Service was great, but the food fell flat..it was not even good. Idk why, but it just didnt taste right, and it was sloppily made. Even my friends say their food didnt taste good. IMO, Taco Bell has the worst value menu. The chip and cheese dip looked sad, and it was 1.99 def not worth it. My burrito had too much cheese sauce and rice, and no protein. There were many inconsistencies here tonight. Maybe I came at the wrong time.

I always get the crunch wrap supreme here. Best food at Taco Bell. Everything else, Im not too sure of, but the crunch wrap supreme is the best since you can get a killer deal on the app.

The chalupas from here are amazing, and the workers always give a handful of sauce when i ask so i love this place

I called the store on 8/26/2023 and canceled order 907179. The employee took the order number and my name and said ok but I still got charged for it $6.51

Worst experience with drive thru, the guy who took the order is not qualified to work in this place, I ordered the Nachos Party Pack Veggie and 2 bean burritos, I got 2 beef grande nachos box, I told him why you haven’t told me that you don’t have the family pack” he said that is the same quantity “ So why do you have it on your menu then !!! and even the bean burritos I ordered turned to be beef burrito” do you believe it “ !! He really spoiled our night and I am so angry, all food was tossed awayThanks to Brian who was working on July 16th at 9:30 pm for spoiling our night .

Very dissapointed. I was the only customer that was in there no one in the drive through either and they still couldnt get my order right. I asked for a crunchwrap no tomatoes and it looked like they made it with tomatoes but then took them out but there was still a couple in there. The wrap was as if a brain dead child did it(wouldnt stay together, the middle was open and the whole thing was falling apart) it was also barely grilled for like 2 seconds. I was the only customer and they couldnt do the job right. They need to retrain their cooks so they make the food up to standard. Wont be going back here I guess. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because the manager/cashier was super friendly.
