Pretty much the only place around with gyudon as far as I know. just tried the karaage today and it was really good too! quaint little mom and pop with great food 😌

Yum! Super cute place with great food. I had the chicken teriyaki and strawberry green tea. Fast service, kind and courteous staff. I like the mini store they have in the front of the place. Im going to try the curry and Ramen next.

Family owned business. I got the chicken teriyaki bento box. Loved the variety, gyoza, sushi, rice and chicken, egg rolls. A little of everything which was perfect for me. Delicious and definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend

Service was friendly and not pressuring us to hurry and order. Place is clean. Theres a corner of the store that has a small selection of japanese snacks and drinks. Food was good & filling for the prices.

Very good. Workers were super kind and the quality was very good. I had the teriyaki with shrimp and chicken and added yakisoba it was SO GOOOD!!!! Teriyaki sauce is made there and is also so good!

This place is amazing! I don’t say that lightly. It felt like I walked in to someone’s home and they very graciously offered me a plate of their homemade meal. My husband and I love trying rice bowls every town we visit and this place is among the very best. We both ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki rice bowl and loved them! The boba milk tea is delicious and their mochi was a great way to end the meal. We loved it! We definitely recommend trying this place!

Short way of describing this place is an awesome fast food sushi restaurant with a great number of selections to chose from 🤯 They have it all from teriyaki bowls, sushi rolls and many options in Thai tea; basically, a mini Thai Tea bar 😋 Let’s not forget about their mini Japanese snack shop with Japanese can drinks, chips and Japanese candy, this place have it all 🤗 It’s incredible for those who enjoy the Japanese culture. Bring that anime-fan friend; they’ll go crazy in this place 😶😶

Amazing! Their specialty is the teriyaki sauce and it’s delicious! They have a fantastic selection of sake and matcha imported from Japan, plus several snacks and desserts. Very friendly environment! We will definitely come back!

I ordered the curry chicken Katsu. It seemed to take quite a long time to make and I was the only one in the entire place.1. The chicken. It was dark meat and not very thick. Almost loose pieces of chicken. Not bad tasting but just little scraps and the panko breading didnt stick very well to it. (2 stars)2. Curry. I like the curry sauce to be thick. This was not. Flavor was ok but I hate when they add so many vegetables that there isnt much room for the sauce. (1 star)3. The rice. It was sticky. Not sure if it was old or it was sushi rice. Or both. But it was not fresh. Not horrible but teetering edible. (1 star)4. Time to service. Very slow. (1 star)5. Service. I did not expect that I would have to fetch my food from the counter as the cook waved at me like I was working for him. Most of these other problems I already mentioned may have been overlooked but after the long wait and the cook or server lady couldnt even be bothered (with not a single other customer in the store) to take my food out to me. And what do you know, you are asked to pretip. If you know me, you know that I hate pretip places. I have not found a single pretip place that has given even decent service, let alone TIPPED service. I honestly thought this place would be the exception. It looks like a husband and wife struggling to keep this place above water but they dont seem to really want to work for it. I actually gave a higher tip because I was hoping this would break my observation that any pretip gives bad service and instead, I get a long wait and the cook snapping his fingers at me to get my meal that I paid for and tipped for. Why couldnt the server take it out? (0 stars)5. Value. Overall I was not satisfied for the price. I also ordered a mini can of imported soda from Japan. I did not think I would be paying imported prices. A half a can is 5 bucks and I hate how they dont put the price on it. 25 bucks for scraps of chicken with poorly made curry and zero service. (1 star)This business isnt for everyone.

Eat here yesterday 9/05/2023 ordered Oyakodon (chicken and rice bowl with egg) and a chicken bento box came out to a little over 30$. The chicken was tasteless and unseasoned on both dishes. The miso soup was the worst soup I have ever tasted, and seemed to taste of chicken broth for some reason. The egg rolls and gyoza seamed store bough and microwaved. The sushi rice had way to much rice vinegar. As for the atmosphere the place feels like it cant decide to be a market that sells shin ramyun (4pack) for 15$ when the going price is about 5$, a take out restaurant, or a sit down restaurant. This is hands down the worst restaurant I have ever been to PLEASE do not go here there are so many better places to eat that are cheaper, better, and more authentic then here.
