UPD. Got one of the signature bowls which ended up cost $20 which is kinda priceyAnd the manager should smile from time to time - you work in the industry where your attitude and friendliness mean a lotIts OK. Nothing special. I got salmon with black rice. So they messed up my order - put white rice instead of black one. Rice or something else in the bowl had weird unpleasant flavor. Overall, this is the type of bowl clueless person would do.

The absolute worst poke I’ve ever had. I was expecting traditional Hawaiian poke but what I ordered off of UberEats was disappointing in terms of flavor. The yuzu salmon didn’t taste citrusy but was heavily flavored with cilantro instead. The forbidden and bamboo rice are absolutely flavorless. Not even the soy sauce or the gochugang could redeem the flavor.I will say their taro chips and presentation are amazing and the salmon was fresh. But everything else I tried was terrible.This is just my opinion, and may have been a bad order. But definitely felt like it looked better than it tasted. Grateful I had a coupon or it wouldn’t have been worth the money!

Love the poke bowls here! The spicy tuna bowl with Kelp noodles is my favorite. I also really enjoy the owners Vietnamese fusion bowl.

Expensive, small portions,Tuna tasted like it was frozen, then thawedI got tuna (both kinds), spicy mayo, bamboo rice/black rice/kelp noodle slaw, added avocado and wasabi furikake (would skip that). The general takeaway is that there’s too much going on

Way overpriced and honestly, kind of low end. The fish is merely acceptable and they give you so little for the money. You have a ton of options for filler but if you dont find paying a dollar per bite of fish acceptable... Youre better off going to a sushi restaurant and asking them to make you a bowl. The fish will be better and the price likely wouldnt be much more and youll have a much better experience.

Fish is great. They give you 10% fish 90% rice lol. It’s ridiculous who ever is behind the counter needs to get fired or removed. Don’t get my wrong food it good but where is the fish!?!? Spending money on rice and sides instead of the main meal. Needs to be changed soon.

I go to this place all the time but usually the one near my house in the city. These guys are below par. I ordered a large bowl and they gave me a pitiful amount of salmon and forgot to add soy sauce in the bag. I ordered this on postmates today so I think they thought they could get away with skimping me

Walk in, definitely dont order delivery. This location constantly messes up online orders so definitely dont bother ordering delivery from them unless you want stuff missing from your order constantly. I ordered twice back to back and they completely messed up my order both times.

Things to improve: Layout for ordering and waiting is awkward. Waiting for my order would be in the way of people ordering. The preparer was not sure what goes into the vegan sweetbox. The preparer also didnt know where my order went, so he had to rip into bags to confirm. The line wasnt long, so it isnt stress but probably just a long bad day of service. Food is okay, vibe is good.

I love that they have cauliflower rice. I get the albacore and truffle yuzu one every time and Im always pleased to dig in. They have a menu you can order from it a build your own. They have very unique toppings and bases poke forbidden rice. If youre looking for something different and yummy, give them a look.

Fresh, Friendly, Filling and Fast! This is my go-to Poke place. I dont understand other reviewers giving it 3 stars when its 100% great?? 🤷🏼‍♀️The employees are really nice and helpful. The food is yummy. Yes, it may be a dollar or so more but their food/fish is fresh - no worries there. Love it!

* UPDATE * 11-5-2018After I wrote the review, the owner / manager contact me. He told me I misread the menu. Its KELP noodles and not KALE noodles.My mistake. Sorry. So I change the stars from 3 stars to 4 stars.---------------------------I do food delivery at UCLA and Santa Monica areas. I always get food orders from Sweetfin all the time.So I thought give them a try. I been to other similar places though. So I be comparing this place to other places.I order this from Postmates.Pro - Good size if you get a large. It taste really good. :)Con - not as big selection of toppings as other places and some cost extra for other kinds of toppings. The only major complaint I have, I asked for kale noodles. I thought I give it a try. But instead they gave me a different kind of noodles. I was disappointed. :(Overall - if you not too picky and dont mind the selection, this is a good place to grab something to eat.

Lots of variety. Very fresh and tasty. The small bowl is probably enough...but its hard to resist going for more. You can always take the excess home. There are bowls theyve put together, but you can tweak them or make your own from scratch.

Ordered from this Restaurant multiple times for delivery they Always get the order wrong it is simply unbelievable twice they forgot to even put sauces.When I call to complain manager kept making excuses and fake promises about credits and refunds that I never received until I gave up.Its been way over a month and Im still waiting for a little credit for having to eat poking without any sauce defeats all the purpose

I thought at first that the small bowl was pricy but actually it offers better value than the pre-made rainbow roll at premium supermarkets. I ordered the albacore with mango and I imagine the nice and chewy forbidden black rice would be a nutricious and expensive ingredient to include in the menu. The DIY selections are fresh, the flavor profiles is fun, contemporary and healthy.

So first time here and first time impression wasnt great. Walked in and mentioned it was our first time. The young black lady at the counter was like oh ok and went over a couple things as she was coughing and using her inhaler.Pricey for the portion you get. And they have very limited drink selections. It was water (not bottled), ice tea or lemonade from the machine. Food was tasty but we were still hungry after spending $30. Really terrible experience in every way. Food was horrid, expensive, and can be easily beat out by other nearby poke places. Just go to honeyfish in westlake village, so much better. People who rate this place 5 stars evidently have never eaten poke. Also interesting that “Antonio J.” only gives out 5 star reviews to restaurants all across the country.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite at the mall. The food is always fresh and the service is good. My only concern is with value that you get for the meal. Even the large portion is considerably small in comparison to other places. The food is also somewhat overpriced.
