Really good Mediterranean food our group was extremely impressed while we stayed for Universal Studios. I highly recommend the Doner bowl and the vinegarette is ADDICTIVE. I also tried the sangria and the apple mint is to die for! Do yourself and give this great food a try while in the area.

Sold Mediterranean option on Cahuenga, with really good wraps and bowls! The have a pretty diverse menu that keeps me coming back, and lots of unique drink options (I still need to try after work). Very friendly staff and the place is beautiful inside and out.

Cute decor inside. Service is really good! Employees are friendly. Food is delicious. Highly recommend the Street Cart wrap or Mediterranean wrap. Also, don’t skip on a side of the fries! Probably one of the best fries I’ve had in a while. There’s maybe 4 parking spots in the back (you’re more likely to get lucky if it’s during a week day during the day), and then street metered parking - just a heads up for anyone unfamiliar with the location.

The Greek gyro was good! The pita bread was perfect. I would have added lettuce or some green. The falafel was delicious. The tahini was a bit strong for my taste. The sweet potato fries were not great. Too oily and too crunchy. The place is really pretty! Funky, cool, clean. Makes you wanna eat there. I like the peach ice tea because is not overly sweet!They have outdoor and indoor dining too. Prices are affordable. The menu looks really good and ample. They have wraps, gyros, salads, sides, flatbreads.

I like to stop here and grab a wrap to go before heading up the hill to Universal Studios to avoid getting gouged by park prices.The food is always fresh and flavorful with portions that fit the price. Share the street cart fries and a Berliner wrap... *boom* a sizable meal for 2 on a budget.I have yet to try them as I am always driving, but they do small batch sangria of varying flavors that look delicious and seem to be popular for those ordering in.Alternative/ hipster music at a relatively loud volume, and LPs/ street art style stencils on all the walls with free board games to use on site. If those things appeal to you, its a blast. If not, stay away and leave some parking for the rest of us.

Spitz never fails to impress on the quality front. I’ve been to both locations. The in person dining just okay atmosphere wise but the staff are always welcoming and the food delicious. Also they have a great reward system in their app that actually makes you feel like your earning stuff back.

Not sure what I like more about this place, the chill music, the drinks or the food! I have only ever gotten the Döner salad, but it is THE BEST Greek salad in the valley. Large size, so there is plenty to save for later.This place has outdoor seating perfect for car watching and a bar with TVs.This is a great place for small groups or even dates. They have games you can play while you sip on drinks.

Omg! The food here is delicious. We tried the Zesty feta doner wrap with sweet potato waffle fries, street cart fries, and unicorn baklava. The portions were so big that I only ate half my wrap and fries. I liked it so much that I didnt even take anything out of the wrap, not even the pepperoncinis. It is 7 minutes from our hotel and Universal. Im taking my leftovers with me to enjoy on the way back home. Everything sounded so good on the menu so I knew whatever we picked was going to be great. I was wowed for sure. Will be coming back next time Im in the area.

I recently tried their delivery service, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the food quality. The wrap was thin and wet, and the meat was disappointing. The fries were overly crispy, resembling burnt chips, and the pita slices lacked flavor. The dessert pita was greasy and had inconsistent texture. The baklava, which is usually enjoyable in the area, did not meet expectations. While the people and service were pleasant, the food quality leaves room for improvement. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration for future improvements.

Asked for no tomatoes, and no tomato based sauce on my gyro(Ive never heard of a tomato based sauce on a gyro). Server went back and told the guy making it for me, but still received the tomato sauce on it. My days already bad because Im in California, but this lack of attention to detail just seems par for the course in this state.Oh, and if you want water, dont expect to get ice with it.. Sad.

First time visitor will give another chance but my fries were extra crispy. They’re the main reason I visited the place.I enjoyed the Taste but the fries made em a six out of ten. I order a chicken quesadilla, I am not even sure what kind of mystery meat is on it. Gross 🤢 also why is that American cheese on a quesadilla?!? Why is it cold, thick and hard. Is this from yesterday?! Just gross…this is trash and I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. No thank you. Also took an hour + to arrive just to be thrown in the near garbage outside.

Amazing food! Service couldnt get any better. Very coo spot to have a date at or take your family. Just a super chill vibe. Me, my wife and my two daughters sat in there for at least an hour after we ate playing cards that they provide. Beer choices looked amazing, but since I was with my family didnt have any drinks. Let me tell you the portion size was awesome leaving enough room for leftovers and the french fry dipping sauce was unique and good! The baklava was rather sweet, but I would definitely order this food again especially for the price. Can’t wait to try more food from the restaurant. the price point on the Mediterranean bowl was $14 which isn’t bad if you have enough for leftovers, the baklava was three dollars each which was a little steep when they look like mini egg rolls but I still give this place 5 stars

Called from hotel to see if they were open and was told they were open until 10pm. Jumped in the car and drove there and entered at 9:40pm and was told the kitchen was closed so we could not order food as they served did to other tables. And not in a nice or apologetic way. Pretty poor. We were lucky actually because we went to Poquito Mas mexican restaurant down the street and it was amazing! This place lost my business.

