This place is a must-go for anyone who loves pho. Its very clean, has TVs with all the prime time games on, and the food is tasty for a relatively low price.Pros👍-Tasty food (no. 12 soup has tender noodles, lots of meat, and lots of tendons. Broth is well flavored.)-good price (one of the cheapest phos Ive had, asking for $6-7 for soup)-good portions-Television to watch inside📺-very clean and tidy-the waiter was good, and helped us fix up an order we goofed, also waiting for us to order for a while.Cons👎-Restrooms werent the cleanest thing, Ive ever seen (still okay though)Overall, this has to be one of the best pho houses in the diamond bar area, and I would recommend it!! This place is probably the best for pho in a 10 mile radius! The food is delicious and well priced. The soups are amazing, rice and diced meat are juicy, and their drinks are a great addition to any meal. The tables and bathrooms are clean, and they are handling the pandemic very well, going above and beyond many guidelines. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good place to eat any night.
Always come here for pho. This time, we tried their fried rice with shaken beef. So delicious, and, you cant beat the price (12.95)

Homey mom-and-pop pho place. One of my go-to’s when I want a big, comforting bowl of pho. The portions are very generous (even at the regular size) and you can easily split the large size amongst two people. They give you the fresh bean sprouts, jalapeño, basil, and lime on the side (one for the whole table) so that you can customize as you wish. They were quick to seat us (party of four on a Saturday night at 6:30pm) and let us seat wherever we chose. They were also quick to bring the pho out - only 4 minutes, although for the grilled pork and rice, it took a little bit longer. The broth for the pho is delicious, the noodles are cooked well, and they don’t skimp on the meat. The rice dish was equally good; I enjoyed the seasoning of the pork and it wasn’t overly fatty. There was a big mound of white rice and a side salad that had some pickled radish and carrots which tasted super bright and fresh. There was a nice slight char to the pork as well. Number 26 also comes with an egg roll, which is only 55 cents more expensive than Number 25 so I would recommend just getting that egg roll. When it came out to the table, it was piping hot and tightly rolled. The sauce that accompanied it was a little too sour for me, but there’s also various sauces including sriracha that you can use. They do take credit card and you pay at the counter after your meal. You can leave your plates on the table and someone will clean it up once you leave. Parking was very easy as it has a mini lot in front of it and it’s right next to the neighborhood Walmart lot. Overall, a comforting family spot that has great pho.

I’ve lived near this place for so long but never dropped by till recently.I’ve ordered take-out for shrimp fried rice and regular veggie pho with beef broth twice now.SO tasty and HUGE portions even in to-go!!Big, cleaned pieces of shrimp with rice that’s actually fried and not soggy or moist.Pho is so filling with great flavor. Big chunks of tofu, mushroom slices, carrots, bok choy, and broccoli in veggie pho.I really appreciate the consistently huge (and tasty) servings even in take-out, and will definitely be returning for more take-out.

Parking is a bit challenging during lunch hours, even with such a huge lot. I had to park on the far side where the gym was.
Staffs were courteous, but the cleanliness is the weak point of this restaurant, the sauce bottle felt sticky, there were black smears on the bathroom door, and brownish ring in the urinal like it hasnt been brushed for years and years. I ordered the large Pho with Filet Mignon, good portion of the filet, small on the rice noodle, the broth was too light to taste, as if it was waterdown. Speaking of water, my ice water has no ice. None whatsoever. There are better Pho restaurant around Diamond Bar area. Not recommended.

I met a friend here for lunch without knowing anything about the restaurant except it had good reviews. We both had the house special. It was sooooo good. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the pho came out piping hot. Absolutely loved it.The dining room was clean. I usually check the restroom for cleanliness but I just didnt have to go this time.The staff was very friendly although they could have been a little more attentive. But when the did come around, they were super cool and friendly.
Fantastic place to get pho. Pho here is very cheap. I ordered regular pho with filet minon and it was very tender. Very satisfied with this pho place!

