I dont know who does quality control at this store but whoever looked at my food and thought it was okay to leave like that is wrong. I just left probably about 15-20 minutes ago and am not driving all the way back just so they can make me one taco. I got the crispy chicken taco box and this is what the chicken looks like… it looks like a little nugget. I even scooted the chicken over to show you that its literally half the size of the tortilla. They didnt even give me a receipt other than the charge showing on my credit card. Super disappointed. All other items were fine.

Its one of these worst Taco bells I have been to in years. The major and cook were so racist towards the Indian people who were ordering their food. The worst part they were all Mexican and reason why say that is cause I am Mexican. Instead of being respectful, they were talking smack in Spanish towards their Indian customer. Dont come here and if you do bring a camera if they mistreated you and record it

I ordered on the kiosk #9 and 2 more pizza and water. My legal name is Daddy A Espinoza. The Douchebag guy called out 3 pizzas and 2 tacos. I ask whats the name of the order he said theres no name but, I put my legal name on the kiosk. I also ordered a bottled of water and they didnt have that. The guy said the dont sell bottle of water.This is the worse tacobell location Ive been too. Never again I will come to this location. I feel discriminated and racially profiled. It took them 8 minutes to figure out that was my order.

So I have been going to this taco bell for about 2 years now since its close to work.. they have consistently forgot my drink order even though I have pretty much the same order over and over, I would have to say 9/10 times they forget I had a drink to being with and have to check the order consistently. Today however I ordered online though the mobile app for scheduled pick up at 9:30, I got there at 9:34 ish and they said the order was cancelled because I didnt get there in time. So I ordered a new one. They refused to do anything about the order or refund saying online is online. This isnt the only issue with the staff here or what I am guessing is the manager.

Spoiler Alert: Stay Away from this Taco Bell! Ordered ahead on the app, but arrived to be told they werent ready to open yet despite the fact it was 7:30am and they were supposed to be open at 7am (their hours posted in the window even stated this). Neither employee knew how to issue a refund for the order I paid for. Only after I asked for I managers name (Laticia?) was I apologized to. I have since contacted corporate and filed a complaint. Lesson learned: Stay away from this particular Taco Bell!

The parking lot needs to be paved and re striped. I use a disabled parking plackard. The disabled spaces at this location are not marked properly and the disabled ramp is inconvenient.

Went through the drive thru tonight at 11:00pm. My order was quite simple but the lady inside could not understand it no matter how many different ways I said it. A #2 supreme with a sprite. 2 crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza. When she repeated the order it was more then 50% incorrect. I tried to explain multiple ways that there should be a total of 5 tacos and a Mexican pizza. She still could not grasp it. After telling her we should start over she finally got the order right. Then I get to the hotel and go to pull the soft shells tacos out the bag and they placed the tacos upside down so when I grab them they slide out the wrapper and end up all over the bottom of the bag. I definitely feel they did it deliberately. I would not recommend using this Taco Bell. I would personally drive an extra 20 minutes to get to another Taco Bell.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order. Went to the location with already trouble, they messed up two orders in a row meanwhile not having orders ready for people waiting 10+ minutes everytime someone complained about their order being wrong at least 2 people were trying to solve the issue or just walking around not making food. I heard one of the workers say my name while looking at the order board. Meanwhile my order wasnt being prepared at all. I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup at the counter. ( I was standing there the whole time which had already been 15 minutes). my order was not ready....I continued to wait. I went up and asked a worker and he said my order was not on their board. Which is insane I talked to the manager and he told me my order wasnt made even though I was showing him the confirmation. They looked on the register for mobile orders and re printed the order and made it. Of course after all of that they missed an item off of my order. The worst experience that Ive ever had in a food joint. Im going to have to go all the way back there in order to get a refund now too.....

The window worker was very rude,like she wasnt happy to b there. The taco shells were all broken that when u ate them they would fall apart making a huge mess. The cheesy gordito was excellent. I hope they keep that on theirmenu. The portions are plentiful for your money.I went back that day and the gentleman was great...very friendly and nice. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The man who was working the drive through 11:45pm on Aug 27 Thursday - very kind and above and beyond for a typical Taco Bell drive thru experience. In fact, he was so pleasant the feelings stayed with me long after I devoured my food at home. The person working the kitchen happened to make my order extra special as well, or maybe it seemed that way because the man at the window was so nice. This place messes up orders everytime. My last order they gave the wrong bowl and one time they missed the chalupa altogether. Last time the quesadilla had hard meat almost unchewable. I have never seen a Taco Bell empty and this Taco Bell was empty. when I got here it was on Friday at 6 P.M. I walked in and I used the restroom to wash my hands and the restroom was the dirtiest restroom I have ever seen anywhere and Ive been to many taco bells and inside of the restaurant was also very dirty and very old it look like it was from 1970s and when I told the manager this he had absolutely no response do yourself a favor drive across the street and go to N-IN-OUT and get some decent food from people that have a smile on and it just looks clean and it makes me feel comfortable.

The drive thru line moved very slowly. When I finally got to the speaker I learned why, the person taking orders wasnt even acknowledging the customer immediately. I sat there nearly a minute before she took my order. She was rude and did not seem happy to be working. When I got my order it was wrong. Anything at TB can be made vegetarian or vegan, as long as you ask for the desired items to be removed. They do not use lard or other meat and dairy byproducts in their ingredients so as long as you avoid the meat you can add beans and voilà!I love them all. I think the only drive thru Taco Bell between Pleasanton/Dublin, so we usually get that here. However, sometimes the wait times can be super long, but can also be as reasonable as you expect a fast food place.Food is consistently good, just like any other Taco Bell. Inside wise, its a really dated restaurant that hasnt been updated for a long time, which is disappointing given that its in Pleasanton.For the drive through, you may get in and out instantly, but sometimes you might sit there for 20 minutes.
