Saw this place recommended online and loved it as soon as we took our first bites! We came here two days in a row! I got a BLAT the first day and a Hollywood Tremor the second day and they were both delicious! (Hollywood Tremor definitely has spice 🌶️🥵) Also got a caesar salad and pesto salad that felt so refreshing!The staff was very friendly and helped us choose our sandwiches.If you’re thinking about coming here, this is your sign!

I’m blown away by how much I enjoyed this wonderful sandwich shop in such a small town! I usually temper my expectations getting food around national parks but saw the reviews here and thought I may be able to get some quality food after a long and active day. The food here matched the hundreds of 5-star ratings, and then some - the gourmet green was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, so much so that I ordered a second one to-go after finishing up. The other sandwiches we tried were also fantastic! This is not to even mention the wonderful outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the river and surrounding terrain.As a foodie who’s constantly in pursuit of great restaurants, this may be the best sandwich shop I’ve stumbled upon - an absolute MUST if you’re ever in the area.

This place was very good. For being a Califrornia sandwich shop outside a national park, the prices were very reasonable. The manwich was HUGE and delicious. Grilled cheese was amazing. The sitting area is very nice and peaceful and has a great view of the river.This place has great fuel for a long day at Sequoia NP.

First time ever in the town of 3 Rivers for work. When it was time for lunch, decided to give this place a try 😋 the area is nice and comfortable 👌 I liked the outdoor seating down by the river. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious 🥪 the sandwich was so good, I just gobbled it down and forgot to take a pic of it 😳 looks like Ill have to stop by again next time Im working in 3 Rivers 😛

Best sandwiches around! We come from Visalia to eat here on special occasions as the river front tables are super relaxing. The bullseye with homemade chipotle cream cheese spread is fabulous!

Very nice place to grab a sandwich, brocolli soup is very yummy for winter weather. We would like to come back and try different items on their menu. Is a nice trip to the foothills of Sierra Nevada the river is just right in the back porch. Beutiful view.

The place with really nice view and great vibe along the river side. Its good to stop here and having some food before head into NP and there is a clean restroom as well. We had a sandwich and hotdog both taste good, we were enjoy a lot.

We were wary about the food options around national parks but this place did not disappoint! The subs and sandwiches were extremely delicious and also so nutritious. It was the perfect place for us to eat at before we headed to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. We also really appreciated the extensive veggie options which were just as great as the meat ones.

Best sandwiches and service Ive ever had. The options and ingredients are delicious and youre never disappointed no matter which sandwich you device to try next. The line can seem intimidating but they pop them out fairly quickly without diminishing the quality of the food. Im usually not a sandwich person but I crave them once a week.

We stayed Three Rivers for two nights while we were visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. A quick look on Yelp told me this was the best place to eat.This place was so good, that we came back the second night we were here too. We didnt want to try anywhere else, we just wanted more sandwiches.We tried four sandwiches: the gourmet green, the Hollywood tremor, the wasabi stinger, and the hopper (special). We also got a side of their special kale pumpkin seed salad.All of the sandwiches were so good I dont know if I could pick a favorite. The spreads were my favorite part. They were some of the best sandwiches Ive ever had.Theres no indoor seating, but a lovely outdoor seating area. We enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic tables by the river.The service was awesome. They were incredibly friendly and brought our sandwiches outside to us when they were ready.I wasnt expecting much for a small town in the middle of no where (especially coming from Yosemite where theres no good food), but this place blew me away.If youre anywhere around here, you definitely should try it!

Great place for lunch in Three Rivers! Even with 3 employees short and on a busy day, the people behind the counter did a fantastic job making a ton of sandwiches in a short amount of time and were very nice. Super generous portions, quality food that is reasonably priced :) We were surprised to see their varied menu....specialty subs, quesadillas, salad, burgers and more. We will definitely go back :)

Oh my goodness! Thank you for the best gluten free sandwich I have ever eaten! I had to go gluten free this year for health reasons and it has been such a challenge when eating out. I ordered the Gourmet Green (minus red peppers) on the gluten free roll and it was delicious! Juicy grilled chicken, fresh and crispy spinach, creamy havarti, and this amazing cilantro and jalapeño sauce! It was so good that I think I will have to go back today or tomorrow before leaving town. Guy at the counter was super nice as well. Usually gluten-free rolls are gross. This was amazing! Thank you!

