Excellent service with helpful waiting staff. Good vietnamese food with one of the better beef noodle soup (Phở) in the Santa Barbara/Goleta metropolitan area. Authentic vietnamese iced coffee with real sweetened condensed milk. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Easy parking as this Restaurant is located in an outdoor shopping mall anchored by a Kmart department store.

Been coming to your car wash from last year at least once a month. Always a great experience and a great car wash.Got my car detailed few times, and they never disappoints me. They are attentive to details and they actually take time to throughly rinse your car because the strong chemicals eat the paint, which is something Ive had experienced with other car washes. The wax they use is phenomenal and makes my car look like new all the time.Whats more, they even offered me a free spray wax on the regular washes number of times. If you ask them, Im sure they will be happy to do on yours too! Attendants are nice.I will continue to be a loyal customer and would highly recommend this car wash to everyone!!

While you might not find everything under the sun, as it is a small family-run market, you will find all the essentials for a variety of cuisines and the information provided about various products is willingly given. I found that the earlier negative review about the service disconcerting as I send a lot of friends and cooking students to the store, but I completely understand how important it is to close on time and get home to have dinner with family, as these people are very hardworking and spend about 12 hours a day working on getting fresh stock in and then are on their feet all day cleaning and providing service to the customers. Its a long day--give them a break and try to show up a bit earlier or call ahead to make sure what you want is available first. Personally, I think the service here is better and the line more complete than Nikka (Japanese store) or the Vietnamese shop on Hollister near Fairview, in the old liquor store, next to the noodle cafe. Those other two stores never even try to get you what you request.

Fraudulent unauthorized sales, cold food, poor customer service.I had came in and ordered eggs Benedict and was served ice cold ham and cold eggs. I sent the food back to the kitchen to have the food remade and the second time around the food was hot.I was not given any silverware and when I asked one waitress for silverware she acted like she didn't speak English so I spoke to her in Spanish and asked her for silverware. She laughed at me and told me to use my fingers or eat like a dog. Another waitress came over and gave me silverware and apologized for the other waitresses attitude.When I finished eating and went to pay a bill of $22.46 I was charged a separate transaction of $24.65 because I sent back the first plate.I spoke with the manager Habib about the unauthorized transaction made to my card when the receipt I was given was for $22.46. He told me that he doesn't care, cussed me out in front of customers and told me to call my bank and make a report because he doesn't have to give me a refund. I then asked him then why is there two transactions when I only made one. Habib's excuse was that it is my bank that made the transaction and that my bank probably wanted something. His sarcasm was uncalled for and it was an admission of guilt.When I told him that I would be leaving a review, calling Better Business Bureau, calling my bank and filing a police report for fraudulent transactions he screamed in my face. I feared for my life at that point.

Beautiful, immaculate hotel! One of cleanest hotels I have visited!! Excellent facilities and friendly staff. This was my first visit to this hotel, located near Beautiful Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Airport. The hotel is located in Goleta, convenient to numerous shopping and dining options. The hotel is well maintained and appears brand new. However, after inquiring at the front desk, I learned the hotel is actually five years of age. Nevertheless, the hotel facilities and guestrooms feel, look, and even smell new! All of the hotels common areas, including the lobby, registration desk, pool and convenience area is totally immaculate. The hotel is nicely landscaped and well appointed and furnished. My guestroom was quiet and comfortable. It seemed a little larger than the average hotel guestroom. My guestroom included modern, upgraded furnishings and decor, including a mini-fridge, microwave, comfortable bedding, large work desk, and convenient reading lights for reading in bed (a true luxury for me!). Although I didnt get a chance to use the pool, it looked very clean and refreshing. The hotel has a roof top restaurant and lounge, which my colleagues report being very nice. Unfortunately, due to a private event the evening of my stay, I didnt get to experience it. If youre traveling without transportation, as I and my colleagues, there are numerous restaurants and shopping options within walking distance of the hotel. Due to the private event at the hotel, my colleagues and I visited the Chilis located across the street. Finally, the hotel registration staff was excellent! Upon arrival and departure, the front desk staff was efficient, professional and extremely friendly. I am a huge fan of the Hilton Garden Inn brand, and this hotel is the epitome of a superb, comfortable, immaculate hotel!

Good afternoon everyone. Just thought I'd hop on here and share my experiences with this restaurant. I've been employed with To Pho for roughly 3 months. Throughout these months, I've experienced in incredible amount of changes within the business. But, one thing I haven't experienced, is being mistreated by the owners or fellow coworkers. My experience has been nothing but positive. My job pretty much includes a little bit of everything, but I mainly answer the phone for takeout orders and questions, I ring customers up on the POS system, and also serve customers dining in with us. I experience a little bit of everything. My boss is an incredibly generous woman, providing all of her employees with free meals throughout the day, as well as beverages and even meals to take home at the end of our shifts for our families. Our breaks are always given on time, as well as our bi weekly salaries. My boss doesn't speak English very well. With that, it is very common for customers to misunderstand her. Those who were asked to leave To Pho not only misunderstood my boss many times, but also took advantage of her generosity and didn't adhere to the regulations in place. As unfortunate as it is, it helps the business grow, and helps my boss learn from the past. Now, the business isn't perfect, there is always room to grow, and with time the business will. As for the reviews, there's always two or more sides to a story, those reviews provided one. As someone who has been employed far longer than those previous employees, I ask that those who haven't tried the restaurant to give it a shot. We will do everything we can to make your experience worth it. Thank you all.

Really nice and clean Thai food spot. It’s in a nice and convenient shopping mall. Not the most authentic Thai food but that is expected. The spicy drunk noodles are my favorite and the Thai ice tea is a must. I would rate this as one of my top 3 Goleta/Santa Barbara Thai spots. Also nice to have a good Thai spot in Goleta!
