At a time when Indian Restaurants are welcoming customers with open arms, this restaurant doesnt want you to eat there. Specially if you are a family of more than four or a group more than four. This restaurant has a hidden policy of charging a whopping amount of 15% Service Charge if you are more than four people eating at their third class restaurant. This was our first time eating at this restaurant, and we were amazed by the pathetic, disgusting, stale & tasteless food which was served to us. On top of that, the behavior of yadav & prakshal was very rude & unprofessional. As soon as we complained them about the stale & stinking chutneys & vada, they started abusing us, as if we were eating South Indian food for the first time. Not only this, at the time of checkout, they very hurriedly processed my credit card transaction. They didnt even showed me the receipt. Upon requesting for receipt, they both started making lame excuses, but when I insisted that I need my receipt, prakshal very shamelessly printed my receipt. We were shocked to see that they charged us a whopping 15% Service Charge. We were a Family of five, 2 kids below 10 years & 3 adults. They didnt even care if kids were eating or any senior was eating, they were just concerned about ripping off their customer. When we asked them about this fee, & that nowhere it was mentioned that they will charge 15% Service Charge for group of more than 4 people dining in, they had no answer & very shamelessly told us that its their restaurant policy. If its their restaurant policy, it should be at least mentioned somewhere, maybe at the cash register or on the menu, but No, it was nowhere mentioned.Well, to be honest, looking at the ambience of this restaurant, their substandard quality of food, their dirty restrooms, the pathetic & rude behavior of their staff and the filthy atmosphere full of flies, this restaurant should be closed instead of charging its customers 15% Service Charge.A piece of advice, dont waste your money here. The workers of this restaurant doesnt want you to eat there, they are just concerned about their Tips & just want to rip off the customers. And do request for your receipt at any cost. You never know, what surprises might be waiting for you in your receipt.

Delightful restaurant with really great food.We really enjoyed our meal at Eathi Pleasanton. The place has great ambiance with a modern cafe flair. The food is clean and tasty. I really appreciate that they embrace vegetarians, with a ton of veggie options. They allow you to choose from no spice to danger level. I had medium and it had a nice slow burn but was not too hot. We’ll be back soon.

Authentic South Indian vegetarian restaurant in this area. Happened to dine on Day 1 and got a chance to taste all varieties of food. By far one of the best tastes in this area and the cost is very reasonable. Will recommend to everyone. Just go for it, you wont regret.

Taco Bell
6030 Johnson Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94588, United States
Staff made our lunch quickly and everything was as ordered. We opted to place our order at the counter instead of the self-serve kiosk and the employee was polite & helpful. All staff preparing food were wearing gloves, which was great. Wouldve liked to have seen masks, but since Alameda County hasnt reinstated masks for some time, few if any working at restaurants voluntarily do so. Value menu was good for a quick bean & rice burrito - small, but great size for a snack. Those with heartier appetites have plenty to choose from. Can get vegan & vegetarian items here, just make customized changes to your order.
Ikes Love & Sandwiches
1737 Santa Rita Rd #300, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
I would give a zero if I could. I placed an online order, and after it failed to go through the first time, I submitted it again. As a result, I was charged twice and to make matters worse,. When I got to the store to pick it up, there was no order for me. They said they would remake it, so I went to the Safeway next door for about 20 minutes and did some shopping. When I came back, I asked if my order was ready and I was told that it never got made and that the workers were confused. I waited another 20 minutes while they remade the order and talked to the manager, Destiny, about a refund for the double charge. She was unable to authorize a refund and gave me the number to “the manager”, named Katya. I called katya, who said she was actually the manager for a different store and couldn't help me. But, she said that she would contact the regional manager, and he would reach out to me. No one reached out to me. They finally got my order remade, but it was on the wrong bread and had the wrong ingredients. I will never go back to the store again, I wasted two hours trying to get three sandwiches and left there with incorrect sandwiches and $74 worth of charges on my credit card that nobody seems to be able to refund. I will be reporting them to the headquarters and to anyone else I can get a hold of. Please please please do not go to the store. They steal your money and waste your time. It shouldn't be this difficult!
Rooster & Rice
3120 Santa Rita Rd # B, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
Food was great! Definitely a Thai spin on the traditional chicken and rice plate. The chicken meat was a good amount. The white breast meat was a little on the dry side, but it was very lean and the sauce was fantastic! The habanero sauce they have added just the right amount of spicy kick as well. The accompanying soup was also delicious and light. Just what I needed on a rainy day.I also appreciated the fact that their packaging was mostly compostable. Thats not often seen outside of the SF/Oakland areas. The only downside is the tiny size of this restaurant. I ended up taking my food to go because there were no seats available when I came at lunch on a Saturday. The place seats 12 max if everyone doesnt mind the close proximity of seating.

