Figured Id have a quick bite before getting on my train in Oceanside. Unfortunately I missed it. Two cars in front of me took me 18 minutes to get up front to pick up my food. Would have got out of line. Unfortunately three cars got behind me. Cost me $40 for my train ticket that I missed. Had to rent a car to drive home.. Never again.

Soda machines stuck no syrup. I went and they had happy hour for med drinks 1.00 a piece large was 2.69 a piece. I ordered 2 larges but I find out after I pay they only had med cups. so I ask for an adjustment which would of been about 3.38. she gave me .38 cents. wow. never coming back again.

Tried ordering a meal for 4 combo that I seen on the website, I know some combos are exclusively for online only... but the meal for 4 did not specify as an online only option. All this was discussed while in the drive thru, I was told no I would have to back out of the drive thru and order online, and that it will take them awhile... never had an issue with any Taco Bell till today.

Horrible, horrible, rude and completely incompetent!! There were approx 5 - 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I am not exaggerating when I say I waited at least 30 mins in the drive thru line. This happened on 3-20-23 around 4:20 pm. When I FINALLY got up to the window I told her how long I waited in line. No apology from her whatsoever. The drive thru lady’s response was literally this…..”We are short staffed. Only 2 people working. Nothing I can do about it.” I WILL NOT be going back there again!!

I usually don’t come to this location but i was in the area and decided to get taco bell. i spend about $23 just to get food poisoning. i’ve been so nauseous since i ate the food. i’ve been stuck in the bathroom all day. haven’t been able to sleep because i’ve been getting up to go to the bathroom. i will not be returning to this location. very disappointing because i love taco bell!

Okay so I had to go to San Marcos to go to Taco Bell but it was super freaking good. I just had that triple crunchwrap supreme. That thing is freaking amazing. This Taco Bell was nice and clean. I wanted to give them a five star but what I wanted to order, they were out of. Two different items that I wanted off their menu was not available because the first, they were out of and the second, their machine was down. WORST SERVICE EVER, DO NOT GO HERE!!!I used to love going to Taco Bell, it has been my favorite go-to fast food my whole adult life, literally 25+ years, and ate there almost every week. I have had THE WORST service from this one store in the past 6 months that now I probably wont eat at any Taco Bell EVER again. EVERY ORDER I PLACED FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS WAS WRONG AND/OR MISSING ITEMS. This place, and its staff are doing W O R K. Its the only Taco Bell within a 15 mile radius after they tore down the Vista Way one and I tell you, the staff still had insanely good attitudes(in this economy?!) for the extremely long lines and I salute them.Trash Fast Food with straight Gs making that place operate. I love taco bell and this location was my go to but over the past few months it has gone down hill completely. the wait time is insane, even when you mobile order and it says its ready i still waited 30 minutes outside while the manager yelled at me for just standing outside waiting for my pick up cus the inside was closed for short staffed and i didnt have a car to wait in the drive thru (which was taking people over 30 mins anyways just to order) and then they gave me a completely different order but locked the doors so i couldnt even let them know. im a vegetarian so getting the wrong order just had me waste money on food i basically had to throw away. i completely understand being short staffed and am very patient and have no issue waiting longer for my food and i never complain but the manager was so rude for me waiting outside when another employee told me to and then to get a completely wrong order i couldnt eat just isnt okay. someone needs to get this location in order because its absolutely ridiculous and management isnt doing anything but making customers feel uncomfortable to even go there.

I ordered the deluxe cravings box, and 3 crunchy tacos, they gave me the 3 tacos and just the toasted chadder chalupa and I told them I ordered the box not just the chalupa then they gave me back just the box minus the 3 crunchy tacos I ordered for my son. So I once again corrected them and asked for the 3 tacos I was missing and offered to pay for it but they said no it’s fine. After all that I’m still missing my drink which I went and had to pay for it. I will never go here again very poor customer service.