Delicious food, great service, and a beautiful landscape. Servers were very polite and wrote my younger sisters name on her sandwich. They have burgers as well as subs and salads. We arrived before the lunch rush, but this seems to be a very popular restaurant. My family and I stopped by here for lunch on our way to Sequoia National Park and we are so glad we did.

Did a quick day trip up to three rivers and you know Sierra Subs was on our list. Ive been watching what one at so I grabbed the vegan tom and added some fake bacon (yes, I know) the sandwich/masterpiece didnt last long as I devoured it while looking at the river in the back (yes they have tables over looking the river) service was great, place is pretty busy so be prepared for a wait especially during lunch. Trust me that is worth the wait so make sure to stop

Amazing sandwiches and great stop on a motorcycle ride or a day trip to the mountains. They have kept going through the fires and it is because thier food is fantastic. Thier sandwiches are very well made and come with a copious amount of meat, cheese, and veggies. Thier lemonade is very good as well and they do have dinner meals you can take and bake as well. Staff is friendly and the views on the back patio are picture perfect. I dive up often just for a motorcycle ride and a Club sandwich on Sourdough with a lemonade.

The Manwich blew my mind. Its enormous and probably the best sandwich I can remember eating. Its a must try for any meat lover. Got this after hiking in Sequoia one day and I liked it so much that I couldnt bring myself to try anything else a few days later when I came back...but I suspect everything is terrific.Friendly and efficient service. Potato and Greek salads are great. Frozen lemonade highly recommend if you visit when its 110 outside like I did!

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Sequoia National Park. There was no order ahead option when we visited, since they were working with limited staff. There were few folks ahead of u when we reached the place. We ordered few Veggie sandwiches. Wait time was not so bad. There is seating in the back of the restaurant with a view. Everything on the menu looked so good and I struggle with making decisions sometimes. So I decided to take a leap of faith and choose the most popular item according to the man at the register. He said it was the Muffuletta.I was hesitant at first because Im not a huge fan of ham and salami. But I went for it anyway and Im so glad I did! It was amazing! Everything about it was perfect. I ate in my car because Im not so comfortable around strangers and wanted to be alone. So thankfully I was still there when I finished and was able to go up and order it a second time! Ate that one in my car too, then drove to my hotel happy and full!Please go here, they are very nice and the food really was so delicious. Theres also a little shop next door that sells stuff from local artists and businesses. I went in there for a few minutes while I waited for my food.

WOW!!! What a great place. If you are in Three Rivers you MUST stop by for a fantastic sandwich. It is family owned and you can tell because they are all so polite and attend to your order. Very efficient and most of all, the Sandwiches were an A+. We had the Alta Peak Club and the Hollywood Tremor. Very delicious. I am sure everything is good here. Finally I personally was shocked of their prices. They are very reasonable. Well worth the money. Stop by and enjoy.

I had the Manwich and it was AMAZING! My wife picked it up and drove it an hour up to me in Sequoia national Park and it wasn’t soggy. Sandwich was huge and all the ingredients tasted fresh. I took the tomatoes off and ate them by themselves and it tasted like they were grown in a garden rather than come from a grocery store. Best sandwich I’ve ever had!

Three Rivers only has so many food options but Sierra Subs would be excellent anywhere. It’s loved by tourists and locals alike. I haven’t gotten anything that I didn’t enjoy. My favorite thing is that they have a rotating weekly special so there’s always something new to try.

Incredible food. Burgers were great, toppings were super fresh, buns were tasty. Greek salad was huge and the vinaigrette was awesome. My Muffaletta was big also and the olive tepenade was the perfect touch. The staff were super helpful too, our 3 kids each wanted their burgers prepared a special way and they accommodated no problem.

