I really like the food here first time here. My favorite is the tempura 🍤 vegetable, the only thing I will suggest is to place your order ahead so you dont have to wait for it !
I absolutely 💯 recommend this place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food is absolutely delicious and worth the price. The service is amazing and quick. The lady at the front was so polite and absolute a doll she was fantastic. The place felt very welcoming and warm. It was cold out today, but even with the door open, it was so warm.

Great rice bowls. Spicy option is a good spice level. Small place so it can be a bit slow since its pretty popular. Fast food style service with very limited seating and no dedicated parking but good quality/price.
Nuts how insanely bland the tofu bowl was. Steamed vegetables, raw tofu and a flavourless sauce. Truly horrible
I’ve been coming here since I was to young to even remember with my parents. As a born and raised SC local, I can say this has always been in my top 5 favorite places to eat in town. The food has always been amazing, and served with care. Just found about new ownership, and the food is still equally as good if not better. The beef was tender, juicy, and fresh when I got it. The man that served me was friendly and courteous. I couldn’t be any happier with the folks that took over this beloved establishment. Best Asian fusion around hands down. Would give a 10 star review if I could.
New ownership has done a fantastic job. The guy is super friendly and obviously passionate about making this place special. Prices are more than fair and service is very quick and easy. The spam musubis are killer. The chicken has gotten better because they stopped overcooking it and they are more generous with the teriyaki. The Korean short ribs are always a treat as well. Hoping to keep seeing these positive changes!

I highly recommend the KBBQ Short Rib Platter. The rice was so soft and moist without being wet. The flavor of the teriyaki sauce on top is *chefs kiss*. The lady behind the counter who took our order says she works weekends but youll be lucky to have her!
LOVE this place!!! Such good chicken curry and udon. It’s a family business, the man at the counter is SO kind. His mom made us a complimentary kimchi from scratch which was SO sweet. When we ate it all, she made us more. Just the best experience.

Love this place!! Great food at reasonable prices. Many yummy heathy choices. I Love their teriyaki sauce which is not sweet but incredibly tasty. Be aware its mainly a take out place....only 2 tiny tables outside and a counter with swivel chairs inside.

We loved this place tonight! New ownership, amazing food, and the service is amazing…warm and personable! We had the Korean Short-Rib Platter….amazing! Veg. Tempura, Gyoza, Chicken and Beef Platter, and the California Rolls….everything was delicious and generous portions! We will definitely be coming back!
I had the the sushi-c combo and it was decent. The rolls were a little underwhelming but the sushi was great. I saw several people getting bowls and wished I would have tried one of those. They looked fantastic.
Got the Chicken Teriyaki Sushi, the Boston Roll, and the Korean BBQ ribs platter. The food was delicious and the fish was fresh: did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Will be going again!
Chicken is perfectly grilled and amazingly tender. The spam and masago musubi is so good but the peanut sauce stole the show! Amazing food and will eat here any time I’m around
I love their food. I consider this place a hidden gem. Healthy, tasty, and quick service. This place isnt hidden as its right on El Camino Real, but it doesnt stick out making it easy to overlook. The building is small and only has barstool seating inside. Almost everyone gets their food to go, so its never hard to get a seat if you want to eat there.
My co worker just told me about this Super bowl express. Weve been eating the same food over and over so we decide to look and eat something new. I personally love platter #3 chicken, short ribs and beef with veggies. The beef is so good and tender. I love it. Try it...

This is my new favorite spot! I really like the udon noodle soup. It is the best, they also have large bowls, and the couple that runs it is super nice. Make sure you put onions in your soup it is bomb!
Yum! Ive been here twice this past week because its across the street from the hotel Im staying at on my vacation. Went the first time because it smelled so good from across the street. Went again today thanks to the great food and cheap prices and was not let down either time.Weve tried a couple of bowls as well as the udon soup. We also had a small selection of sushi and were amazed by its quality (and value - $3.15 for two pieces of nigiri - wow!).This isnt a fancy place - you order at the counter, and theres no alcohol available (theres a liquor store right next door, though).I gave decor a score of 1, but its not because theres anything wrong with it... It was very clean, but its essentially a take- out place. Just nothing fancy.Overall, a very non-touristy spot in a touristy town. If you wanna eat where the locals go, this is the place.
Unfortunately I’ve had intestinal issues here twice. You ask, why would I go back after the first time? Well, I was persuaded to ‘give it another chance’. I had the teriyaki chicken, tempura and California roll both time, don’t know if that had something to do with it. Anyway, that’s my experience here, hope it doesn’t happen to you. 🤞🏼
Stopped here a couple of times after walking back from the seaside trail. Its a good place to get some inexpensive sushi and noodles. The teriyaki chicken/beef could have been better, but otherwise I have liked whats on the menu.

Super Bowl is a great place for a chicken rice bowl. They also serve beef, and short ribs, and even sushi!I go here frequently for lunch. Usually I opt for a chicken and beef bowl, but the spare ribs are delicious! The food is all made fresh, made quickly, and made to order.
My favorite eats in San Clemente. Best kept secret. Cheap but heavenly teriyaki chicken bowls. Probably not for the foody snob. Pretty good sushi there too.
I spent $13 on the smallest spicy chicken bowl Ive ever seen and an order of California rolls. The food had good flavor but was way too spendy for the portion that they gave.

2023-08-27 03:49:53Stopped by to grab a bite to eat on my way to the outlet. Under new ownership as the previous owners seemed to have retired, but the food tasted great as it always have been. Price was very fair for the portion and quality considering the inflation and outrageous prices at other establishments. The new owners are young and very friendly too. Definitely will be back when in the area.

2023-09-13 07:05:17Small family looking spot. Very good teriyaki chicken. We ordered broccoli on the side which came out nice. The miso soup came out hot like lava, needed to cool before tasting. Not a place to bring the little kids, outside seating was loud because of motorcycle traffic, and inside seating was bar stools only. Service was good. This would be best as takeout.

2023-06-14 03:00:24Under new ownership and a blessing for it. The previous owner certainly set the mold however he and his wife had put in their time and the place need new vigor. Its a perfect whole in the wall with cheerful family ownership and friendly well treated staff.The menu has stayed the same but the food quality and facility maintenance has gone up!I particularly recommend the Korean BBQ Pork.Chicken salad.Whatever roll you like for sushi.
