Really disappointed! As mentioned in a previous post my family was super excited to have a different option for food when eating out in Menifee.The little stuff:-Everyone in line was complaining that they couldnt read the electronic menu in the store because it changed pages too quickly.-Everyone in the restaurant already waiting were all really visibly upset and verbal about being irritated (waiting for orders, orders incorrect, later customers getting served earlier, etc)The big stuff:I order $60 dollars worth of food, 5 entrees each with different options as to taste the spread (Chicken shawarma, gyro, kafta kabab, 2 shish tawooks). Waited over 30 mins. Addressed the cashier about the wait because two other people who ordered after me, with equally large orders were served first. They lost my order! Then they started to yell at each other with a room full of customers. I figured hey, let bygones by bygones if the food is good, right?!? Wrong!The rice was not cooked and still crunchy on 2 of our orders, the shish tawook was burnt, the chicken shawarma just tasted like oil, the hummus was bland, the garlic mayo didnt taste like garlic! Maybe today was an off day but dang was that a let down.

I thought that i might try Taco Bell. Never ate it before. I so regret it. I was just very hungry and have not eaten since yesterday at noon. Its alreasy 6pm now and that is my only meal for today because i was working and this is so close to the freeway. This chain in brand new looking. It is clean and the staff is friendly. So they get a star because the staff is excellent.But the food is terrible. How can anyone eat this stuff. Its terrible looking and it has too much of everything. I tried the chalupa for the first time. The shell was a good concept. But my goodness! It was soo thick that it is almost all shell than the stuffing inside. Then the shell looks like it was cooked on the outside but when i bit into it, the center was chewy and seem like it was not cooked all the way through. And who thought off putting so much cream ? All i can taste is the cream.I tried the 5 layer burrito. It is almost all cream and cheese. I couldnt taste anything else but the cream and the cheese.I tried the hard shell taco. The meat was, i dont even know how to do a review on that.If you want a tasty authentic Mexican fast food. Not Taco Bell. Just go to a little hole in the wall taco stand.I am thinking this is the American version or interpretation of what Mexican food taste like? They basically just got it all wrong is the nicest way I can put it.

This place is a joke. Their customer service is by far the worst I've seen in a long time. Every single time I order pickup from them my order is wrong or late.Tonight my order was supposed to be ready by 6:23 pm. I was there on time and walked up to the pickup line at the front. I heard Grub Hub drivers complaining how their order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago but it still wasn't ready. When I got to the counter Leah was there and promptly turned her back to me and ignored me. Out of the several girls there not a single one made eye contact or greeted the customers at the pickup counter (and there was several of us). They had a couple dine-in customers coming up to them complaining on how they forgot one of their pizzas or how long they've been waiting.No one addressed me until 6:40 pm after I had been waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. When I asked them if my order was ready Leah told me she didn't see my pizzas anywhere. She then informed a red headed girl who then proceeded to tell me that I must've ordered it for another store. I showed her my email confirmation. She then walked away from me without saying a word and walked to the girls making the pizza and handed them a receipt and sternly said to make these right now. When she came back to me, she said that she can't find my order in their system. Then miraculously she found it and said they'll make it (even though she already gave it to them make).Since I had already been waiting for 25 minutes at this point I told her to go ahead and cancel it. I was then told that she couldn't refund my order (and no one in the store apparently can). I was told that I would have to come in tomorrow to have her manager refund it (which of course I can't do because I have a job and life). Out of frustration I said go ahead and make them. 12 minutes later my order was finally complete. She handed me the pizzas and walked away from me. Not even an apology. She couldn't even fake being apologetic.When I got home I noticed that on one of my pizzas they forgot the mushrooms, bacon and feta (which happened to conveniently be mine). How can you miss something when it's literally written down on a piece of paper right in front of your face that you can read as many times as you need to make sure it's correct?!I am so beyond frustrated with this store. I'm not exaggerating when I say my order is ALWAYS incorrect or super late and that their staff is incredibly rude. They honestly need to fire their entire staff and start over (after training from corporate of course). It's such a shame that I'll never go back to this store anymore because their pizza is actually pretty good.

Super delicious & always satisfying! (2 years ago)I left the above review a couple of years ago & I stand by it! But I'm changing my star rate due to a rude experience recently had with an (new?) employee. I believe his name was Nick, made me wait more than 15 mins for my order that looks like it was already made since I walked in but chose to ignore me for whatever reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? Regardless, I told him I was there for my order pick up and he said okay but continued on with something else for OVER 15 MINS & all along mine was done! Wasn't until I believe a manager or lead acknowledged me & asked Nick to give me my order. Isn't the first time he's been unprofessional. On top of that, it made me late to work, didn't get to eat that as my breakfast, and really just threw off my day. I hope others haven't experienced this here.Quality is still great & delicious! Just unfortunate occurrences with that employee.

