I have always loved going to the salad shop but this last order was terrible. I did a curbside pickup and bought a medium salad, my order came out to almost $20. I got multiple toppings, paid extra for avocado, chicken, and extra salad dressing. When I opened my salad there were toppings that were missing, eggs, cucumbers, carrots, including the specific salad I wanted, and no extra salad dressing.As I'm eating my salad the whole bottom of the container it came in was covered in water. I didn't even pour my dressing over my salad, so it was not that. All of my salad became soggy and had a weird taste. My mom's order was the same. If you're going to run out of toppings it should be on your website or the customer should be called and asked if they still want the order. I wouldve canceled it.I gave two stars for service, because it said my order would be done at 7:10 my husband got there around the time and my order wasn't done. Then the employee proceeded to tell my husband they didn't have my order.

For our first time visiting this place, we were very hungry and couldnt wait to grab a fulfilling lunch. Pieology Pizzeria was a very filling pizzeria. I thought Thin Crust couldnt get any better until they proved me wrong and made it even more scrumptious. We had ordered a base signature pizza. 2 Combo Pizzas and 1 Hawaiian Pizza. After building our base we were allowed to add any topic we wanted, for no charge. Didnt take long for the pizza to be made. The pizza was very delicious and if I could I would eat 2 but I digress. The pomegranate lemonade was very delicious as well as all the other drinks in the soda machine. Theres a special coca cola drink just for around this time of the year as the Olympics are starting to pick up. Each drink with unique flavors where each of the drinks have been made and likened by the athletes as there own personal favorite. When you step into Pieology Pizzeria you can choose to either dine-in comfortably or enjoy the outdoors under a lovely shade enjoy a nice slice of pizza freshly off the oven with many flavors awaiting to explored by your mouth. I highly recommend them, I will say it is a little pricey for the size of the pizza however I shall definitely come back to try all their unique pizzas and flavors.

I arrived at the restaurant on 10/07/22 at 8:25am with the dining room completely empty and I was the only one at the counter, awaiting to have my order taken. I was not greeted in any way, just told once the gentleman noticed me that it would be a moment. A moment turned into a few minutes and i was still standing there waiting while another person came in behind me. Still not being helped after 5-6 minutes, I did see the drive through was being prioritized and the drive thru worker completely ignoring us. When the gentleman behind me was asking what was up, the gentleman working looked annoyed and told us someone would be with us, (nobody came) and if we didnt want to wait, we could use the kiosk. Now, I work in food service, I know how it can be. But they were NOT THAT BUSY, even in the drive thru. When I walked out because I was going to be late for work, there were ZERO cars coming into the DT. That WOULD NOT fly where I work. I get it being understaffed, but like I said, there were NO ONE in the restaurant when I arrived and the DT had no line. There was NO REASON for this terrible service. (Or non-service).

This was my first time visiting the location. I have to say I wasn't impressed by the food or the staff or how the establishment was “put together “. I was not greeted or guided on how to order from the menu. I was surprised at the prices on the menu and further surprised at presentation and taste. I was sorely disappointed in the veggie panini. The sandwich was soggy from the cucumber and tomatoes, bland, and overall not worth $19.64. I did call them to speak to the owner about my dissatisfaction in the sandwich. I did not call for my money back or a discount but simply to inform the owner about my dissatisfaction. Her immediate response was to boast about how great her food is and her “raving reviews”. It did not seem like she took constructive review/criticism well. Almost as if her feelings were hurt. I am a native to the visalia area and love to support small businesses; however, this business will no longer have my support.

Poorly managed store.I tried to call in an order for a pizza but I only got a recorded message that the team was serving other customers.I decided to drive over and place my order in-person. There was only one college age girl there. When I went to the counter to try to place my order, she said there would be a 25-30 minute wait. I thought Id be okay with the wait, but when I started to state what pizza I wanted, the girl said she wouldnt even take my order until she finished assembling the pizzas she was working on- there were 5! That would mean an additional wait to even place an order!Needless to say, I left.Why the manager couldnt get another worker over there to assist customers on a busy Sunday evening is beyond me. I could see why nobody would answer the phone. The college girl was overwhelmed with orders. I also thought it was unsafe to have only one girl to man the place.If a manager cant get enough help, he or she should be filling in the empty position!

Used drive thru, so yeah, my atmosphere was awesome! Fast Food prices are going to have my family eating out at restaurants and way less fast food like Taco Bell. I figured food prices were going up with the astronomical prices for tacos and burritos. Oh, also, BRING BACK THE TACO SALAD!! Was my favorite and stopped eating out at Taco Bell since they stopped making them!! Im not the only one who was the same as me. Taco Salad was several people we knew favorite and really decreased the amount of time they ate at Taco Bell after stopping selling them! Otherwise Food good just not $20-30 - to complete good food! With that in my household, it says they want to eat at the good Mexican food restaurant since the price is not that much more. TheAdamsFamily.I see a fiesta Taco Salad down this list. No one ever said no longer serving the Taco Salad, but we have a fiesta salad.Plus, these kids (even adults) seem adults have to fight for these jobs where kids usually were their first job, BUT with wrong orders, not giving straw, napkins (especially in drive thru! Eating in the truck is messy, and you need napkins) Giving wrong condiments, service is lacking any type of customer service youd expect with them making more money youd get! Ive tried numerous times and at different restaurants to order the elusive Taco Salad but struck down. Asked several times, can they just throw the taco salad in a bowl, fully understanding their are no fried flour tortillas, BUT no one ever turned me onto the fiesta taco salad???

Absolutely wonderful staff wholl go out of their way to help you fulfill your order to the fullest and when they are out of stock of certain items on your order, they dont hesitate to make it right. In the same breath, they are also easily overwhelmed by high volumes of orders and begin to display signs of carelessness in the handling and preparation of meals for customers. Its Taco Bell. I dont expect restaurant quality food, but it would be a lot more appealing to have your order handled in a manner that shows some passion versus a robotic means of handling things. Chances are theyll miss items and or completely forget about your order during these times too. This is coming from firsthand experience. Things are shaping up though!

Not at all a happy potential customer. I ordered my pizza and you can see this receipt that it was suppose to be ready at 4:47. My friend went to pick it up and it was not only not ready, they had no idea about the order. Now its after 5:15 and oh they finally found it - I am so ticked about this.This is not the customer service I expected, now my friend has to wait for your workers to finally get to it .... It was an online order. Definitely will reconsider if I ever order a pizza from this place again. NOT a good experience. I am still waiting for the pizzas, btw .. and I still have to bake them. Dinner is being held up as a result ... Re-coach, re-train, learn how to do ... whatever it takes ..

I would say just becareful with ordering the party box, they double charge you. I got the party box supremes, a double decker, a large soda and a freeze and it came out to $44. $47 after taxes, with the same order excluding the double decker and instead adding a 5+ dollar item came out to around $34 after taxes. Staff was nice for a drive thru. But just wanna warn that the app will be cheaper by a good size portion without double charging the tacos.