The soup was good, just standard. The service not so good. Our water cups were empty at the end, never refilled. And, they tried charging me for egg rolls they never delivered. But I caught that before they put the bill on the table. When I started pointing to the bill, the man immediately pulled the bill back and said they never brought it. So they knew that I didnt get the rolls, but they still tried to charge me. That seemed a little shady.
Have loved going to this place since I was still in high school (2002). Although the staff has changed, the flavors are still the same. Prices may have gone up but not by much since Ive been going. Great local restaurant for sure.
Did not have broken rice, which is a staple for Vietnamese rice dishes. The steamed rice which I had to settle with was stale and old tasting, and on top of that no soda being served.
EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED. The food is great, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they are so disorganized. It’s crazy… they are so busy and so successful it seems, it’s a wonder they haven’t figured out a better system when it comes to some things. They get so many to-go calls, I’ve dined in and listened to that phone ring almost non stop with NO ONE answering. They are so busy at times they can’t even answer, which I understand. But imagine dining in and just hearing the phone ring for an hour. I’ve also been on the phone end, where I’ve called to order and have been left on hold (which is basically just the phone on the counter) for over twenty minutes before I just hung up. I’ve also placed a to-go order, was told 25-30 minutes because they were so busy, arrived only to find out they didn’t even put in my order. Again, they are very nice, and the food is great, but it can’t always make up for lacking areas. I still order from here but I definitely pick and choose when to order based on busy times etc. Unfortunate.

This is a local business that has been in the community for years. They strive on great service and excellent food. Everything is freshly prepared, as you will realize when plates come out individually rather than served all at once, and in the years that I have been a patron, I have yet to ever be the slightest bit disappointed. As a side note, they have just reopened their dine-in. Given the ample square footage, they have a very decent amount of seating even though they have allowed for approximately 8 feet of separation between tables. They have also had partitions made for the entry that allow for some limited seating for those waiting to be seated as well as an outdoor patio area for that same purpose. This allows for good separation all around. They are of course are wearing masks and ask that you do the same until you are seated.
Pretty good place. Fast and friendly. We showed up at 8:45 (they close at nine) and they served us quick and polite as they cleaned up. Meals are big and everything is around $10

All you need to know is order number 12. Its the pho special (pho dac biet). Prices here are very competitive, very nice. If you go during rush hour, you will have to wait.
Their food is yums and reasonable. Their staff always nice and courteous. But I think w pandemic social distancing, they are struggling to keep up. I think it starts w the person taking phone order promising food to be ready in 15 min. Which probably is true but because there is no coordination by staff during pick up the operation is a bit of a mess and wait drew out to be 40 min instead of 15. Everybody is a little stressed out. I hope they work it out. I enjoyed going there for years. Hate to see they close because of pandemic.

We try other Pho places, but this is still the best! We come at the least, once a week. The prices are very reasonable. For a small bowl, its $6.95 and a large bowl $7.95 . We love the service, food and the out door experience in their patio. When you try them, no other Pho will do!
Consistently friendly, fast, and good tasting food. The owners are the nicest. The menu has such a great variety and if you try something new, you wont be zonked because everything is solid. Everyone is so nice here. Love this place. (great place to watch some soccer)
This is my favorite location. I do a adore having the bun. Its not hot theres a lot of noodles and vegetables and its my favorite on the menu. But everybody comes for the soup including me. I love there green tea. And a coconut beverage that is awesome. Enjoy!

A must try place in diamond bar city. You know its good when theres a line of people waiting to be seated. The pho is good but so is there stir fry dishes. Try the combo fried rice my go to dish.

A solid 1 star for cleanliness, a bit shock for a Pho joint to be so poor overall. You really cant go wrong with Pho broth and to top that off bad service, on such a mainstream eatery. When you have those 2 combined, this place will not last, might not be now but later... Theyre plentiful Pho places to eat around town that has much better Pho and super good service. My First and my LAST visit... Highly do not suggest unless you have low Pho expectations, with poor service. My girlfriend keeps raving about this spot... the Pho... the vermicelli. Finally coming out to the area (am front New Jersey) within 6 hours of being here, we were sitting the the Saigon Noodle House. I ordered the fried tofu with special sauce along with a Thai Tea, while she ordered the veggie stir fry with vegetable noodle. The food was so delicious and cooked to such a state of perfection that I am glad this is my first resturant experience in California.

