This Asian Fusion place is quite good. A mix of Korean and Vietnamese flavors, I can see why it is so popular. I had ordered twice at least before writing a review, and the food did not disappoint. Picking up the order is quite chaotic though. It is packed even with their outside patio. I believe there may be a lot of people asking questions about being seated so I can understand why whoever is in the front may not be the happiest. If you want flavor packed Asian fusion food, or have never tried this place, you should give it a try.FoodLet me give some thoughts on some of them things I tried:Filet Mignon Lomo Saltdo - This was pretty good, just that if you get togo the fries gets more soggier depending on when you eat it. I believe esp in a togo container it can trap and steam the food inside.Shaken Fries- with the beef belly, this was an excellent combination, I believe it had a bit of siracha, and packed w flavor, and I would say the same about the fries being trapped in a togo box. Recommend taking it to air fryer and putting it alll together after. It was nice for them to separate the sauces. The green sauce was real good!Spring RollsI think this was pretty averagePrawns Fried RiceThis was real good, big pieces of shrimp, with a really flavorful fried rice.I would say overall the food has been quite good, just looking forward to one day in trying the beef pho, that so many people have posted pictures about. Just so hard with the wait times. I guess last tip is to have your wallet prepared, a dish can easily be $20. Until next time !
My first visit to Sup Noodle. And I must say it was phenomenal. The Lomo Saltado and the Pho filet mignon were extremely flavorful . Both were seasoned to perfection and were priced accordingly based on potion size. The vegetables provided for the Pho were fresh and enhanced the overall flavor profile of the dish. The staff were welcoming and took a genuine Interest in customer satisfaction. Although, we had to wait about 40minutes before being seated, I quickly understood why after tasting the exceptional food. The quality of the food coupled with the hard work of the server staff is why the long lines and wait times are what they are. However, I must say without question, it’s definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend you give the place a try. You won’t be disappointed.
Delicious noodles and other foods, with unlimited pho refill. I have only praises on the food.The only slightly disappointing part was that we came at a busy time and had to wait quite a bit (~ 45 minutes). I would probably come back but only during a more relaxed time.
The best!!! Beef bone combination pho, shaken fries, spring rolls. Oh my godddd. Also Service was phenomenal. Highly recommend but make sure you guys check in through yelp, since they are soo good they can get pretty busy. Love love love
Such a great food and generous service! We had golden bao, filet mignon and 2 rib bone phos for 4adults. Needless to say, the soup base of the rice noodles was rich and delicious. Surprisingly, they provide unlimited refills of noodles. My hubby got 5bowls of noodles. Every time each bowls are hot and tasty. Filet mignon was marinated very well and tender. The most impressive one is the french fries! It’s very crispy with the sauce taste! Super good. Golden baos are filled with meats and served hot. All the staff checked tables regularly too. I’m willing to try here next time. Waiting time was about 40mints on Sunday 5pm though.
If you get the Pho add Make your Pho Shaken Style. The Pho Combination... The meats were not tender. The Golden Bao was okay. The minced garlic Chicken Wings had a great crunch and no flavor.
The pho is good, whichever one you choose. The quality of meat is outstanding. But this place is in a super crowed shopping mall and the parking and the wait time to be seated is ridiculous. They seem under staffed and they seem to have too small of a space to meet their customer demand. Would i eat here again, yes. Would i wait as number 29, no way theres just as good pho out there (Soup Stop... that makes its own to die for satay sauce).
Waited in line forever after postmates said that it was ready already and waited another 20 minutes rise recalled noodles were cold everything was called except for the beef broth. The flavor was good having to recoup your already cold food at your house kind of defeats the purpose of going out to half miles out of the way just to get the food. When you still gotta cook it yourself it kind of feels like you actually had to hunt down your own Garlic noodle
Great service and food. We ordered the Llomo Saltado with shrimp, yes shrimp and legit stuff. Fries with steak and that was also good but might be too much sauce for some. I thought it was good but wife thought it was too much sauce. Next will be Pho and Fried Rice.
Shaken, not stirred - James Bond during his visit to Súp Noodle BarIf youve never been to Súp Noodle Bar, its definitely a life altering experience. The shaken style pho is so unique and so rich in flavor that I could probably identify it with my eyes closed. I would highly recommend adding the Shaken Style to whatever pho you get. The pho was obviously delicious but they also dont hide that they offer unlimited pho noodles. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I were too full to exercise this option.My girlfriend ordered the lomo saltado and substituted the rice with garlic noodles. The lomo saltado was comparable to ones you can get at Peruvian restaurants, but the garlic noodles are also the stuff of dreams for all garlic lovers. I wish I had ordered a large bowl of these noodles and I probably will if I ever go back. If youre worried that youll reek of garlic after your meal, fear not, because they offer mouthwash in the bathroom. I used this amazing amenity and my girlfriend was happier for it.As you drive to this restaurant, the magic number is 5. Once you are 5 miles away from Súp, you will be allowed to join the waitlist. I would highly recommend doing this to minimize your wait time because the wait time is ungodly.
Its a solid noodle bar and I think it justifies how popular it is. The waitlist...its pretty extremely on the weekends. I do think the price for noodle is pretty fair, but the fried rices are extremely expensive. Its in the $20-$30 range and I cant really say it justified for a noodle bar (although I can understand why its expensive).Go on the weekdays, I dont think its worth waiting 30 min + for a noodle on weekends. All the servers were great.
The pho was so delicious, as always and now that theres more seating available, it feels like wait times are shorter. I would recommend the plain fried rice too, it comes witht their aji verde sauce and is so yummy, if you want something lighter 😋

