No one told me there was a gluten free brunch place in downtown Visalia! Gf bagels and bread for paninis, and also vegan cheese. I got the fig brie panini and it came with two gf sandwiches that were so filling. There was a bit of a wait considering it wasnt terribly busy so if youre in a rush I would recommend ordering ahead. Otherwise 10/10

I went in today and got lunch with my sister to go. We got her açaí bowl after about 10 min which is understandable as they were very busy and it’s not a very big place. However everything is fine with our bowl, I waited 18+ minutes for a Panini that was cold, cheese not melted, chicken inside is cold. Not sure what’s going on with that expected I was waiting for quality but seems other wise. This sandwich was 10$ I believe which is ridiculous! A panini should be hot and fresh and cheese should be melted! Also cashier was very nice but was not asked which bread I wanted but I also forgot to mention it to her. I get they are super busy but this is not okay! Also bread was not pressed on both sides. I will attach another photo after I put it in my air fry and what it should look more like!!! Also taste is very bland !

So the other day I came to order from them from the first time and I truly loved the Tropical Sunset Smoothie- Its Sol good! Im definitely going to come back and next time order some food from them since its all vegan based! I often eat here due to the proximity to my work and enjoy everything I order! From the açaí bowls to the paninis and bagels, they never disappoint. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. So glad to have such a cute healthy spot like this in Visalia.

With so many choices you may feel overwhelmed so it’s best to go with what flavors you like. There’s no pressure, Take your time reading the menu. Be ready for a 6 to 10 minute- we’ll worth the wait as a walk-in. The service it polite and respectful of your choices, offering any and all additions you may prefer. I’m here on a Thursday morning 9am and people have been in and out picking up Mobil orders but I’m one of 3 tables dining in. Over all great place for a snack.

I absolutely love Sol Bol Acai. They have the best healthy food & beverages. And you cant beat the prices! Its also located in our beautiful Downtown Visalia and walking distance to all the cute little shops, theatre and hotels.

The employees seemed really nice to each other...just not the best customer service (maybe I was there on an off day) the fruit wasnt really ripe that was used in my bowl and the acia was had a very different flavor...again it could have just been an off day@Sol Bol Acai...I was there on 7/19/23 @1 :02Im sorry that the truth hurts...But I guess the response warrants the review I gave

Hot spot but the overwhelmed staff didn’t take responsibility for mistakes they made.Tried to make us pay for smoked salmon that they didn’t put on our order (which we had ordered).Also took a long time to get the toast out to us.Come for açaí stay for the toast.

Always great service & I have loved everything that I have ordered from there. My favorite is the Sol Açaí Bowl. Sometimes, I also order the grilled cheese panini with apricot jam & kale. I add turkey to it. Yummy!

I ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant. There is barely any egg salad and a lot of arugula, so basically its an arugula sandwich. Its disappointing because I have ordered from here before and they had put plenty of egg salad before.

This was my first time visiting the location. I have to say I wasn’t impressed by the food or the staff or how the establishment was “put together “. I was not greeted or guided on how to order from the menu. I was surprised at the prices on the menu and further surprised at presentation and taste. I was sorely disappointed in the veggie panini. The sandwich was soggy from the cucumber and tomatoes, bland, and overall not worth $19.64. I did call them to speak to the owner about my dissatisfaction in the sandwich. I did not call for my money back or a discount but simply to inform the owner about my dissatisfaction. Her immediate response was to boast about how great her food is and her “raving reviews”. It did not seem like she took constructive review/criticism well. Almost as if her feelings were hurt. I am a native to the visalia area and love to support small businesses; however, this business will no longer have my support.

Sol Bol is my favorite place to get acai at! Its one of the few vegan and gluten free friendly spots in Visalia. They have soo many base options and the most topping options Ive seen. Ive tried others but wasnt as satisfied. Theyre quick and employees super sweet and attentive. I also recommend the strawberry lemonade and eclipse panini and a cinnamon roll.

Sol Bol was fine. We drove half an hour to get there and I’m not totally sure it was worth it. Staff were super friendly :) but the acoustics of the outside seating area meant everything echoed very loudly, so we sat inside to get away from the party crowd outdoors. Indoors felt a little devoid of ambiance: there was no music on and little decoration on the walls. It gave the sense of a spot that is still mostly in pandemic mode and focusing on its takeout customers more than the dine in experience. My GF panini was good, my boyfriend’s avocado toast was fine, his coffee was fine (not an oat milk latte like he ordered though) and my tea latte unexpectedly had honey in, which was not on the menu and meant my vegan partner couldn’t share with me. I’d stop by again if in the area, and the many many customers who came for outdoor dining and takeout are a testament to the spot’s popularity, but I wouldn’t drive half an hour again for it.

I LOVE that there are options without dairy. I came here a few times during my pregnancy. It felt good to know that Im consuming something healthy with no worries. Their peanut butter and banana protein drink I ordered recently is sooo good, it was meant for my husband and I ended up drinking it lol. I wish I could order this everyday!

Have been a regular all summer! Julia (owner/manager) has been lovely to get to know. The bowls are a refreshing favorite for the whole family. Generous portions and 100% fresh ingredients. It’s worth the money for such healthy fresh food!

Had the sunrise bowl and smoothie on the covered patio in front of the restaurant. The bowl was delicious and filling with a frozen acai paste topped with granola, bananas, peanut butter, and carob chunks. All was served in a coconut bowl with a wooden spoon.I felt so hippie, I started saying things like far out man! And I asked for them to play Country Joe and the Fish on the stereo. But they didnt have any Country Joe so I had to settle for dropping a tab of acid and tuning into the universe instead.The food was delicious and as the acid induced kinesthesia settled in, Id say the main flavor was bright violet tinged with electric blue. The coconut bowl speaking to me freaked me out a little, but it did give me good advice so even that turned out well.Go to Sol Bol to connect with your inner hippie and have some good food.
