Actually for food I can gave two star,We ordered spring roll,pho#1,korean bbq ribs,the spring roll and pho#1 are ok,but the korean bbq is terrible,we barely eat it.While...Service here is ridiculous! ! I think they are family business, There is one gay seem like a host /manger /owner, He is very rude, even refuse me when i ask for a bigger plastic bag(he gave me a small one).Are u kidding me? I never seen a resturant like this,my husband still left some tip for the the Lady who help us order our food,But i will never come back.... Chinese people better not go there, the food is average, cowboy I cant bite my bones, and the Korean owner/manager in the store is simply the best. Im eight months pregnant, and Im afraid that its unsafe to have too many things on my hands. I want to get an extra plastic bag to suck the ones I bought at the pharmacy next door. He refused to give me the milk bottle and the cowboy ribs I packed together...its not like theres nothing! I just don't want to give... My husband even acted like a good guy and left a tip for the waiter, but this boss is so ridiculous, I will never eat there again!

I incidentally found this Vietnamese restaurant - Sigon Noodles. I ordered Pho Dax Biet House Special Pho (regular size) at the very reasonable price of $10.95 and a dessert “three beans with coconut milk” at $4.50. Fairly quickly, I got my noodle. the beef taste perfect and beef is cooked just right: not raw but not too hard, giving you a meaty satiation with each bite. the tendons are very good: Part of the tendon is so well cooked that it melts in my mouth, and another pot has sufficient texture for you to enjoy the film of sinking your teeth into the tendon. crispy bean sprouts add the inviting fresh vegetable flavor to the soup, the basil spread it pleasant fragrance to the whole big bowl. the noodles are very good - everything is so right, with every bite every minute I enjoy this simple pleasure and absolute pleasure. it's a true enjoyment with so reasonable CostAfter I satisfied myself with the delicious beef noodle, I began to enjoy my dessert - three beans with coconut milk. I am so very happy that I made the best choice to add this delicious dessert. It just took my dining experience to a new level! the beans are cooked very well, soft and fragrant. Coconut milk spread its soothing pleasure that goes through my nose and mouth through then down my throat down, carrying the enjoyment down and through. every spoon gives me renewed enjoyment. I enjoy every sip of the coconut milk, every chewing of the three beans. My pleasure did not diminish any little bit with every mouthful of the delicious dessert. I so feel so fortunate that I selected not only the right restaurant but also the two right dishes. I know I will return to Saigon Noodles next time I'm in Diamond Bar.

BASIL & CO has reinvented itself! This upscale Thai and Vietnamese restaurant is a true winner. They have completely remodeled and renovated their restaurant to accommodate customers with discerning tastes. Their food is authentic and delicious, as always. Prices are very reasonable and portions are always generous. Servers and staff are very pleasant, attentive, and they are very glad to cater to all their customers needs.I would have to say that BASIL & CO is one of the best Thai restaurants in the SGV. Diamond Bar is lucky to have this gem in their city.

I never thought I would say this, but HMart doesnt sell high quality foods anymore. I understand that times are tough and the recession and inflation is really causing prices for something as cheap as lettuce (used to be) to double in price! But they have been having really bad produce for the last 5 months. Im not really sure what it is, do the farms they source have a contamination problem or their warehouse, but Ive been getting a particular kind of mold infestation. I thought it was strange that all the vegetables I buy from them start molding in the middle (inside, like the heart of the lettuce) and it happens really fast! Spinach used to last a long time but it molds in a week when purchased here! The green and red lettuce as well. How can I tell? I went to a Food4Less on the way home from work near Pomona, bought a green lettuce and its been weeks, its still okay! No weird middle mold. Today, I bought some Thai basil, and 1/3rd of it already has diseased leaves! Theyre literally passing this on to customers, bundle of the Thai basil is now $3.72.... Im paying for dead vegetables. And I have been losing so much money having to throw all the vegetables away. Its kind of infuriating, because that means Id have to constantly go back to a market or make more trips. Working full time, I have to shop on the weekend, so that line to check out is a big nightmare on Friday-Sunday. Like WOW, theres so many people... And only 4-6 checkout lines for a super HMart (a few only designated for debit/credit cards only). Until they have better quality control, I will not be buying vegetables here anymore. Maybe the meat for Korean style food, the rice cakes, which I freeze anyway, packaged sealed products, and kimchi.
