I dont know where to start. Do I start that every table was dirty? Or where I was shocked they were #1 Pho in San Benito County per the plaque on the wall. For $70 the food was blah at best no flavor but the water was mold flavor. So there is that.. While we were eating another family came was given a table but no one came back to help them so they left without eating. They were the lucky ones to get away. Oh and for added bonus I got to run to the throne for while this evening. So needless to say Ill never go back.
So good! Great service, great pho. I walked in about 20 minutes to close expecting to order takeout and they told me to have a seat. Fast, delicious, hot food. I’ll be going back for sure!

You must try the handmade fresh rolls with shrimp/ ..This my go to place for Asian food . Chicken or Beef vegetable tasty / healthy.. You must ask for soy noodles if want lower carb/ sugars in the food

Located in a strip mall. You can park in front. They have the most common Vietnamese dishes, Pho noodles are there specifically.The food came out quickly and was good. Normal pricing of menu items.

Not sure why this place gets glowing reviews. I thought the pho was meh. The soup smelled off, and the there was scarcely any meat for what is basicaly a #1 pho from most places in San Jose. They called it beef, tendons, and tripe. Id expected more out of this, like howd you get the #1 from most real, authentic Vietnamese pho places in San Jose. You know, the bowls that come loaded with tripe, tendons, beef balls, flank steak, rare steak. All I got were I just got pieces of tripe, tendons, and flank steak.I didnt get any beef balls or rare steak. I was disappointed to say the least. I also got the boba, but it wasnt good boba. And they charged $5.99!Also, be careful. They charge you 3.5% fee if you use your credit card. I hate places that do this, because it shows a cheap mentality of trying to nickel and dime everything. If youre going to do this, then quietly pass the cost into the food. Everyone pretty much knows Visa/Mastercard charges vendors a percentage fee anyway. To pass it on like this makes me wonder where else they are cutting corners.Also, service sucked. Not sure why other reviewers said they got good service. I didnt get any service after ordering my food at the counter. I did try to go one other time to this place, when they said they closed at 8:30 pm. I showed up at 8 pm, and the place was already shut down for the night. Not cool.
Pot Sticker soup (#16 large) with side of steak, probably the best pho I’ve had…definitely the best in the area. We go out of our way to eat here. Worth it!
Highly recommend! Excellent, friendly service. We did to go (shelter in place). The food was still warm, and we didnt get to eat it until about an hour after pick up. Vegetable noodle soup, Spring Rolls, Chicken fried rice, sauces, all delicious. Thank you!

This was undoubtedly the best Vietnamese food we have ever had. We had the potstickers and a large Chicken vegetable noodle soup. The soup base was wonderfully spicy even before adding jalapenos, the veggies were fresh although cut a little large, the chicken was fresh and thinly sliced, and the large bowl was enough for both of us. The potstickers were lightly fried, large, served with a tasty sauce, although a little greasy. If we lived here, we would eat here all the time and try out every dish on the menu.
Great place to eat. Lots of authentic menus to choose. The fried chicken wings are amazing. The owner Nak is super. Thanks for a great meal.
Ive been coming here for my pho fix since they opened never have I had such bad service up until this past week. I walked in to place an order to go and payed for my order. They told me it be about 40 min so I went home and returned. I gave them extra time and began my 40 min wait once I got home and left a few min later to ensure my irse would be ready. When I arrived the guy seen me and frantically begins to look for my order slip . Then another guy comes from the back to ask what my order was. I kindly repeat my order. Sadly enough my order was clearly forgotten and hadnt been made. I was told my order would be right up. I waited an additional 30 min sitting there waiting on my order. Honestly I wish I wouldve paid cash because with that wait I wouldve asked for my money back and wouldve taken my business elsewhere. Will I return ... never and I always would recommend this restaurant to anyone asking for a good place to eat. Now Ill wither refer everyone elsewhere and kindly warn them of the possible delays and that there order maybe be forgotten. Also while sitting there a couple came in to dine in and they placed there order and asked for two waters. Well the guy came out with waters and a new couple that had just walked in, he immediately delivered the water to the wrong table and ignored the others. Sadly enough those where the only two tables of people dinning in and me waiting on my order. They honestly need to pay attention and serve there customers in the proper order if there arrival.. did I mention worse service ever!! would not recommend !!!
Really good noodles and broth. This place always hits the spot on chilly nights when weve come by. Servings are just right! The staff is very friendly and are generous with their condiments.Worth giving them a try!👍🏽👍🏽

Love this place had dinner here last night & came back for lunch. Not a fancy place. Menus need updating. But food is excellent! Broths only are outstanding.
Just went yesterday and it was the worst Ive only been to three other pho noodle places and I already know what there supposed to taste like. They only have one kind of meat and it was thick and fatty it didnt look like the thin cut steak I always order it looked like brisket the flavor was off and the noodles were over cooked. Never coming here again.

Does good Pho exist in Hollister? Yes! Super noodles has amazing pho! I frequent pho places in the San jose area and was skeptical about one in my small home town but I was pleased to find this gem. Going beyond their good food... service is impeccable. Every time I go in there I feel welcomed. Even on my first transaction here I felt a sense of Im a regular kind of thing. My favorite? Beef noodle pho
I have a store behind Super Noodle and during lunch I come here for Chicken Fried Rice everytime because it has a nice balance of meat, veggies, and rice. I take it to go and it comes out deliciously hot. My mouth is watering by just typing this review out. For lunch I can go ANYWHERE in Hollister to grab something to eat but I still choose Super Noodle.I cant get tired of their food and the guys who work there are very nice and humble. If you are in town and looking for some hot soup then come to this place. After 3 visits to other food places, I get bored of it and stop. After 10 visits to Super Noodle I still keep coming back. I am actually planning on getting some more Chicken Fried Rice when they open today.
Best Pho in Hollister (might be the only place)! It is delicious! I get the beef pho (#6) and tai tea with boba. Another good items is the curry with rice (not noodles). The rice soaks up the sauce, so it is filling. Pot stickers are tasty too. Lots of orders to-go while dined. Delicious!
Over all the Pho was good, but not the best Ive ever had. The service was good and liked the prices. I will return to try there other soups and sandwiches.

Always looking for good noddle and pho. I made one visit . Keep in mind this is Hollister very limited demand for noddles. It was ok .but I dont think Id make a special trip there unless Im in Hollister and just have to have pho or noddles.

2022-05-30 16:48:53Went here after hiking the High Trails Peak Trail in Pinacles National Park and the food was satisfying. We had a couple bobas to begin with and ordered pho noodles mostly. We tried, Veggie, Veggie with Shrimp, Dumpling noodles, Chicken curry noodles but substituted tofu for chicken. The broth is very soothing as is and would recommend to try it without adding any hit sauce.

He even makes a special version of it for me and remembers my order each time I come in.My sons love the chicken teriyaki and my husband likes the Thai iced tea. I see many people coming in and getting the sandwiches, so well have to try those sometime.If you want some really good Pho, with generous serving sizes and excellent service, this is the place!

Super Noodles was a pleasant surprise!!The food was very tasty and great quality, we ordered spring rolls, chicken pho, pad Thai and BBQ Pork rice plate, it was so delicious!Plentiful meat, very savory and very well marinated, the house made chili sauce really adds a nice kick.Order the spring rolls!! So good!