WowI can say more. WOW. This place is what downtown Pleasanton has been missing for years! Not just a coffee/tea Creperie. It is a smaller scale Bistro, but keeping things REAL. Enough to try atleast every week let alone daily great 4 Barrel mochas and Iced Lattes! And yes they do have non dairy alije oatmilk.Zomething or niche about this place. It must be Fusion as they have even Ceviche to Paninis cold desserts changed often. Have you every tried Overnight Oats?? One had lemon curd inside-just enough and topped with real fresh berries. Not just two or three kinds but when we went 4! Wow.Attention to detail is not for just fine dining. Here everything seems to be checked by this Chef of multi cuisine. They even had fresh baked items that are NOT supplied by Sysco! This little place. Once it will be found out by residents/Locals. Watch out theyre be lines.3 months gone by and the food is still level and delicious. We have tried almost half of the menu by now and it just seems Spot On.Tea person especially Afternoon Tea. But this Chef owner seems to have it all. Changed me back to Coffee from Hot Tea in over a decade.Minority owned and LGBT Friendly. It seems welcoming. Front door open and the decor unique. One wall is like a beau mural in the tropics jungle and the crystal chandaliers and skylight take you somewhere else. Nice tables outside and great location just off the main street USA and great to get away afternoon for a cup of java. Smoothest cup I have ever had in years. Puts Peets behind for us.Nice! The salmon crepe is called a unique name and lives up to that. They are NOT chinsey or cheap with the amount of smoked.pescado.They even have a plain pb&j for the little ones. What Bitro does that ? Alot of homemade or raher I say Chef made design from Aioli to fresh made whipped cream. Crepe mix. Not too sweet so you can try savory and the Grande Marnier and banana and nutella. My other diner enjoys the plain with Lemonatta and sucre. Will definitely tell a co worker. Neighbors and those who appreciate clean FRESH food with flair and photo styled different tastes from around the world. My fave is the Thai chicken crepe. SO Good. My mouth waters as of this write. My other diner craves the curried chicken salad with fresh grapes on mini croissants. Just enough! Dont leave without a coffee to.go. And a dessert. Plan not to share. Its just seems so good not to. Yum yums. Its about Time Pleasanton. Bocado onward!

My visit to Le Palais Sucre was an experience Im eager to share. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked pastries enveloped me, promising a treat for the senses. The interior, with its elegant and cozy ambiance, made me feel like I had stepped into a little corner of Paris. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly knowledgeable, offering recommendations based on my preferences. Their passion for their craft was evident in every detail, from the presentation to the flavors.I indulged in a selection of their pastries - each was a masterpiece. The croissants were buttery and flaky, the macarons were perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, and the specialty cake I tried was a delightful explosion of flavors that danced on my palate. What sets Le Palais Sucre apart is not just the quality of their confections but the warmth and professionalism of their service. Much Ado About Pizza
1991 Santa Rita Rd Suite E, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
Saw this place as one of Yelps' 100 best eats in California. I've been to TP Tea in the same plaza so many times, but never tried this place. I didn't realize there was no space to really eat at the restaurant, but I was ordering take-out anyway. The couple seems very nice. Been only making pizzas for 2 years since the pandemic and were teachers before. We got a Henry the “8” pizza. I thought it was above average. Wifey liked it as she normally doesn't like pepperoni because it's too salty, but this place did it just right. We also ordered a Cheezy bread and it was a pleasant surprise - crunchy and chewy. The texture and the taste were great. Interesting that these were sourdough. I don't think the sourdough really affected my taste though. Oh yeah, I would come back!