First timer! The food was good, I did a pick up. Just something that bothered me with the service is, once I entered the restaurant, the employee taking out the trash yells out “nose goes!” As in who would take care of the customer, for me I took it a little off, I was not greeted, but the employees were seemingly making a joke on who to see that would help me. I smile a little bit because I know how “nose goes works” and the store was about to close, so I totally understand the whole trying to get closing things done on time. (For I as well work in fast food as an Area Manager); however, what made me want to write this review is when the employee saw me pick my food up and I was reading the receipt to double check it was for me, and she made a comment about me to the other employee, while I was in the store on how I took the food then proceeded to check the name and order as if I wasn't there to hear her. I personally just feel, I love that the two young ladies were having fun and getting things done, just the comment made and the nose goes. As I would like to have been treated as any customer that would come in during the midday regardless Of the time

My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try for date night. We walked in at about 8pm. There were plenty of open seats on a Saturday night. We were seated by the host immediately.We ordered about 5 dishes to start. We highly recommend the sliders, lollipop lamb, bruschetta, mussels and octopus. We are huge foodies so the meat and seafood options for tapas were great! The sliders were very tasty (medium rare), we had to order seconds.However, we were disappointed with the extended wait time to make the seafood paella. Jessica was very honest and told us it would take about 20 minutes and compensated us with a complimentary drink on the house. We truly appreciated her service for honoring it.Unfortunately, when the seafood paella came out, we expected the dish to be mouth watering but we only literally worked around the dish and ate the mussels and squid that were in it. The rice tasted undercooked but we didnt want to address it since it took long to cook we just paid for the dish. It isnt worth $34.99 in our opinion.The presentation with each dish was amazing. The restaurant seems a bit short staffed but we were patient because Jessica tried her best to be as attentive as possible. Give this place a try for date night. While on my search for new foodie adventures, I came across @savagechefbarandgrill in Menifee! It was an experience that had @figgy_fab and I thoroughly surprised. The environment was very chill. With the food of a fancy top notch Steakhouse, and cocktail/music lounge (mixture of hip hop, pop and other music), the combination leaves you trying to figure out where you are but at the same time not wanting to leave this semi-futuristic restaurant.Photo creds: @figgy_fab(Too many shadows from my side of the table)But enough of jibber jabber, to the lineup!Butternut Squash Arancinis:Crispy Butternut squash risotto, truffle aioli, Crispy sage. First of all anything with aioli is great but this appetizer was a pleasant surprise! Flavorful, light and fluffy on the inside and that ever so slight crunch on the outside! 3 was not enough haha! ????Cavatelli Mac N Cheese:Shishito peppers, parmesan, and toasted breadcrumbs. Not what we were expecting! Nevertheless, the flavors were good and the shishito peppers gave it a slight kick! ???Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib:Creamy parmesan polenta, roasted parsnips and baby carrots, zaatar, and gremolata. Im not really sure what the last 2 things are but all I know is that this dish was great! The short ribs were perfectly cooked and the layers of the dish collided and exploded with a flavor palette that I was not ready for. Most definitely could eaten another one or two! ??????Scratch-made banana pudding:Nilla wafers, fresh bananas, burnt meringue. From flavorful to sweet, the dessert was an interesting mix. A surprising twist was the white chocolate chips, making it an even sweeter treat for taste buds. Normally I dont eat bananas but they were overpowered by the pudding taste, which is totally ok with me! ????@savagechefbarandgrillWas a great place to have dinner! We were expecting something different and got hit with something better. Definitely have to go back and try other items! 9/10 is the rating and Im stickin to it! I'm writing this as I sit on the bathroom floor between exorcist vomits.I'm so sad. We used to come here so often before the pandemic and since then, it seems they've really gone downhill. I've ordered steak here multiple times and have never had it come out the way I ask for it. Tonight, I ordered a medium cooked New York strip. The first steak they brought out was well done on the inside and completely burnt on the outside. When I cut into it, I swear it was like the Turkey scene from Christmas Vacation! Pictured is the second steak they brought out. I accepted it, despite it looking like a grilled chicken breast because we had limited time and needed to pick up our son. I took only ONE bite of this chicken steak thing and realized that the seasoning is chicken flavored. It seriously tasted like chicken stock. My husband tried it and agreed (he had a bone in rib-eye medium rare that came out between medium and well done).We left around 7pm and arrived home by 8pm. By 8:30, I was vomiting. I'm not sure exactly what I ate there that caused me to be this sick but I was fine all day until this meal. My husband is also sick. We both had a house salad and one piece of this chicken steak thing. I had sweet potatoes and he had mashed. We both had the bread and butter. Regardless…. Something there has turned.The only reason we continued coming here was for the house salad and rolls. Unfortunately, the house salad tastes different and the beloved cinnamon butter doesn't have a cinnamon taste anymore.Our server (I can not remember her name for some reason) was great. I absolutely do not blame her for the cook's issues. She was very respectful and helpful.

Unfortunately, the rating I must give them is definitely two stars mainly for the food, service and atmosphere was totally on point. I like the Marketing spiel, love and what not. I had got the Madison bumgarner sandy and I must say it not only had too little meat, but was super doughy. Every time you bite the sandwich it's like you're eating only bread, carb overwhelming as heck. A thinner bread would suit them. The sauces they put on there was also odd and didn't mix well flavor wise. I already mentioned they don't put enough protein in the sandwich, but to top it off they put so little cheese on there one can barely even taste the cheese. Every bite was mainly lettuce and bread with a strong too sweet, off putting sauce. For cheesesteak sandwiches id say this place is not it. I would totally give this place another shot cause I want to like this place, so perhaps I got the wrong sandwich. This was my first time ever in any Ike's sandwich shop, so I'd say I'll give them 2 more tries before I give up and never go again. The magical 3x, maybe on the third try I'll fall in love who knows.On the positive side of things they had these all natural teas & lemonades/strawberry fountain drinks which i totally liked more than anything here……..but one cannot go to a restaurant just for they're fountain drinks?I first saw this place when I was living in Oahu Hawaii, they had a location in Ala Moana shopping mall in the food court by target, I just checked today to see if they're still open and not to my surprise they closed down that location……I can see why it didn't last……?
