I ordered breakfast at 7:00 a.m. on the app. Arrived at 7:10 a.m. and waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. It was like the place was empty (see pic). I was kind of concerned they were getting robbed or something. When someone did show up I was told they could not have any breakfast ready for 30 more minutes. I was not about to wait and left a very unhappy person telling them I was going elsewhere.Fast forward about 45 minutes and I get a text stating my food is ready and my credit card has been charged. I am so upset with these people.I called to talk to someone about it since corporate is closed. I asked the girl who answered what her name was so I could tell corporate when I speak with them next week and she refused to give it to me.In the end I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute. I eat at Taco Bell quite frequently and have never ever been treated this poorly in a Taco Bell in my life.

This is a basic fast food Taco Bell so you should know what to expect before arriving. You also probably know your order already. You dont get much more than youd expect. The restrooms are clean and the staff is as adequately nice as you can hope for. This is worth a visit just to hit that craving.

Horrible service. Always forgets the sauce packets and other things in every order I’ve made. Tried to do doordash and this girl wouldn’t let me get this man’s order because they were mad they ordered so much food and I didn’t have a thermal bag with me but the door dasher behind me picking up didn’t have a thermal bag either but they gave him his order. It was a regular grocery bag. Also, the order wasn’t even ready, which I think is the main reason she told me to get someone else with a bag to do it. Lol. This place is horrible, & has rude staff. Took at least 5 minutes to even greet me after I walked over to the counter & there was no one else in line but me. Will never come here again. The girl with long dark hair has a disgusting attitude she needs to work on and needs to do her job fulfilling orders on time! Seriously, it’s Taco Bell, not a hard job to do in the first place. Lol. I understand why she hates her job but don’t take it out on paying customers because you’re unhappy with your life!

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been too. I’ve never waited in line in the drive thru for so long before. Been line for 20 minutes. Highly don’t recommend

Employees are very lazy when it comes to customers service.they do their job like they have no back bone.the restroom is not clean and trash is scatter on the floor. Employees does not bother to wipe the table for the next customer.and two fat employees girl did not wash their hands after using the restroom or after they went outside to vase and smoke..

This place is a disaster!!’ I waited in the drive thru on Sunday for over 38 minutes! 2 cars in front of me. Never did get my food, ended up driving over the curb to get out of the disaster. When I pulled around to the front two employees were out front smoking and yelling at cars going by on M Street! Never again will I go back!

Waited 35 minutes in a line and only moved three car lengths before giving up and going to Burger King. Huge disappointment not getting our Taco Bell favorites, but Burger King was great! Highly recommend them

I love taco bell/KFC !! They have great people working there when I went, they are on the ultimate level!! Clean restaurant, quick service. I love ( a million xs love!!!) The steak casadia among the other stuff, and the breakfast steak burrito, m, love it!!! Try one sometime, squirt a little lime sauce on it, m, love it!!! Thank you

Breakfast was literally the last thing I’ve been willing to eat from there and now they can’t even do that right. They’re all too busy in the back getting fried with the chalupas.

Best beefy 5 layer ever! All I wanted was the tortilla anyways right? Can’t believe I waited 30 minutes and paid for this… should have just went for a sit down meal at a restaurant or something.