Y’all….this place was so yummy omg. I got the mediterranean wrap with chicken and dude I have never had anything like it. Everything in there was MEANT to be there. The crispy garbanzo beans provided the perfect crunch you didn’t even know you needed. The cabbage, the perfect crispy ness without an overwhelming cabbage flavor. The chicken has it’s delicious flavor that you could separate from the other flavor combos, but in a great way. The olives were like little pockets of flavor you were surprised by, but they were fantastic little surprises. Long story short, this place knows what’s best for you. I didn’t know I needed those ingredients in my wrap, but this place knew it and I’m so glad they did. I cannot wait to try EVERYTHING ELSE on their menu. This place is the future.Peace and love,- OC

Ive only been there twice, but I LOVE it! The atmosphere is fun and laid back, the staff are friendly, attentive, & hardworking (even though it was busy on my most recent visit, I could tell that all the employees were working hard to get quality food out to their customers quickly). Ive been on the Gyro Hunt for years in LA. Now understand, Im a gyro traditionalist, but these flavor combinations in their street gyro are exquisite. The flavor profile is robust and excels with the 2 most important considerations for a good gyro; meat and sauce.In addition, every piece of food that I sampled was good. The fusion between Mexican and Greek is an excellent nod to the area and its added diversity. Their house sauces are fantastic, and the fries are a solid addition to basically any menu item. The only letdown was their baklava dessert piece. It didnt have enough honey for my liking and was missing the flavor just a little bit.Finally, the prices are a bit steep but the flavors are full of value. The beer selection on tap is modest but offers some good choices.Definitely recommend.

I wanted to love this place, and the food looked good. However, I ordered the fried pita and hummus appetizer... and the hummus was COMPLETELY RANCID. Almost like rotten yogurt, I truly had no idea hummus could even get that bad. I immediately lost my appetite after one bite. The employee was nice about it and gave me a new one, but this felt like an incident that needed to be addressed in a larger way. There was no apology and I was worried about other people eating the tainted hummus.Unfortunately I would not eat here again because you cant trust the quality of the food and I would prefer not to get food poisoning.

I’ve been here a few times over the years, the chain always has funky decor and ample seating including community style high tops. Service and food can be hit or miss though which is occasionally a bummer considering you’re coming here for a specific type of “cuisine”. Fortunately no matter who you bring here there will always be something on the menu they can enjoy and it’s worth trying multiple times for yourself. I’d give 4.5 stars if I could because it has only been a handful of times I was stuck waiting for my food over 15 minutes when the restaurant was completely empty or some complete debacle happened as a result of the cashier, but that can happen anywhere.

Discovered this place a few years ago dtla, and then found out they opened this one. Introduced it to the roomie and its been one of our go-tos for take out on a movie night. She gets the taquitos with chicken. Im not a taquitos lover, however its really good. My go to is the street cart fries and the street cart wrap with chicken. The sauce and fresh veggies is what makes it soo good. Its fresh each time, the fries are crunchy with just enough toppings for each bite. The wrap is fulfilling with out feeling weighed down. I love saving half of the wrap for left overs. I dont really think you could go wrong with any of the wraps.Not only is the food great but the ambiance/decor is a vibe in itself. Theres so much detail into every corner you look at whether inside or outside. This place has character and an artistic touch.

Their food is great! The thought of their street cart fries has me salivating. Their spicy gyro sandwiches are delicious! Bring on the gas-x (cabbage and all). I often go out of my way for them, literally, u-turns. The customer service is wanting a bit. Like they only let you use one coupon at a time but it doesnt say that on the coupon and they didnt tell me over the phone when I placed my large order and said Im using a bunch of those coupons yall gave me the other day, is that cool? And I got the coupons in the first place bc they lagged for a bday party catering and I had 20 hungry toddlers waiting an extra hour for food. So...great for dropping in. Seems like my review was taken off. I went there about 5 months ago and I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could I would give this place a 0. The food is delicious but what makes me not come back ever again is the customer service. When we arrived the cashier was on her phone texting away, when I finished ordering she tells me that they were about to close but that we were fine to eat there. So we sat down because we were under the assumption that we were ok. Note that we were there 25 minutes before they closed. The other girl that was there wiping down tables was giving us nothing but attitude for no apparent reason. Keep in mind that there were still customers in the restaurant. How were we supposed to know they were closing when the cashier didnt say anything after we finished ordering. If she would of said that they were closing from the beginning we would of gone somewhere else to eat. I too work in customer service so I get it. One customer had asked the girl wiping down the tables, why their night was slow and she responded back to him with nothing but attitude. While we were waiting for our food the cashier comes over and gives us our food to go BLAMING the chef saying he packed up your food to go. Who the hell does that!!!!!! No, hey sorry but we are closing now, any way we can package your food to go? I will never give my money to this place EVER again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to eat at this place.

Been a long time fan/supported for Spitz in Los Feliz. Ive known they had a Studio City location for a while, but never took the plunge. SO and I were in the location and decided to try it out. Holy crap we fell in love. Same great beer selection and food choice, but in a smaller storefront compared to the Los Feliz site. What made me fall in love with this location more is the fact that all the walls are essentially covered with old 70s, 80s, and 90s record album covers. We got there on a Friday night and a guy was spinning some records, but what he was playing was perfect for the environment. Old school meets new school music that went perfect for the vibe. It was love at first sound. Food is a new wave doner style/Mediterranean food featuring shawrmas (with your choice of meat) as well as these fancy Street Cart Fries. Holy crap YOU HAVE TO GET THE STREET CART FRIES! Mediterranean toppings with other delicious goodies on top of french fries. DO IT!

Walked in there 20mins to close to order something to go and they said they were closed already. The last time I was in it was 15mins to close and they were extremely rude to all three groups of us still in there trying to force us to leave right then which was 15 minutes early while we all still had food and beer left to drink. They had just barely serviced us. They should say they close at 9:30pm and show to courtesy to their patrons. That isn’t good business.

There used to a place called Ed Debevics whose entire experience was based around the staff being incredibly rude to customers, but of course this was on purpose. Spitz must have taken a page out Eds book, but it was the wrong page. I have been to Spitz about 10 times and every single time it has been a different cashier, and every single time they were rude and completely unhelpful, its almost unbelievable, or like its being done on purpose, Ed would be proud. . The food is pretty good, but the poor service makes me not want to return, especially considering the price of the food.
