Great food! Not busy at the time I went in and it was quiet.Overall, good food at relatively low price. Highly recommend the combo specials to get soup /salad with your entrée.

Food is good. No doubt about that.I get the all you can eat special But for the past couple of times that Ive been here, there seems to be an attitude once you tell them thats what you want. Normally we get the first round OK, but when its time to order and get your second round of rolls it just takes forever, but it doesnt make any sense for CJ fusion across town (one guy making sushi) to be way faster, and friendlier (these guys have at least two or three guys making sushi).Took about 20 minutes to get my second round, they havent been to my table to even ask me if everything is OK. Theyre not that busy!maybe Im getting emotional because Im so hungry but Definitely not happy at all right now...

Weve been here a couple times, and it was just ok. Tonight was just bad. Slow service, dead atmosphere (play some music for crying out loud), and they encouraged me NOT to order more food than a bento box to split between me and my sushi loving toddler. I was still hungry, so I ordered the Sakura #2 house roll to-go. Its more like a half roll over stuffed with I dont know what (its not rice, and its not good). The tempura inside and out is soggy from too much sauce and it is basically inedible. Im so sad I just spent $30 bucks and Im still starving.

I got charged incorrectly. It was suppose to be charged about 29 dollars and got charged 3 dollars more. I believe the cashier tipped himself money from my takeout order. I know it’s only 3 dollars but someone just doing that’s not right.

Horrible customer service! The older Asian waitress needs to retire. Ordered lunch for a small party along with the calamari appetizer that was rubbery and didn’t taste as it should. Asked if we could get spider rolls instead. The female waitress had a melt down about paying for the calamari (which was not an issue) we just wanted something we would enjoy eating. She is rude and very miserable. Will not patronize that place ever again. Rather go to Yo Sushi where the vibe is positive & happy

Some of the least fresh sushi I’ve ever tasted. Way overpriced for sushi that tastes and smells like the fish has been sitting out for days. I eat a lot of sushi, but I was gagging on half of the rolls I ordered. The rolls are overstuffed with rice and unpleasant imitation crab. On top of it, the service was really not great. I would never come here again, if you enjoy quality sushi whatsoever AVOID THIS PLACE.

I got there around 8:15 in the evening she the older lady came to me with attitude and told me they are closing when I said I order to take out she took my order charged me like fifty bucks for 2 cucumber roll and rainbow roll very expensive small g and the portions were very small as I lifted the bag it was so light that I asked if it was my order orBy the way the rainbow roll wasn’t that good after all they were rushing me out to close I guess I would not go there again oh and she had put both orders in one box

My 1st time eating at this place and so far not really impressed. The teriyaki was bland, side salad had watery thousand island dressing and the pickled whatever that is was tasteless, odorless. My wifes tonkatsu sauce was straight out of the bottle and unaltered which made it more unpleasant. I understand that this is a whole in the wall restaurant but the only thing they have going so far is location and good disposable chopsticks, honestly LL Hawaiian BBQ or Surukis sushi and teriyaki grill is better at this point and can someone get the hostess hairbrush

5 of us found this spot after our rafting trip. I am not much for raw fish so I tried the chicken teriyaki rolls. Even though it was good it still had a hint of seafood taste to it. I managed to disguised the taste by asking for Sriracha I mixed up with soy sauce to dip my rolls into. One order isnt really enough for someone 6ft 165 lbs. So make sure you order something else if your similar or have a good appetite. Quenched my thirst with a can of pepsi they brought a cup of ice to go along with it. My colleagues which do enjoy seafood were delighted with their order and were even sharing amongst each other. Remember I had just come from a rafting trip so it managed to hold me over for the hour or so it took to get home. Since I am not a raw seafood lover not sure I will be back. On the other hand my friend said if their ever up that direction they would love to stop by again. Thank you

After driving 600 miles on a business trip, this was a gem of a find for a lunch stop. I went with the $14.95 all you can eat sushi special and wasnt disappointed. The seafood was fresh and delicious. I finished with deep fried bananas for dessert, which were still warm and crispy when I finally got around to it. Its a shame I live so far away or Id be a regular here.

I have compared local sushi places multiple times but this one is by far the best. Their chefs are amazing and efficient, and no matter how busy the place gets, the staff is always friendly and smiling and I’m actually addicted. As a sushi lover attending sushi restaurants for years, this one seems to really understand fish to rice ratio. The atmosphere could be a bit more uplifting but they do have entertainment available such as sports, news and talk shows. This sushi joint is best for those who are up for a casual sushi stop especially between 3-7 which is happy hour and special rolls are 50% off, they also have an AYCE option.