Of the pho 🍜 restaurants in the area Saigon Noodle is tops. Always served perfect temperature with a side of Basil Sprouts jalapeno slices. Oh my goodness you can go to town on that bowl and they have regular size and large so. If youre super hungry they have large portions for you. Their egg rolls are really crispy I love them too. Luckily we stopped into Saigon Noodle House this afternoon. It was fresh and delicious and the food was prepared so quickly! We ordered the vegetarian pho which came out in the matter of minutes. My wife and daughter were able to easily share the large bowl of noodles, veggies, and tofu. We also ordered a banh mi, spring rolls, and the catfish fried rice plate. Everything was great. The banh mi had the best baguette so soft and delicious. Overall we will be returning even though it is completely out of the way from were we live.
Brisket pho is delicious as are all of the soups at Saigon Noodle. When I eat Pho I feel like Im eating a broth that is good for my health and my tummy. Friendly and quick service. Dining room is clean and well lit (you can see whats in your bowl)--I like that.

I was raised in Diamond Bar until recently moving to West Covina, but before Saigon Noodle House it was a buffet and it was performing poorly, hence the creation of Saigon Noodle House! Saigon was the place where I tried Pho for the first time! This is literally the best Pho place in my opinion! I have my bias, but I thought the taste of their broth is the best. It always comes pretty hot, and always is consistent. They give a lot of meat and their Fried Shrimps are tasty! I also get the #12 (pho combination) because it includes everything! Theres 2 size options, large and regular. I always get Large because regular could never fullfill my Pho-king desires!

The spring rolls were delicious and crunchy while the summer rolls were chewy and went perfectly with the sauce. The rice is soft and sticky while the barbecue beef was charred perfectly delicious. The service was good as they were patient even though we took a long time. The food came out quickly and the tables were clean.

I got the #36 and it was delicious the picture does some justice. The meat was very flavorful and tender the rice was soft and not burnt. 2023-09-26 13:54:28This place is one of my most favorite places to eat here in diamond bar. The other Vietnamese restaurants cant beat it. Its cheaper than others and delicious as well. I got the fried egg with julienned pork chop as well as pork and egg cake. The flavors were great and pork was tender. My family typically loves their BBQ beef rice plate too. Their shrimp spring roll and sausage spring roll are recommended as well. Highly recommend. Come here all the time. The staff is extremely nice as well and extremely helpful.

I waited in line to pay, and when it was my turn, a lady walked in and cut in front of me to tell them she had a pick up order. The cashier lady completely disregarded me and when I told her, “I was here first,” the other customer just said, “I already placed my order beforehand.”So I responded, “I did too.”The cashier lady just said, “Your order is still not done,” and continued to help that lady first- completely dismissing me and enabling that rude behavior.Even if my order wasn’t ready, I had still been waiting patiently in line to pay for my order. I’ve been working in the restaurant/hospitality industry for a decade, so yes, I know what it’s like to work a customer service job. The cashier lady could’ve made the effort to acknowledge me and said, “I’ll be right with you,” rather than just casting me to the side like that before I had to speak up.But good to know, for future reference, if you place a phone order ahead of time, it is perfectly okay to cut every person who’s WAITING IN LINE TO PAY to pick up your order and pay.

2023-10-17 19:04:58My visit to Saigon Noodle House in Diamond Bar with a party of 5 left us with a positive impression. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Pho, finding it to be exceptionally delicious. The ambience was pleasant and clean, but it was notably noisy inside because we sat by the kitchen area.One point of contention was the somewhat overzealous service - the servers seemed a bit aggressive, clearing dishes before we had finished our meals. However, on the whole, I cant complain because the food was quite good. What makes it even better is that the prices were reasonable. If you dont mind a bit of assertive service and enjoy delicious Pho at a decent price, Saigon Noodle House is worth a visit.

2022-05-16 21:51:06I eat PHO all over the country and this by far one of the best. When the place is busy at 2 in the afternoon, you know youre in the right place. The egg rolls were amazing. Very inexpensive for great food.

2023-10-06 04:44:05It is not expensive at all and the quality and quantity of each portion of pho is amazing. also recommend the rice paper wrapped spring roll with shrimps theyre special dipping sauce have a sweet peanut flavor into it