Good Rib bone Pho soup. Service was fast and taste was very good. I got surprised that Lomo Saltado was on their menu, so as a Peruvian I had to try it and amazingly, it was very good 🤤. The huacatay sauce that comes with it was amazing as well. Good work with that Peruvian Dish. Btw this restaurant was packed and has a lot of waiting time. Its best to sign up in the waiting list 5 miles prior to arriving to the restaurant, its worth it.
Traveled here from MN. This place is worth all the hype and the far drive (drove 40 minutes to get here from where I was staying). Delicious pho! Make sure you get the bone oil side dish. One feedback would be that the chili oil could be spicier. Perhaps have an additional option around that. Love the complimentary mouth wash inside their bathroom!
This place claps cheeks. actually wild how flavorful everything is. i ordered the shrimp fried rice… it was so good i ate the shrimp with the shell. the fried rice umami took me to a different level of consciousness. eating here makes you feel wealthy because of how rich the flavor is. we tried the garlic noodles, beef pho with bone, shrimp pho. everything was good but the fried rice was legendary.no pics except an empty dish cuz it was that gas. happy camper no complaints.
Super friendly staff very helpful and great atmosphere. Food was great and worth the price we paid for it. I would definitely go back. I would reccomend the combination pho it had alot of flavor. The wife got the brisket pho and a side of shrimp spring rolls she loved it. And made it better was the unlimited noodles but with the size of portions 1 bowl was more then enough for us.
My first time coming here a good friend brought me and so far no other has been better. My favorite is the Phò Brisket Shaken style broth, which is bone marrow, slow cooked all day to give one of the most authentic flavors around. Please ask for the fresh Thai Basil with bean sprouts, and jalapeños, Oh thats so good with your bowl of Phò!Since my friend suggested the Parmesan Chicken wings comes with minced garlic which I end up always calling them the Garlic wings. These are a must every single time I come with my wife, she loves them too!When we bring our daughter here she loves their Shrimp Fried Rice which come with 5 large prawns and Oh so delicious.This place gets packed, however due to the Covid times they are open for take out or delivery.Establishment is clean and organized.I love dining in here however until it is safe we can still get this amazing cuisine to go!I would give them a 10 if I could for their service and consistency.Cannot wait til they can reopen for dining!
The noodles were delicious with the soup having a clean and slightly sweet flavor. Lomo Saltado is amazing!! The steak is tender and juicy and the green sauce that it comes with so addictingHighly recommend this place and I cant wait to return.
Delicious place, quite unassuming from the outside, but its nestled in a nice shopping center.Food is delicious, although its quite pricey for what it is. I mean like $24 for noodles with rib eye. I know rib eye is more quality meat, but its not like they give you a large piece. Also, the food is on the greasier side. I got the fried rice, but even then it left q noticable puddle of oil when I finished.Customer service is TOP NOTCH. our waiter was on it with the service. He messed up, but sincerely apologized. They were busy, and understaffed, not his fault. Overall, Id come again if Im okay with spending a little more.
Came here with a friend & the wait wasn’t bad since you can check in on yelp. Our waiter was quick and got everything we ordered. However, once we got our food, we got checked up on one time. It took a while to get our check, not to mention we still had to flag down someone to grab the payment. Food was great but service could be a little better.
Definitely wait list ahead of time before coming here and expect a wait to be seated and for the food to arrive.The tables are close together unless youre lucky enough to get the middle table in the restaurant unattached to other tables. Theres also outside seating but I havent experienced that yet.I got the Fried Rice with Tofu. It was delicious. The taste of the Fried Rice here is unlike any other place Ive been to. It has a sweet and savory flavor.If you check into Yelp theres an offer for free herbal tea. Its an acquired taste but once you acquire it then you cant stop drinking it.
During the lunch time, a little bit waiting.We ordered Short Rib Pho, Rip Eye Fried Rice, and Fried Rice with Shrimp. They are delicious.But the price is a little high. Rip Eye Fried Rice was almost $30. After eating, felt thirsty. It seems that they are using too much MSG. Parking is very hard in this place.
So I got some time to meet up my old friend/bro back to the States after years he was away, partly because he got stuck outside due to refusal to vaccinate. He got around that ofc as things loosened up now.So we were hungry & wanted to something wholesome soups -to try their special Anthony Bordaine pho and it was good. special occasions if youre in the area & visiting ok.. maybe try it. Would I get it again? Nope 👎 not @$19, but if it was less.. like $15. I rather pay $16-18 for rib tender pho. Anyhow the service left something to be desired.. felt pretty rushed out because many ppl waiting & wanting to sit.. so I definitely recommend get take-outs if you can.. plus save 💰 on tips on service because dont expect any anyways 😂
This place was delicious. Worth the wait! The shaken fries are some of the best fries Ive ever had... And not sure why haha. I had the short rib phò and my boyfriend had the pork belly phò. It was super flavorful and really great portions. I recommend!
Sup is always a great experience except for the long lines. When they on point, service is good and the food is very consistent, especially the noodles. They are a fusion restaurant and I got the Lomo Saltado with rib eye. Decent portions, good ambiance. Definitely recommend for $$ good eats
One of my favorites any day eating spot. I love the Bao, the Bone marrow pho, the Saltado, the Fried rice w/Prime rib, the house tea and the list goes on. I dont think I have ever had anything I didnt like in their menu :)
Ive been to a lot of pho restaurants but this place is the best place Ive ever tried for beef pho! I was a little skeptical at first since this place looks really modern unlike most pho mom and pop restaurants but dont let the looks fool you!To start, the broth is extremely rich and probably cooked for many hours. I never have to add any condiments to the broth at all. Its slightly sweet and extremely fragrant.You can choose between southern (thin) vs northern (flat) style pho noodles. I personally like to get the flat noodles when I go here. The noodles are carefully cooked and very tender.The oxtail pho is definitely worth your money. For $14 you get 3 very large, tender, and meaty pieces of oxtail. Perfect if you want to get a 2nd or 3rd helping of noodles and broth. If you really want to splurge I recommend getting the additional rib bone.The beef Toro is a close second favorite. The beef practically melts in your mouth and is super tender.This restaurant is definitely worth the wait!
Speak up when it sucks! I come here once a week and order the same pho($16 shaken short rib) but today was a ball of fat and NOT meat. Quietly explained but instead of accommodating the manager told me that rib meat is more fatty. Check out the photos.I guess Ill only pay $2.00 and tell them sorry that I didnt meet their expectations.

