little spicy, so good on the pork! definitely worth the visit.location is tucked away in the corner of business district buildings but they have ample seating for those that choose to eat in and parking as well!