We came into town to hike Sequoia and we were very happy to have found this place. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. We also got a Greek salad and the potato salad. Best subs I ever tasted. I had the Hollywood Tremor and the Bullseye subs on multiple visits. Reasonable prices and nice deck to sit out back. Great place to stop for lunch after a long morning hike inSequoia National Park. Staff very friendly. Love this place! Unique sandwiches. Mine was very good. We sat at a covered picnic table overlooking the river. Down below us we were entertained by some people river rafting. One of them kept bouncing around on one of the rapids, having lots of fun until he was tossed out.

There is no indoor seating but the patio was a great space right along the river with lots ofShade.The owner even showed us a quicker route to Kings Canyon National Forest instead of going throughSequoia National Park. Amazing sandwiches, especially after a long day of hiking in the park. I tried to order a sandwich without the meat or cheese and the server knew right away I was vegan and let me know the sauce had dairy in it, and steered me in a different direction without even pausing. The staff is very knowledgeable about different dietary restrictions. I ended up having the muffalata made vegan and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this spot and will be returning next time I am in the area.

It is unbeatable for the price. The BLAT was okay and the Bullseye was spot on! The only suggestion would be to monitor the amount of mayo and speak up of it is too much, because they DROWNED my sandwich in mayo and I felt that it was completely unnecessary. Also, they toast the bread, which I didnt know, so if you dont like toasted bread, say so before they put it on the grill. I loved the freshness. It doesnt look like a lot while theyre making it, but then the sheer size and weight hits you when you are handed the final product and try to finish it. Their bread is decent, and for a lot of people it is the bread that makes a sandwich. Id give the bread 4 out of 5 and therefore the entire food experience 4 out of 5. Also you can eat by the river or inside which is nice. All in all, it is better to support them locally than to support big chains. Ill definitely go back.

This is a casual sandwich place with lots to offer for eaters with selective diets. We come here a lot when looking for lunch. Even though they have a big selection for vegetarians/vegans, I LOVE their muffuletta sandwich (salami, ham, olive relish, other veggies). It has a lot of complexity and is well-seasoned. I wish they had longer hours on Sundays (they close at 3pm) and that the parking lot was bigger. It can get really crazy looking/waiting for a parking spot and the queue itself can be a while. They have an air-conditioned dining room which is divine during hot days. Theres also plenty of outdoor patio seating near the back.

Amazing little find. Highly recommend! Went with the whole family on our way to the Sequoia National Park. We went hiking today at Sequoia National Park and needed some decent food on the way home. Yelp recommendations did not disappoint! We tried the Hollywood Tremor and the the Gourmet Green W/Turkey. We loved the complexity of the sandwich flavors, presentation was lovely, and you could tell they use quality ingredients. Its very apparent to me why Sierra Subs & Salad made the Yelp 100 list. High quality sandwiches, big portions, extremely friendly staff, and scenic location (near the river). I ordered the Manwich, and it should satisfy even those with an enormous appetite. The building you order at is small, but there are seating areas in another nearby building and also outside on the side of the river. The bathroom is hard to find, but its in a nearby building and requires a key from the cashier. When visiting Sequoia National Park, this is always going to be a food stop from now on. Definitely a must-try if youre in the area!

There was a gentleman that worked there that was VERY rude to me and my family and then the woman behind the counter was rude as well. They offer many build your own sandwiches and salads with also a variety of some that they have created on their daily menu as well as soups.We had the Manzanita which was a panini sandwich with a honey mustard spread with ham and sharp cheddar cheese which we split and also split a large bowl of their tri tip soup. I have lost count of the times I have eaten at their location, had some of their catering, or took one of their home bake pizzas. Their food is always delicious and the owners and staff are always pleasant and friendly. They have a sandwich of the week, and though I have my go-to sandwiches, I make sure to give it a try since it will probably blow my tastebuds.