Came here with a few friends on a Saturday morning so parking wasnt too bad. Wait times werent too bad either since we also put our name down on the Yelp waitlist. Theres a couple other good places in the plaza so you can pick up groceries, pastries, and then grab dessert after!I had pho a few days prior so opted for their Cajun garlic noodles. My friends all got some variation of pho and we shared the truffle fries. I really enjoyed the fries and loved that it came with 3 different dipping sauces, all of which were pretty good though I especially enjoyed the middle one! The garlic noodles also came with their own sauce which I didnt expect but it did add a good flavor to the noodles when paired. I wish the shrimp were peeled but thats a minor issue. Taste was good overall and my friends all enjoyed their pho. I do think its a bit overpriced but that seems to be the case with any Kei restaurant. I forgot to check in so didnt get my tea but Id come back again to try their pho once and also get the herbal tea!
This Pho place was pretty good! I felt overwhelmed looking at the menu, so I ordered beef short rib bone in which I could do without the bone next time! The noodles were unlimited, but then I was full after the first bowl. They were super busy but still had great customer service! I recommend them if youre craving Pho!
Pho broth was on point. Try their shaken style – wok fried green onion and onions in marrow, it adds a smokey depth to the soup.I ordered the Anthony bourdain bowl and I would recommend, the pan fried beef is marinated.Unlimited noodles is great but the first portion was on the small side and the refill noodle was different than our order.

This place is a great place for a more American take on Vietnamese food. It is still tasty nonetheless. The broth was a bit salty and the fried rice was on the heavier side I think they use butter(?) for it. Unlimited refills of pho noodles for your pho order is a great touch.
I asked my friend to take me to a good Pho place in orange county and was surprised she brought me here in Buena Park. Was expecting to not enjoy it because it didnt feel authentic enough but the Pho broth was surprisingly good and flavorful. Went during lunch and it was quite busy. Apparently they have unlimited noodles which is awesome, especially if you have kids.
The Combo Pho is quite good here. The portion is small and the price is expensive ($15.00 per bowl), but its worth having. The service was excellent! They catered to my every need.

The pho was good, they cooked the broth for 48hr. Looks like they skim almost all the fat out of the broth. To me it felt like the broth had less flavor because of that but it was not water down as well. The presentation of the pho looks good. Im still trying to figure out what to think about the noodles. It is different, not bad nor good. Reserve seats ahead of time to not have to wait in line too long as parking time is limited.

Lost a star cause of the long wait time - benefit of the doubt is they have a decent waitlist system.Lost a second star cause I expected so much more of the pho and Loma soltado. The pho was packed with noodles and not enough broth or beef. The Loma tasted like each part of the fries and beef were made separately. Usually the authentic places make this in the same pan, but I’m not the cook! At least it wasn’t too oily.
Really enjoyed my experience here. Wait was a bit long but you cam reserve via yelp and walk around the center while waiting. The broth is too notch, very flavorful and rich. The unlimited noodles was a huge plus... I always end up eating noodles faster than the broth at pho restaurants. It has a very modern vibe, and great service. I plan to come back soon!
The best PHO in town!Raw ribs are tender and fresh while the braised ribs are soft and full of the sweetness of the beef and the soup. Always in line, so please make reservations in advance.
This was the first time Ive ever had Pho and wow I was really impressed. I ordered The pho filet and my neice had the Pho Tom. The pho was cooked to perfection.The meat was so tender and juicy and the shrimp were huge not to mention the garlic fries were finger licking good. I had them bring the tartar sauce on the side because I wasnt sure I was going to like it. But much to my surprise I loved it. Will definitely be back again 😁
Expensive but Always great pho! Unlimited noodles in house. BUSY so come early to get on wait list or plan for a wait. I find atmosphere is restaurant vs expansion seating area best because of to aromas and nearness to kitchen.

Its a good place. But a bit of a hype. The soup is good but expect to have a strong taste of fish sauce. I was expecting the shaken style to be surprising, but didnt really feel it. Sorry but have to be honest. The meatballs are not bouncy and beefy enough. Tendon is not soft enough. The short rib is good and tender. Overall good bowl of pho but not worth 30min wait at 4pm.

This our favorite pho spot in Buena Park. It’s a little pricier than other options, but it’s quality soup! We only come on weekdays. The weekend wait times can be pretty long. The pho is great, but the lomo saltado is even better!
The wait can be a bit hectic if youre on the lunch break theres wait list almost every time when I was here. The food was good a little pricey for what it is but good for group of people that do family style sharing. The service was excellent.
I am Peruvian and was excited to hear this place is Peruvian Vietnamese inspired food. I came to this place for Pho because I love it so much. So this is my first time ordering from here for my 1 year old son and I for lunch. So let’s begin, I ordered to go and I would have put 5 stars but they forgot to put enoki mushrooms in the tofu and veggie pho I ordered around 11am which is the Best part. 😱 But overall this place is Deliciousness 🤌👌but not happy they forgot some ingredients. 😢
Love this place! I have never been disappointed when I dine-in or order to go/delivery. The veggie & tofu soup and shrimp spring rolls are great. The broth is delicious and aromatic. Plus, you can have unlimited noodles when you dine-in.
It was innovative, they served these mini Banh Bao, this place had the fantastic idea of making them smaller and frying them giving them a while new taste.The Pho itself was perfect, we didnt need to add anything to the broth. The vegetables where fresh and they didnt skimp on the meat. I actually ran out of noodles before meat. The variety if meat was great and they had free unlimited noodles, if you felt the need for it. This was probably some of the best Pho, we have ever had. My hubby says its as good as, if not better than, his aunts home made Pho and better than the pho hes had in Vietnam and he is super Vietnamese. LOL
My brother recommended this place and ever since then, I dont go anywhere else. The wait time here is reasonable and well worth it. We found ourselves waiting one time for about 45 mins, but I can assure you theres lots to do while youre waiting... You can hit up the Hmart, beauty store next door, if you have kids or pets, there are stores next door that you could browse thru or go shopping at. Theres also an 85° Degree Bakery if you have a sweet tooth like me and cant resist but to get something sweet beforehand. Even if you decide to skip the browsing, the food is worth the wait. Their broth is so flavorful and fulfilling, and by far the tastiest broth Ive ever tasted... matter of fact, everything here is tasty. Granted I did order the bao and it was a bit oily for my liking... but everything elsewas tasty. The shrimp fried rice, garlic noodles, garlic wings, and combination pho are my ultimate faves. The generous portion sizes are beyond fulfilling. My son loves this place and the customer service is exceptional. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone wanting good, hearty, and flavorful soup to warm them up for the winter time coming up.

