Taco Bell in Menifee

Have loved Taco Bell my whole life.Whos the genius that came up with Doritos locos tacos? My personal favorite. This review is for the Taco Bell on Scott road by the freeway. We always eat inside. The three times we went its always been clean the people are very cool and they always get your order right.

I’ve lived just down the street from it for 7 years and I’m not sure I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location. They’ve never not had something I wanted, the food has never come out wrong or cold. Even if the lines are long they usually get through orders quickly. Exactly what we all want from a fast food place. I’ve been a fan of the Doritos locos tacos ever since they came out.

I went for a late night snack and I got a Mexican pizza. I got a pizza that looked old and wasn’t cut in pieces at all. I couldn’t eat it. It looked disgusting.

Food (supreme chalupa, to be specific) was good when they first opened. Now, for 3 consecutive drive-thru orders, the food has gone all soggy & wet oily when we get home, not living too far from the store. It is either the tomatoes are full of juice or the ground beef fat ratio has changed. I will try another location next and see if it is just this particular store that has this problem.

Went to get breakfast and there was literally a spot of egg in our burritos and a few bacon bits and the burritos were all flat because there was nothing in them. Then our bacon crunch wrap literally had no egg in it and the hash brown was so full of oil the tortilla was wet. We called and spoke to the manager and he told us he’d give us our money back but we needed to bring back the food we had which we did. Maybe he should have offered to pay for our time and gas. I would give no stars if it was an option.

Best Taco Bell around for miles. It’s newer and clean and off the beaten path. Whoever owns this and works there good job and kudos to you.

Make sure to check that you got the right things before you leave!!! I would give no stars if I could. They got everything wrong, replaced all my burritos with bean and cheese without telling me, replaced my mango whip with something I didnt ask for and just handed it to me with no communication whatsoever like it was exactly what I ordered. The kids working were definitely high, please get a different night crew, just wth. 🤦🏼‍♀️

This location used to be great but this new wave of employees does not care and is super rude no matter how nice you are to them.Everything in our order was literally uncooked, it wasnt busy. Yeah, I get it zoomers, things arent great, but dont take it out on customers?

Its Taco Bell! Amer-Mexican everything. Except they discontinued their BEST sauce, the green one. If everybody would just ask for the GREEN sauce, maybe it would magically come back.

Customer service here has consistently been top notch. Thats unusual for a fast food place, its usually hit or miss. The crew is always super friendly and the food orders have been accurate.