Been going here for a while and theres occasionally a messed up order here and there. I tend to over look them since its always minor things. But today I ordered a black bean crunchwrap for my girlfriend (who is vegetarian!) and they gave us a crunchwrap with MEAT. We felt horrified when she spit it out and saw there was meat in her wrap. I dont have anything good to say since this isnt the first time they’ve messed up our order!

The food here is inexpensive, the drive thru is relatively fast and the food is amazing. I would certainly recommend ordering the Chalupa Supreme with mild sauce, it is absolutely the best thing to order on the menu. Although the cold drinks they make are a little too sweet, its still good. For the most part the workers are very nice as well.

Today we went to taco bell and ordered some drinks with a lady whos taking our orders and she was being really rude to us. And so when we drove up to the window, the atmosphere got so awkward and so we were trying to have a conversation with her by asking how was her day but all she did was just say Good with the tone like shes upset. So we asked if taco bell had military discount and all she did was rolled her eyes and walked back to the computer and fixed it for us. we were trying to get her name but she happens to not have her name tag on so we didnt get her name but she looks like shes the manager because she didnt have that uniform of taco bell on. Weve been there so many times and theres so many people who taking our orders were much more nicer than her, I didnt get a chance to get their names. I just really feel the disrespectfulness from her. Thank you!

Service was slow and every time Ive tried to give it another try Im always disappointed... portions are small for what you pay for. Seems like their corporate office is trying to save a few pennies by putting maybe 2 tablespoons of beef in their burritos with cheese and then charge you 3.60 and feel its worth it. I however want to be satisfied when i pay for something. It was basically a tortilla i paid for. Therefore i took it back, got a refund and drove to del taco where they havent changed much for portions. And the moreno valley taco bell wasnt busy and when you tell them theres not not TP in the womans restroom youd think theyd get some in thereTo be honest. Taco bel has gone down hill throughout the years this was my last shot with them.Overpriced for small portions. 👎 bring back the taco bell from 25-30 years ago... bring back the CEO and his/her staff from back then because that group knew what they were doing.

At 11:00pm on Tuesday 8/22/2017 my fiancé and I went to the drive thru to get a simple, small order of two soft supremes. Funny thing though, there were two people inside with headsets on, yet no one acknowledged us as we waited ten minutes. We also drove slowly in reverse and then forward to activate the bing sound just in case they didnt hear the first time. After STILL not being acknowledged, we drove past the windows to check the hours...which like on here said open until 12:00am. While I know its a pain in the ass sometimes to serve drive thru customers late at night (I was a shift lead for two years) its completely against policy to IGNORE customers. I will be sending in a complaint to corporate, not because Im THAT upset about not getting my less-than mediocre fast food tacos, but because of my experience and the standard I hold for customer service. I personally never and would never ignore a paying customer. I always served right up to the last minute (and I still do at my current driv-thru job) Shame on the employees that were there that evening.

I came in today to try the new Taco Bell chicken chips. They are delicious. But Im doing this review to single out Jose or his other name is Kal-El I think. Not sure on the spelling. However you guys should know that this guy was extremely friendly and was very relatable. I actually had to wait in a line of cars for the drive-thru but I came here during a hot time period regardless of the weight he was a really nice person to deal with and I look forward to seeing him again. I even messed up my order and he got it fixed for me in seconds. This guys a 10 out of 10. Promote him to manager and then to owner good luck to you brother

Best taco bell i have ever been to. The food is made how it is supposed to be made amd fresh as it gets. Nice and hot food os hot and cold stuff is cold. Its not greasy its literally made just right. Dined inside at approximately 2 p.m... dining room was 20% full, with a steady drive thru line of vehicles.. I ordered the $5 Box which included (2) crunchy Tacos & the New Cheddar Chalupa.. everyone knows when you eat fast food the menu picture never looks like the Food in front of you, UNTIL NOW... the 2 Tacos were so picturesque-packed perfectly with beef, lettuce, cheese & sour cream. The Cheddar Chalupa was very Flavorful but definitely needs hot sauce to brighten those flavors.. oh yeah dont forget the BAJA BLAST MTN DEW-- only at The Bell...