We had Golden Bao as an appetizer and ordered some Pho noodles, both were very tasty and they gave us a extra noodle per each order of Pho.The only concern was that waiting time was nearly 25 minutes.

This is Vietman noodle shop with upgraded ingredients such as beef ribs, prawns, fillet mignon and rib eye slices. Usually there is a wait list so try to use Yelp online to reserve a spot before you head out to the restaurant. You have a choice of noodles to pick (thick, thin, rice, egg, and glass noodles. Their bao (fried dumpling stuffed with pork and egg yolk) is quite good as the dough is like a donut type and the fillings are savory. Mainly I would go at off-peak times to avoid the long lines for this typical Vietnam pho dishes served here.

Surprisingly authentic tasting pho here! Its a bit more expensive than your normal $7-9 bowl of pho from Westminster, but it saves me a drive for a good bowl of pho. And they offer unlimited noodles and also, nicer quality meats.Short rib pho was my favorite and it was delicious with the raw onions they bring to your table. Thai basil and ngo gai arent offered, so maybe bring your own if thats your business.Wait might be long, but they offer waitlisting through yelp so you can plan accordingly.

Unlimited Pho noodles served in a little bowl with hot broth. You can keep refilling your bowl with noodles until you’re full. Serving size is okay. Not a lot of meat per order for my liking compared to other Pho restaurants. Be prepared to wait for about half an hour if you did not do an online check-in. Prices are fair. Parking spaces is scarce also as it is located in a small shopping complex with H Market and Daiso. Will i go back? Maybe not, it’s not worth the wait and the drive.

This is a good spot for Pho, Lomo saltado, and garlic noodles. Unlike other pho locations that only seem to have hot water with some spices in it, this location will not disappoint when it comes to their pho selection and broth. One of their most delicious meals is the lomo saltado, however I ordered the garlic noodles with steak, which unfortunately had a hair in it ( I know it wasnt mine due to the fact that the color strand did not match my hair color and the hair was wrapped and intertwined with two steak pieces) the staff was nice to cook another fresh dish for me and apply a small discount (didnt even have to ask them to do so) . I did feel a bit ignored as the waitress only kept asking my date what was it that he needed, she didnt offer drinks, Im assuming that she assumed we didnt want anything to drink. When my date finally was able to catch her attention he ordered his drink and as he was about to speak his next sentence she said ok Ill be back ( I was like what about meeee ) she came back quickly with the drink and my date quickly had to grab her attention to order mine which she took long to bring over. Im sure she was busy but it still unusual for a waitress to only be paying attention to one person on the table or to not offer drinks. This will not stop me from coming back though. The food is delicious not to want to try the rest of their food.

Combination pho shaken style. not sure if worth $15 since Ive had similar pho for $10... and I am pretty sure the some of the meat was undercooked. the broth would not cook it because it wasnt hot enough and apparently its how its supposed to be according to them. 🤷♀️
Hand down my favorite pho place in the world. So much so that my wife and i will drive down from Bay area just for the pho and shaken fires then drive back. The broth is packed with flavor and there is noting like the fries back home. A must stop if you love pho.
Fillet mignon pho was well worth the wait. Just a heads up you can call ahead to procure a spot or at least thats what was happening so we had an hour wait because the place is pretty small, but once you eat, it makes it all better. Servers are very attentive and when you run out of rice noodles in your Pho they just bring you MORE, no charge. I dont know how long they have that special but it separates them from their competition and the broth was the best I have tasted in the area.
The combination pho was so yummy and satisfying. Last weekend I took my mom here and we both had nothing but good stuff to say about this place. I certainly would come back to eat here again but it is busy however it usually is worth the wait

Phenomenal pho! Do add the smoky wok seared scallions, they add a lot of depth to the already-aromatic pho. The beef was tender, the broth was flavorful. If you order the lemonade or Arnold Palmer, do know that it’s *very* sweet. Suits some people, but not my preference.
I wanted to like this place i usually drive to little Saigon for my pho and thought this place would save me the drive since I live in Buena Park but it was lacking flavor and put together with poor customer service I was disappointed looks like I will have to continue driving to little Saigon l.

Enjoyed the vegetable/tofu pho but I was told that the broth was not vegetarian. Also tried the truffle fries. Everything was good. There is unlimited broth and noodles with the pho. Server was very accommodating and friendly. Atmosphere is very noisy. Within a nice shopping center with many other dining options.

