2023-11-22 05:54:23A hidden gem! Brings the politeness of japanese culture to America! You need to be patient when ordering and waiting for the food, as they are often very busy. One item is enough for a person, don’t order too much! (We ended up having to pack half of our food for takeout) and price is very cheap for such fresh fish.

2023-07-03 02:30:06The chirashi and ohtani don are meticulously crafted masterpieces, with fresh ingredients that burst with flavor. The attention to detail is extraordinary, from the extremely kind staff to the cozy ambiance. With an impressive menu selection, this hidden gem is a must-visit for sushi enthusiasts and lovers of Japanese cuisine. Not to mention the awesome decor that honors Shohei Ohtani!

2023-04-15 01:23:36Girlfriend lives in Japan and saw the Ohtani don on the news and told me to try it! Went around 5pm on a Friday and it was almost empty but restaurant started to fill up around 6pm. Servers spoke Japanese and English. They were very friendly! I don’t even know what was in the bowl but everything was delicious (even the shrimp and I don’t usually eat that). Pieces of fish were big and texture was so soft and smooth. It came with shrimp head, miso soup and a dessert. Never had shrimp head before, server recommended it fried. Texture was like chips. Dessert was pumpkin pudding. The pudding and shiratama were not that sweet but with the red beans and whipped cream 😮💨. Spent around $35. Really satisfied with my experience here 👍🏼. Would even bring my girlfriend and her family here!

It just depends on what you’re feeling or what you like. The eel is also really good too!Customer service is always very friendly. Great place to order Togo from too!

2023-01-19 21:38:03Where have I been?!?!?! 😳😳The quality of their fish is no joke and the price point is honestly very great for both the quality and quantity ♥️I order the Ohtani Don and OMG IT IS AMAZING! 😝✨ The sweet shrimp is amazing, the toro is amazing, everything in this bowl is just amazing HAHA! Not a fan of the slimy white thing (which is said to be yam) in the bowl, but everything else is soo delicious 🤤. They will ask you if you want the shrimp head to be fried of cooked in the miso soup. The salmon bento is just ok tho, nothing special 😔Truly one of the best chirashi restaurants Ive ever been to. Cant wait to go back!!

2023-08-17 20:10:22Fantastic! We came here for dinner and then for lunch the next day because the food was so delicious. We ordered Ohtani-don, Chirashi bowl, super bowl, sweet potato tempura, and several rolls and other side dishes. Very authentic taste(tempura and side dishes) and quality of fishes are great. As a Japanese, I recommend this place 100%.

2022-05-09 18:27:09Their chirashis are rich with tasty raw fish and are worth mid 20 dollar price range. You will be full. Also some bowls provide desserts - pumpkin pudding and its really good.

2023-08-27 18:08:38I ordered the toro kaisen don and fried oysters. Definitely recommend both. The former also comes with a small dessert at the end (even though I was completely stuffed!). Decent amount of fish for the price. It was pretty fresh as well.Servers very attentive and parking was abundant.

2018-06-29 00:23:27This is one of those times where doing a review presents some dilemmas! The sushi was excellent and the other dishes on the tables around me looked delicious also. There is no doubt the chefs take great pride in their food. The problem is the price. I had two sushi rolls and a beer and it cost me nearly DOUBLE what Ive paid at every other sushi restaurant Ive tried. This shouldnt be a deterrent but a warning. The food is excellent and worth trying. I will definitely go back to try some more traditional Japanese dishes.I had the Crunch Roll and the Salmon Philly roll. Both were excellent. The restaurant has a very authentic feel. The service was super efficient and friendly.