This was our first time here wanted to try it out since Yo Sushi was temporarily closed. We walked in they had seated. Waitress comes to our table gives us the menu then immediately asks if we were ready to order like we knew. I told her no she then asks for our drinks. It felt as if we were being rushed because the look on her face was as if she didnt want to serve us. Got our drinks and then later ordered. Another group walked in younger group and oh the change in attitude. She was naming the specials politely asking what they wanted to drink letting them know about certain dishes. I looked at my husband like wow we were never asked about any of this stuff. Food wasnt all that great and very expensive plus service was rude. Ill stick to my Yo Sushi and never coming back here again.

Staff all very pleasant, very clean, and price is reasonable. Food is delicious, especially the all-you-can-eat. So go with a big appetite. When you are a regular, most of the staff remembers your special likes. Thats a personal touch.

We did the all you can eat. While it tasted good, it was a bit more rice per piece than I am use to. It is not a place I plan to try again.The menu items may have been ok, but I would not recommend the all you can eat option over the other choices in the area. The venue itsels is nice enough. But considering that it was lunch time, the lack of patrons makes me think that perhaps others feel the same.

Honestly I was disappointed. All you can eat is $15.00 before 3pm. After it cost $21.95 per person. Also we ordered the Golden Roll and on the description it said crab and avocado. The roll was fried shrimp with no avocado. We let the cook know but he said it does not come with avocado even if it says it in the menu. Will be looking somewhere else for sushi next time.

This is an all you can eat sushi restaurant with good pricing and not so good sushi. Ive said this in many of my reviews: The mark of a poor sushi restaurant is large servings with excessive amounts of sauce. This is done to cut costs and mask the flavor. This store is guilty of both. The rice to sushi ratio is terrible. Whats worse is they season the rice with way too much vinegar and salt. They also serve the sushi over warm rice. This isnt normal, and it leaves your mouth with an unpleasant flavor of warm salty rice with a heavy vinegar flavor and no flavor of fish, absolutely drenched in whatever sauce it comes with. Its disgusting. Now, Ill be fair as Ive had much worse sushi. However, being in the Bay Area, why would anyone put up with same shortcuts made to bring sushi in the central US?

People here are nice. In fact one lady I know from when I was younger!I used to always ONLY go to one sushi place(Hisui 2) but one day the owner of that place started being really rude to me and my family so we dont go there anymore. :(BUT!!! Sakura Sushi is soooo good. Im super picky with my sushi, as Im sure most people are. If it isnt fresh, itll taste weird. Its really fresh here. I always come for the all you can eat, its a great deal if youre someone who can eat a lot!! And even if you dont eat a lot, as long as you order maybe 2 or 3 rolls, you basically get your moneys worth out of the all you can eat.Love, love, LOVE this place! Its my favorite sushi place, and the only place Ill eat sushi at unless Im out of town.

This place used to be one of my favorites but I will not be back. I am unsure they really want to be in the AYCE business as they will edit your order and sometimes really pack on the rice. Ill order two rolls and I get two half rolls. Or I order 3 orders of sake nigiri and only get 2. The last straw was being cut off after ordering 3 rolls, but when I asked for one more being told AYCE is over at 2:30. I came in before then! I was never asked if I wanted anything else just given a bill. The lady with the crazy hair is just rude. They lost a good customer.

We always have good service, and the sushi is usually quite fresh. Creative rolls, and theyre willing to make nearly anything you like. We never do the all-you-can-eat sushi, as we prefer to share a lot of rolls and nigiri. Our kid loves the gyoza and miso soup. Try the Melissa roll and the Jason roll!

This place was very rude to my disabled grandmother over the phone.My grandmother called in to make an order for pick up. She asked what rolls had no cream cheese or dairy (shes lactose intolerant). They woman on the phone acted confused and then said You come in and order in a very dismissive tone. My grandma informed her that shes disabled and wanted to order for pick up since she cant drive or walk in herself.The woman on the phone then said no we have nothing with no dairy This is a LIE. their menu is online.We asked again and she said no again very rude and hung the phone up in our face.My grandma is to old and sick to be rude. So this was very hurtful and saddening to her. All she wanted was some darn sushi.If you want to support a place thats rude to old sick grandmas go ahead. If you want to visit a place where the resurant workers are to lazy to take an order over the phone go ahead. As for me Ill go to one of the other many sushi restraunts in fairfield. Because if its that hard for them to take an order on the phone only God knows what else they find hard in food prep.