I had a great experience at Sup Noole! The restaurant was clean and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. And the food was delicious! I highly recommend trying the noodles, which were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of flavor. Pho with unlimited noodle refills. Highly recommend the beef belly.I find that the noodles are cooked to a perfectly chewy consistency that I enjoy and the broth is just super tasty. The beef belly is a deliciously fatty cut that really elevates the soup.Appetizers: The fries are all crispy and good regardless of what style you get it. The chicken nuggets are surprisingly AMAZING. Like a really juiced up and upgraded McNugget.+ Bathrooms have complimentary mouthwash.
I was expecting more from all the ecstatic reviews, but I was slightly disappointed. We went on a weekday and the wait was over an hour. We were seated inside and it was ridiculously noisy. On top of that, the door was fully open and the cold air made it rather uncomfortable.We both got shaken style beef pho. It isnt anything like traditional pho which I wasnt expecting so much. I dont think the shaken was very good because the red onions were barely cooked and it was like eating raw onion. It was difficult to tell the flavor the bone marrow oil provided being that the pho was so different from the traditional style.I would say it is a good soup, but not excellent pho in the traditional sense. Despite the food being good, the wait and atmosphere were unsatisfactory. Im not sure it was totally worth it. Definitely not a good date night spot.
This location just expanded with the spot next door, so hopefully shorter wait times. You cant compare to endless noodles, Sup Noodle Bar is one of the best around and they dont cheapen the amount by compromising the quality or taste. Everything is good, clean, high quality and most importantly the customer service is superb.

It was a very bad day, when the worker who showed me the seat in front of the door, he acted so rudely, changed the order of waiting without understanding, and made me wait outside for more than an hour on a hot day. I always come across this type of treatment every time I come to this restaurant, and I think the staff desperately needs training here.

This is good spot near my house and most of their food is good but sometimes it’s over seasoned and the garlic noodles a little bit salty. I will come back again and see if they change it if not I might not visit anymore. The service is great though.

We were excited to try this place since weve enjoyed their other restaurants like The Vox Kitchen and Ini.We joined their wait-list and it said it was going to be about an hour wait and we were projected to be seated at 2pm. We werent seated until about 3pm.We ordered their truffle fries, egg rolls, pho combination and lomo saltado with rib eye.Truffle fries 3/5Egg rolls 1/5Pho 4/5Lomo saltado 1/5The egg rolls had a strong smell and taste. The lomo saltado had tiny meat portions. There were like 4 pieces of steak. The meat quality was not good and the steak was way overcooked. It was so dry and chewy.I wont be coming back.

DONT ORDER the chicken wing fried rice!! 22 dollars and they gave us 8 tiny wings that are worse than the costco tyson chicken wings. Barely any meat on it and the fried rice is full of green onions and not much else in it. Everything else was okay the waiters are nice and pho is good. The shaken fries were probably the best thing Overall, it was okay.

Love this place so much! Ive ordered here via delivery before so many times, but I finally got the chance to eat and here and I really enjoyed it!I was alone so I sat myself at the bar. The place had a decent amount of people and I didnt wanna take up a table if I was alone and had to get some work done. I ordered the pho rib bones and it was SO FRICKEN good. The meat on these rib bones just fall right off into the broth and it was very juicy and tender. I also ordered a thai tea (a must with pho) and that was really good. I wish I had room for more food, but I really didnt.I really wanna shoutout the staff. They were so nice to me and didnt mind that I was there working and checked on me every now and then to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Ill definitely be back!
The rib bone pho is a must try at Sup Noodle Bar. The meat literally falls off the bone and is very flavorful. The only thing that made this place almost 5 stars is that the broth isn’t as rich in flavor compared to other places. Overall, the service was great and the atmosphere always impresses me!
Sup noodle bar is consistently busy, though the staff are attentive and efficient with the queue. Very happy to see theyre expanding into the location next door.Parking in the area can be a bit difficult around dinner.

We werent able to dine in one night because they were full, but Im glad we came back the following day for lunch. Broth was perfectly seasoned. Meat was cooked tender. Noodles were nice and chewy. And at $17 for a bowl of beef pho (it included a variety of cuts AND a rib bone), it was such a steal. They definitely dont make pho this good at this price in New England. Highly recommend! You wont be disappointed.
Is it me or this one female hostess/server comes across rigid and abrasive towards individuals picking up orders. I don’t think it’s a language barrier because she speaks pretty good English. Perhaps it’s the culture I guess.

One of the worst dining experiences me or my family have ever had.Waited our 15 minutes in line to order food, and was told it would take 20 minutes. 50 minutes later, my sister goes in to ask whats taking so long. Only then we get served our lukewarm food. If youve ever tried pouring room temp broth over congealed pho noodles and uncooked brisket that stays red, you know our pain. Ended up tossing most of our 140+dollar meal.Update: talked to the manager, and he offers a 50% refund. Pathetic. Take some ownership for your restaurant you slimebag.

I started going to this place over my other pho spots because I loved how they have toppings of green and white onion, as well as cilantro! Makes them stand out against some of the other places Ive been to around town. But the last few times Ive been, there hasnt been cilantro or any onions in my pho. Its still tasty, but I really look forward to the different toppings. If I had known this, I wouldnt have driven all the way there (I live uptown Whittier). Maybe some sort of disclosure that theyre out of those products or something wouldve been nice, because I understand delivery companies dont always have the ordered product these days. On top of that, the gentleman working the door seemed stressed out and was telling all of us in line to clear out of the doorway. I just dont understand how Im going to walk up and get my ready for pick up order if hes telling me to wait over here, instead of asking how he can help me. I waited there about 10 minutes before he realized he still hadnt helped me yet. New workers is a possibility, so I get it. But this was just not the best experience at this fabulous noodle bar.

We went here when running errands around Anaheim, and my friend told me this place is famous and hard to get in because theres always a long line before they open.They open at 12, so I cant put my name in before that. Luckily we arrived exactly at 12, but I rather put my name through yelp right away because there was a long line when we were still in the car and trying to find parking.We got seated in 10 minutes, but if we got there a little late, the wait time is gonna be increasing any minute.We tried their Beef Rib Pho and Lomo Saltodo.Their soup is so good and their beef rib is super tender and juicy. I was a little bit worried on how to eat 2 big bones with my pho, but they come off so easily!Lomo Saltodo is good too, and it comes with garlic noodles !Id come here again but will be super cautious of their wait times. Dont come here super hungry because its gonna frustrate you more! Their pho smells so good from outside and their usual wait time is 1hr to 1.5hrs.For some reason, my order arrived longer than others because my friend also ordered beef rib soup and his order came out and I had to wait another 15 mins until I got my pho.Dont forget to check in on Yelp to claim your free Herbal Tea!

