Delicious food, fast service, and affordable prices. We were looking for a quick bowl of noodles recently, and found this place to be exactly what we needed. I had the banh mi (sandwich), and others had soup. All the ingredients were very fresh.
Stopped by on a roadtrip and was delighted by the flavor of this food. Even three picky kids left well fed, which doesn’t happen often for us. Thanks!

Food is great when you dine in. Take out does not taste the same :( I got the pho chicken noodle and the chicken tastes like rotisserie chicken. My bf got the rare flank steak pho and it had weird slimy pieces of something. It was either fat or something else. I will only dine in from now on :/

I got the garlic noodles with tofu and veggies and I’ve been addicted ever since. Idk what type of crack they put in this dish but it’s like tasting it for the first time with every bite. They are incredibly nice and service is fast. I definitely recommend this place!!!
I forgot how good this place is. Prices have gone up. My only complaint was today they allowed a couple to come in with their small dog. The dog obviously was not a service animal and not properly trained. It was even barking at the waiter when they were taking their orders. I get that the owner and workers are dog lovers and so am I, but I found this inappropriate they were not enforcing any health protocols.

Food, service ok, be careful with the hot sauces, can ruin your food, they dont tell you. Ask before testing sauce.

I love this cute spot. It’s really aesthetically pleasing. It’s a hidden gem. The owners/workers are nice and quick. The food is amazing! Noodles and sandwiches are bomb! I really recommend this place for both! I can’t emphasize enough how cute this place. Usually places in Salinas look a little deteriorated and outdated, but not this place! Props to owners! Def love coming here!!
On our way home to SLO from the Bay we just needed noodles...A generic search revealed Saigon Noddles. What a find YUMMY! We had an order of: Vermicelli with juicy, grilled chicken and shrimp topped with fried Imperial rolls, extra homemade fish sauce; and beef noodles with extra veggies made medium spicy for my HOT loving husband! The beef was tender, charbroiled flavourful cut into thin pieces- mouthwatering! What a perfect combination with a hot n spicy and cool, our tastebuds were overjoyed with each bite. Cant wait until our next trip north-the Pho is on our list.Worth the detour!

Cant say enough good things about our experience here. Delicious food, served quickly, at an affordable pricing. The waitstaff was not only attentive but also greeted us warmly when we first entered the restaurant. I cant remember the last time we were welcomed so warmly. The owner introduced himself to us and somehow knew it was our first time. He recommended some dishes and did not disappoint. Cant wait to return
Been orderin the same exact thing for the past year wich is the garlic noodles with tofu is just so deliciuous just like all the wonderfull and tasty dishes the offer.Besides the great food the staff is really friendly defenetive recomended to eat here.
Pho is good, especially compared to other restaurants in the area. Spring rolls were fresh. This was our first visit and we will return to try more on the menu.
Weve been here twice since they opened and so far the best Vietnamese place in town. They are very accommodating and well priced. Their peanut sauce for the fresh spring rolls could use more flavor, but the bun and pho weve tried so far have been excellent.
I like to eat here about once a month. Its my go-to place to eat in Salinas. It is affordable and entree sizes are fulfilling. Everyone in my family (even the picky eaters) can get something they like. During Covid-19 pandemic, the restaurant was open for takeout and the restrooms were available for patrons.
Salinas only had one Vietnamese restaurant and it wasn’t all that good, and then God listened to my prayers! And Saigon Noodles opened! At first I thought it was never going to open! They had the coming soon sign for ever!Then one day I passed by and it was open! Great beautiful people working there, met the owners who happened to be wonderful. This restaurant is just like the ones in San Jose! Really great tasting food!I am a pho enthusiast! I love it from the first time I ever tried it more than 30 years ago, you get a huge plate full of noodles with mystery meats (I had no idea what they were at the time, now I know) and it all tastes great! They have a seafood pho! It’s fantastic one of my favorites!This is a must! You have to try the avocado smoothie! By itself is really good but they also add this thing called buba (!?!?) is like little bubbles of culinary heaven, they have the dark ones and the white ones, they are all great!It is family owned, be nice to them, be patient, they do tend to get busy and you will be treated like royalty! From the cook in the back the person collecting the dishes to the wait staff, they are all fantastic and friendly and determined to make sure that you have an incredible experience.
The food here is so flavorful and amazing. I have tried different dishes and they have all came out great. My fav is the garlic noodles with chicken. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming.
I came for the Pho and wasnt disappointed. Ive been here a handful of times now and the broth seems to continuously improve. Its a casual eat, decor is simple, food is good.

