I had a great lunch at Saigon Bros in Woodland Hills. I ordered the Vietnamese Cornish hen and the beef rib pho, and both dishes were amazing.The Cornish hen was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and it came with a tangy dipping sauce. The beef rib pho was a huge portion, with a tender and meaty rib that fell off the bone. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The server was very attentive and friendly, and he checked on me frequently to make sure I had everything I needed.I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Saigon Bros is a hidden gem in Woodland Hills that deserves more recognition.

Yes, you should definitely eat here! We just discovered this place today. I ordered their B1 special. It came out sizzling and was so delicious with the fresh baked bread. My husband ordered the garlic noodles with lobster - which we were told comes from Vietnam. It was very tasty. The service was excellent and the server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Menu looks a little pricey (compared to say, San Jose Vietnamese places) but good serving sizes and tasty. Ordered chicken pho, vermicelli with chicken and rice with pork chop and egg. All good food and filling - even the pho had a good amount of meat (a rarity in my experience). Good value and good quality!Restaurant is clean. Even bathrooms were clean!Will definitely return!

Everything we had here has been fresh, authentic, delicious, and served with kind and helpful service. Not just another pho place in the valley... really excellent authentic Vietnamese food!We order the beef luc lac and Mi which came out more amazing than we expected. The beef was so tender because it was filet mignon to pair with rice and lettuce was heaven on earth. The Mi came with the house special sauce was so fresh and good portion of proteinThe decor of the restaurant was modern, cozy and immaculate. Service was attentive and quick. Their drink selection was amazing with refreshing choices.The parking was ample which is located in a big plaza between Ralphs and Sprout supermarketsWe havent had this amazing experience coming to other Vietnamese restaurants in the valley as this one. We would definitely come to back to try the Korean short rib as we saw was a huge pile of meat on an order next to our tableWhat more can we say as this will be our favorite restaurant which is conveniently located right off 101 Topanga exit. I like the service but the pho came in such a tiny soup bowl. More expensive with less portions is a disappointment. Better places here in the valley that have amazing pho worth the price

I have eaten there twice with the food and service being excellent both times. I really appreciate that the waiter (same one both times) offered his recommendations and didnt just say everything is good. We have tried a couple vegetarian dishes VN1 and VN 4, a pho dish PHO2, a couple vermicelli dishes- V1 and V5, and a Hu Tieu dish - N1. Our favories so far were the two vermecelli dishes and VN4 but have to mention that the chicken broth with N1 was amazing. The vietnamese tea lemonade was also great.

I LOVE this place! Every time I see someone looking at the sign, I let them know that it is beyond worth it. I have been back at least once every week since I discovered it. I have been trying to get something new each time, and everything is so good. The service is amazing and they are so nice and attentive. I love it here lol

Mmmm... Bo Ne with baguette was very tasty. The best Bon Bo Hue Ive had was still in Little Saigon, Westminster. I was there for Saturday night, it slow and no Vietnamese dining. Bamboo Cafe in Simi Vee is great.

Went here for their soft opening. Got the Korean BBQ Ribs Rice Plate. Delicious!!! Their drinks are very good too. Lots to choose from. But I like the green tea lemonade best. Ample parking as it is located in a Ralphs plaza. Place might be hard to find as it is small and hidden towards the back end. Good quality food. Highly recommended!

The best local authentic Vietnamese Restaurant.Nice Food & Friendly Customer Service. East coast viet here AND I HAVE TO TYPE IN CAPS THAT…this is the SPOT for viet food in the valley/woodland hills besides OC. I CANNOT express how it thrills me to find GREAT HOME STYLE cooking. I AM OBSESSED/LOVE THE BUN THIT NUONG SO MUCH. I USUALLY ONLY LIKE MY MOMS NGOC MAM BUT I WILL EAT IT HERE. The butterfly pea lemonade is delicious and pretty. Also dont come here if you are going to ask what dish has fish sauce LOL pls go elsewhere if you don’t wanna eat good food.

I know it does not have that hole in the wall vibe, seems like a franchise Lee Sandwiches feel but the food is legit. They bake their Bahn MI Kaiser Rolls in house. The fish sauce tastes authentic. The service is down to earth and personable. Really loved the Bun with charbroiled pork, deep smoky flavor. The Tofu Spring Rolls with the peanut dressing sauce hit all the right notes. You have a great selection of milk teas as well.

I love this place. Finally, an authentic Vietnamese restaurant that is clean. They take care of the tiniest details to perfection. Even their water is filtered and accentuated with lime and oranges. The service is incredible. They are attentive. I don’t see them standing around, spacing out. They scan the room to see who needs help. I’ve been to other Vietnamese restaurants and I’ve been ignored. I had to call the restaurant while in there to get them to service me. As a Vietnamese person, I adore and appreciate this restaurant!!!!! It’s a hidden gem.

Tastes like something my parents would have cooked for me. I was raised off of Vietnamese food and have been to numerous Vietnamese restaurants throughout my life and this place stands out to me with its clean and modern decor that I could imagine being in Saigon rather than plastering images of Vietnam all across the walls. The food was authentic but they are also trying to experiment and westernize some foods to create some delicious fusion food. It was my first time ever eating Bo Ne Banh Mi and my girlfriend had the Com Tam with pork; both were absolutely delectable and served with fresh produce. The quantity was perfect for us, but the affordability surprised us afterwards with the raising prices everywhere nearby. The service was great and the staff were very kind to us even though we essentially came in right when they opened as they made sure our water was topped and our food was to our liking. An absolute gem; Ill be coming back whenever Im in the area!

Saigon Brothers in Woodland Hills is the epitome of a hidden gem. The pho is savory and delicious. The bahn mi is served in a handmade fresh bread roll. They take extra care to ensure food that is picked up or delivered still tastes amazing. And the people there are friendly and provide great customer service. Highly recommend.

30 year pho connoiseur here. So good. Actually run by the same guys as Bamboo cafe in Simi Valley, which also stands above all other pho spots Ive found. I also love the dish chicken sautéed with lemongrass!

This place has decent food. The pho was flavorful and the broth was good. Sadly the service is not on par. If you eat there alone beware. They give you the check before you can wipe your mouth and put your spoon down. I wanted to like this place as it was my second time trying it. But I don’t think I can go back if they’ll be rushing me to finish and leave.

Im so excited this place recently opened! I love Vietnamese food and this place does not disappoint. Pho is such a great comfort food. I got the filet mignon. The food is tasty and fresh. And if you enjoy tea, they have some amazing options. My waitress was super helpful. Im looking forward to bringing friends and family here.

Do not recommend!it’s a new restaurant, everything is clean, polite stuff.however pho soup was not tasty at all. i ordered house special pho. the broth was very plain close to water and had strange sour taste even without extra lime added. two pieces of sausage, two pieces of beef and three shrimps lonely swam among noodles. such a greedy cook! but in good pho places cooks generously put a few (4-5) different kinds of meet and don’t mix meat with seafood.So the guys in the restaurant probably don’t know what is real pho soup.

Finally a good Vietnamese restaurant on this side of the valley. My go-to entrees here are the dry hu tieu (dry vietnamese noodle pork & seafood noodle soup with sauce) and bo ne (sizzling beef steak). Both are bomb w/ a lot of flavor! Trust! And of course if youre feeling pho, its a stable here. l just like to mix it up once in a while. Oh dont forget their about house special vietnamese coffee, crack coffee! Their other bubble tea beverages are good to try too!