Waited in line for 30 mins with two babies in the cold but they skipped us to seat a Vietnamese speaking group who arrived and checked it after us. Awesome! Always packed and its good to reserve via yelp. I would say reserve an hour before you want to eat. Unlimited noodles and broth is a hit for college kids. Had duck pho which was delicious. They ask you how you like your duck cooked so I asked for medium rare and it arrived perfect. Broth is flavourful and amazing. Sprouts, limes and mint are all fresh. Service is attentive and this place has a good vibe.
We came here because we saw a review on YouTube about this place and how they make their broth over 12 hours.On our way we added ourselves to the wait-list through yelp and still had to wait 30 minutes once we got there because it was so packed.The staff was very friendly and helpful. For being so busy, they were very attentive.We got the combination pho and the shaken house fries. Everything was really good and the broth tasted very natural and homemade. The beef on the fries was tender. Basically all meat they use is very fresh. Oh and they give you unlimited portions of noodles for free. Big plus.The bill was $31.Wish this place wasnt so far from me (about 30 mins) I would come here more often.
Beef Belly was what I ordered. I got extra noodles but they let it sit there until it sogged up. Therefore, Im going to try to ask them if they can bring my extra noodles after I finish with my current bowl of pho. I really eat up fast therefore the noodles wont get soften by the soup, as time passes by causes it to loose its chewiness.

Good stuff. Highly recommended. Their recipe/taste has been consistent for the last couple of years. My usual go to place for a quick hot soup. Their meats are tender and comes right off the bones. I recommend shaking style which comes with oil and caramel iced onion. Extra noodle is always free and they fill you up. I hope they open more stores

I don’t recommend this place.I had a pick up order and had to wait long time infront of shop because my order wasn’t ready as pick up time.Anyway, when I got home, I found out that meets are missing from my combination pho.Just noodle.This was 3rd time they minded something from my order.I guess, they don’t care or don’t know what they are doing.Long story short, I had drive back again to pick up the missing order and 1hr later had cold unhappy noodle.So I don’t recommend this place.
There always seem to be a wait at Sup Nooodle Bar...and the hype is not just a hype. The food here is taste very flavorful and hits the spot of some good, fancier pho. Do I need rib bones or filet mignon in pho everyday? No. But it sure does pack on the flavor.
Always very awkward employees. I’ve been here twice and ordered the tofu&veg and the employees are pretty terrible. Today I decided to try something new but NOoOoOOooO!,,, Can’t even ask a simple question about a plate without the longest awkward silence. I ended not ordering and won’t come again. I literally live around the corner but you just lost business entirely from your neighbor. As if your the only pho place in town. Please there’s a thousand of them and Sup is overrated…
Food is good, to go service could be better. Twice in a row, I was told they would call my name when my order was ready. Both times, the order was placed on the shelf in the back and just sat there until I asked for assistance. Orders are placed correctly, and fulfilled correctly, but then no one its following up and passing out the completed orders. Same thing happened to others.
Food was 4 start. I ordered the stack and garlic noodles. The stack was cooked perfectly, however, the noodles were treble. The waitress was very busy but she did handle great for sure Five Stars. Overall, Ill give them 4 stars some minor issues, not worth writing here.
Sup Noodle Bar was great. We went here after hanging out at Knotts Berry Farm all day so we were hungry and cold. The hot food was welcome and the upbeat environment gave us a nice moral lift after a long day of walking and dealing with kids and crowds.We used the Yelp app to get in line because this place is popular, at rush hour for dinner the wait was about one hour so we added our name on the list before we left Knotts. We still had to wait about 10 minutes after our name was next in line because the place is small and we had a party of 6 so they had to rearrange a couple tables. If you have 2 or 4 people, they shouldn’t have this problem.The food was terrific. We tried the Pho with ribs, Pho with oxtail, Pho with regular beef and ramen noodles, the Lomo Saltado with fries and egg add-on and the pork belly.Everything came out quickly and perfect. No mistakes, no confusion and the service level was outstanding. Unlike other Asian restaurants, several people check up on us on a regular basis and when we ordered extras, the items came out within a couple minutes.Overall, this place is awesome. I highly recommend it, and I’ll be back. This may be our new spot to go to after Knotts.

Shaken style Pho is the best! Theres always a wait but worth it. I get the short rib pho, shaken, the meat is tender and broth is amazing. The fries are shoe string and are delicious. The egg rolls are also great. The lemonade hybrid drinks are pricey but tasty. One of the best pho places!

A month ago when I was eating noodles, when the black and thick hairs came out of the pho noodle, the manager politely apologized and I got not bad impression. I visited again for family lunch today and even though there was plenty of space, I didnt have a chance to eat than the guests who booked Yelp waiting list me. We were on there 20 minutes more ahead of the Yelp reservation guests, but the server asked us more waited for more 30 minutes outside. we gave up lunch on there. also I remembered the dirty hair last month.
I get the pho here because I can get unlimited soup and noodles on the side. I do not eat them usually, but I do get them for my kids without extra charge. Thus, this place is my kind of place. People with kids should come here! I get two bowls different but sometimes three bowls without shame!!!
The service he is always great and super fast. The food was amazing. So much flavor packed in every bite. If you are a fan of In N Out animal fries you must try the Shaken Fires. This is their Chefs take on a local classic.