Good Pho spot .. quick fast service, large bowls that are filling. I usually get the number #1 medium size. That bowl is large and filled with a good amount of meat, beef balls, and tripe. Enough meat for every bite of noodles.There is a 15 dollar minimum if your paying with plastic so I would suggest bringing cash if your eating alone or just order more if your a beast.Almost 4 stars in my book.

Place is new, it looks cute and clean but was not impressed with my oxtail soup . Oxtail was very hard I was not able to eat it although broth taste good. Maybe next time i will give it another try. Maybe

Its the best pho in town. Real bone broth they make there. I love the short ribs over white rice. Been coming here for a few years. Nice ppl. Great job!!

We eat here at least 2-3 times a month. #7 pho ga chicken noodle soup is delicious. We drive 45 minutes from Pacific Grove to Salinas because it’s so good. Other favorites are the ox tail noodle soup, the grilled beef with rice (teriyaki sauce), the thin sliced beef pho and their spring rolls. When you go you should also try the mango smoothies and Thai iced tea . We have tried several other Vietnamese restaurants on the Central Coast but stopped looking once we tasted their delicious food.
Everything we have ordered has been delicious! Great food, great service, and great prices! You no longer need to go to San Jose for authentic Vietnamese food.

I went there because I was washing next door. The service was basically non existant. When I did get service the food was brought to me and basically thrown on table. The food was good but I wouldnt go back .

2023-10-24 03:04:29Im not a huge fan of pho, but the pho here is amazing!! They offer huge portions at an affordable price. This is going to be my go-to spot for pho. I paired it with a mango smoothie, and it was the chefs kiss.Its located in a small area in north Salinas, so it could be easy to miss but make sure to try it out! You dont want to miss out on fantastic pho!Youre greeted and seated right away, and the staff is super friendly and are very attentive.

The staff was friendly, and was willing to make some adjustments to what we wanted for our order.The drinks are AMAZING....and they have lots of varieties you can choose from. With Boba or without. The Thai Ice Tea is so delicious and our waitress was nice enough to tweak my Peach Ice Tea so it wasnt so sweet!The Mango and Papaya salad was perfect...not too sweet and they give you so much!! One of their popular items is their Garlic Noodle dish. Well have to try it next time we go.Food was delicious and fresh tasting and portions are large! Presentation was very nice too! Enjoy!!

2023-04-17 17:00:39This is an amazing and efficient little restaurant, I’ve had the sandwiches which are all good, my fave plates are the spring rolls appetizers and peanut sauce, lemongrass chicken and shaking beef over the garlic noodles! They also have great Thai tea and bobas and their seasonal smoothies are bomb!

2023-02-06 20:29:24As of 2/2023, cash only :(Ate here for the first time on a Sunday between lunch and dinner. Place wasnt packed, felt casual, and the service was super fast. Spring roll (shrimp & pork) appetizer was brought out a minute after we placed our order. They waited for us to almost finish before they brought our medium bowls of pho. Broth is good, plenty of meat too. Definitely want to come back to try their pork vermicelli and banh mi, among other things.

2023-08-14 23:21:10Im sorry but lemongrass chicken is not lemon grass. Menu need to be change to chicken CURRY and it was salty as hell. Need to update Menu book especially on drinks. Did not know drinks with boba shot up to $7. Not sure how new management run the place but you dont put cilantro on pho soup. Its not Pho nomore.