I have to say...I am not a fan of Pho, but this place is something else. My wife and I stop by about twice a month since we live about 15 minutes away. We order the same stuff everytime, because the food here is just that good, and the lines are indicative of how good the food is.Now the food...we order the Rib Bone Pho which seems to have some prehistoric looking beef rib bones in the pho. Presentation is great, but the broth is fantastic, and not laced with MSG like some of the Pho places around. Also, you can ask for more noodles if what they give you is not enough free of charge. Is that awesome or what? We also get their shrimp fried rice (you can choose which protein you want in the fried rice, from bacon, spam, amongst others). We also get the truffle fries. Our favorite fries EVER! Thin cut to perfection laced with truffle oil and doused with parmasean and herb. You get spicy mayo and ketchup to dip your fries in.The food is a bit pricey, but so worth it! A tip to avoid waiting in line for a long period when you get to the restaurant -- put yourself in line online, and they will let you know where you are in line. Also, the plaza has parking issues when busy, so make sure you find parking first.

Stopped here by chance, pure destiny! We were on our way back to Phoenix, Az and were looking for a place to eat. The whole experience was amazing from the start, the whole service was impeccable, best server I’ve had ever ! The best part the food!!!! Best meal I’ve ever had! We had pho and the chicken fried rice, which filled us up. The price moderate 👍🏼 Will definitely be back when we are back in town!

Wow this restaurant sure is amazing. Just a heads up if you plan on visiting Sup Noodle for dinner or during the weekend I will advise you to reserve ahead so when you arrive you will have a shorter wait time then most people doing walk inns. Sup Noodle has an expanded meun then Vox kitchen with the addition of Pho and other dishes. Servers here are nice and will always come to a conclusion to fix their issue. Never had an issue with the food and I am a regular. I always recommend this place to friends and family.
I like my noodle soup that I can dress/flavor myself. The noodle soup is good just as they come. Nothing special. Overpriced and seat extremely limited. Somehow very busy with an hour wait time minimum. People on waiting list were then allowed to sit even when they werent present at the time to be seated. Which in return makes it pointless to have a waiting list. Confusion all over the place.
The short rib pho was very flavorful. I got a free herbal tea with yelp check in. I wish the pho had more meat. Later I found they have unlimited noodles. I wish they would have asked me if I wanted more noodles. The venue is small so there is a few minute wait during lunch hour.

I finally get to try Sup Noodle Bar after watching so many videos in Youtube. Its located in a very busy shopping center with Daiso, Hmart, 85 degree and many other korean eateries.You will need to wait a few minutes before you get seated. Just sign in with the Ipad and they will call you in when they have a table for you.We got lucky when we went because all the parties waiting were 4+ people, so we got seated quickly because it was 2 of us and the only available table was a small table that fit 2 people.I ordered the brisket pho and my husband ordered the special. The broth is very flavorful and the noodles are cooked to perfection. Please keep in mind that the portions are small because you can get extra noodles when you finish them. All pho orders include unlimited noodles.Next time I go I will not be ordering the brisket pho because the meat is too fatty (this is coming from someone who enjoys fatty meat).The price per portion here is a higher than the typical Vietnamese restaurant.
This place is super busy, however, I waited for my walk in order, over 40 minutes! I received very fatty rib bones. There was a huge party that arrived 20 minutes after me & were served before I got my order! I didnt order a lot, 2 pho soups & tofu fried rice. It was ridiculous how long I waited!
I like the food here, however there is some disconnect with what real pho actually is. The fare is creative and flavorful, however when I want to authentic bowl of pho, I would rather get it in the middle of Little Saigon. The pricing here is comprable to Seattle pricing. We pay about 14 bucks for a bowl of pho. Ill definitely come back for the other dishes. We tried some of the ahi sauce from the lomo saltado and it was delicious. The shaken fries were delicious but a little too salty.

This is an excellent and hopping noodle shop. Make this your go to for broth, tasty filet, fresh ingredients, and fast, friendly service. We ordered truffle fries and garlic wings. Both were great, but I really liked the wings. My only complaint was the lack of a non-carb option like a salad. But my friend Alicia says it might erode the quality of the pho. Maybe.
Got the short rib pho shaken style. Can stay this is one of the most flavorful pho broths I have had. I was full halfway thru but it was soo good I had to finish it. Wish I had room to also finish the broth. The short rib was thinly sliced and melt in your mouth. I would go weekly if I lived closer.

Im not sure if they still have that creme brûlée since I dont see it on the menu. The broth of their pho is ok. Their price is comparable to its 2 other pho neighbors across the street. I just dont understand why my hubby doesnt like this place. Maybe because everytime we come by, theres a lot of people waiting outside to be seated. He likes the other pho restaurants across the street better. The one by the billiards and most especially the one by Zion so we no longer frequent Sup.
Garlic. Garlic. Noodles.If you love garlic, garlic, and all things garlic, come here. I swear, any time I need a fix, their garlic noodles hit better than anything else in the world. The noodles are thick, well-cooked, and perfectly seasoned. It’s like they were drowned in beautiful garlic butter and thrown onto a plate.Honestly, I don’t have much else to say. Servings are big. Service was fantastic the few times I came. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.@feedbubby
Ate here several times now with family, Vietnamese friends, and with others. Its perhaps one of the best Vietnamese fusion style restaurant available today, with plenty of options to choose from. Its not just the standard pho (with an incredible list of meat options), but rice dishes, baos, rolls, pasta, fries and even lomo saltado. Service is excellent and efficient. Make sure you make reservations via Yelp (yuck), but it works.

I was waiting for my parties outside table and waiter told me to leave since all my parties are not there. It was only 5 minutes away from my time(It was 11:55 & my parties all showed up at 12:00)...So upset!!!No considerations!No courtesy at all!Food wasnt that good.Will never go back there...
Great food. Flavors honor the tradition of traditional Vietnamese executed with modern culinary techniques which gives this place its uniqueness. Highly recommended. This is the joint for all you chefs in the industry to eat at if you like to experience unpretentious modern Vietnamese.

Price to taste ratio is low. The food was good but not great. My friends and I feel they are trying to hard to be something special. The portions are big so if you are with your someone special just pick a bowl and split it. Will not be returning.
Pretty tasty, fun menu options. But slightly overpriced. I have gone Three times in the last month, but the most recent visit will probably be my last. There was about half the amount of meat there normally was in my short ribs pho. I mentioned it to the waiter, when they ask you how is everything? And he insisted they measure the precise amount of meat everytime. Instead of offering any extra meat to make the customer happy, he basically told me I was wrong, sorry. I understand if every customer complained, you might lose out on money by offering a little extra meat to make them happy, but if one customer who frequented your restaurant almost on a weekly basis isnt happy, thats different. I hoped they would have tried to satisfy their loyal customers better.
One of the best pho spots in the area. They give free refills on broth and noodles. I always get their pho shaken style because it seems like it adds deep flavor to their broth. Shaken fries are good to share as well
Finally was able to try this place out, its in a somewhat new plaza that has a good amount of free parking . But most have a 2 hour time limit on them.So I came here with a couple friends, and was able to try a good variety of their items . From the golden Bao, crispy chicken wings, shaken house fries, shrimp spring roll, bone-in short rib pho, fried tofu pho, and combo fried rice with short rib and shrimp.The food has a good twist in them and to be honest, Im not sure if I can have pho anywhere else .All the food came out delicious, nothing was overcooked or undercooked .The broth in the pho was so good, there was no need to add more extra sauces in it . I cant wait to try more dishes from this place . Since I totally forgot to get my pho shaken style .The place was nice and clean with friendly staff, our food came out quick . They have nice clean restrooms, and to top it off they use Non-styrofoam containers for their to-go items .
Even though this place named themselves based on noodle soups, but fried rice here is actually my favorite. There is a fire aroma in that dish that you know the chef has to cook the rice in scorching hot fire stove top with cast iron wok. No other way to replicate the flavor. Delicious!
Súp Noodle Bar is a wonderful place to find great tasting food. You may have to wait, but its worth it, the wait time can be long on the weekends, the locals love their noodle house. And its not too bad on the pocketbook, a definite must check out if you like Phó.

Visiting from Dallas with a son at Biola. One of his favorite places. Other pho places never really impressed me, but this place! Wow. Highly recommend the Pho Filet Mignon. Ask for Shaken Style for the most spectacular flavors. Pricing is not an obstacle. Portions are terrific. Can they open one of these in Dallas, please? Delicious Pho thats more premium and artful than your typical neighborhood Pho shop. I normally get the basic version and its awesome. Sometimes if Im ready for something really decedent Ill go for the shaken style or filet mignon but they can be to oily for me on a regular basis. I keep going back and the food is always awesome. I do miss their herbal tea that was very refreshing, but has recently (sadly) disappeared from the menu.
One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Los Angeles, located in Orange County with great dishes offered at reasonable prices.I recommend their Garlic Chicken Wings to start, followed by Pho Short Rib or Pho Rib Bones and Spams Fried Rice to share. Servings for Pho and Fried Rice is huge while you can order additional helpings of rice noodles for Pho at no extra charge.Reservations highly recommended especially on weekends as they do get very busy with long wait times. You will not be disappointed.
Bone-in short ribs never come out short!I have Phõ often and this is the best I had in a long time.

2023-07-24 15:21:31Whenever we go to LA or San Diego we always meet our friends to go out for dinner, we like to eat something different and this place is absolutely to cone back for more.They play the music really good.I ordered beef belly pho which Ive never seen in the market, the broth is good but the beef belly is not enough Id wish they put more to it cause when it cooked itll shrunk.Truffle fries is really good 5 ⭐Fried rice rib eye steak 5⭐

2023-08-27 07:34:10The food and service were great,although it was super busy the staff was very attentive. Do not pass on the ribeye saltado.I know it says noodle bar and the Pho is very good(excellent),but the saltado is a must try and add the fried egg for $2 it’s worth it.

It was over price for just some noodles, meat, broth and shredded scallions 13 bucks down the drain, it was so boring I didn’t even want to take it back with me to the hotel.. No spices, shrooms, garlic, corn, or anything else added, unless you pay extra.. It was a buck a per item or 20 bucks for almost all of it.. I have been to many ramen joints and this one is the most expensive for virtually nothing added to it.. But the takoyaki was delicious!!!!

2023-08-07 19:25:14It’s kinda small inside and loud, but the food came out relatively fast. I liked the watermelon yuzu juice and the pho broth was good. The lomo saltado was okay- but I think I prefer the ones at Peruvian places more!

We came on a Saturday night and joined the waitlist on Yelp via Google.Interesting menu featuring traditional Vietnamese fare, Lomo Saltado, and Cajun noodles.We came for the pho so we got a combination pho and the short rib pho “shaken style”. We also shared the summer roll appetizer and I got an Iced Thai Tea.The summer rolls were fresh and conveniently cut into six pieces to share. The short rib pho “shaken style” had a different flavor due to the added garlic, scallions, red onion, and bone marrow oil. I enjoyed the depth of flavor. There was a decent amount of meat too. The combination pho comes with beef tendon, brisket, meatball, and one rib bone. Good choice if you want to try it all. The rib bone had the meat falling off- so tender.There’s also unlimited noodle refills! We ended up getting one refill and had leftovers.On the pricier end for Vietnamese fare but I felt it was really reasonably priced given the unlimited noodles and amount of meat.Seating- indoor and outdoor. 2023-07-24 09:42:14Very hip atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Reservation queue done via iPad at the front. Staff was nice, and periodically checked in on us. Food while not traditional, was good for what it was. The yuzu peach drink was refreshing, albeit a tad too sweet for my taste... worth giving a shot. Overall Id recommend and would return again. Be aware, parking is pretty suspect.

The food is on the pricier side, but it is worth the price because it is a very big bowl.Just make sure to get there early!! The wait time may be between 20-60 minutes.Absolutely recommended!!

2023-03-14 20:25:24I waited for more than 1 hour 😩 Food is great..especially the Sups pho noodle. It was busy inside. And noisy with music. Me and my friend cannot listen to each other. So we just ate. I recommend you guys are to go or deliver the food. It would be much better than eating there.
