The old guy that does the drive through checkout is too fast, and he isn’t very friendly. The food could be better, the Atascadero stores seem to have a better grasp on customer service as well as preparing the food.

People working here for very patient and nice. They let me park my truck and walk through the drive-thru!! And the food was actually awesome 💪💪 when Im around this area I know where to stop and get good food! If you have a truck and trailer I recommend stopping here! I called on the phone the guy walked out to check his drive-thru to even see if I can fit my truck! Thats how nice and understanding they are at this location!

Bringing back my favorite Encherito, I was stopping by on my way home. Every night, Id get home to find sauce from the dish, dumped inside the bag. They need to find either a bag or way to prevent the daily spillage of red sauce!

This was a pretty clean taco bell it was crowded in the drive thru but inside was pretty empty but the staff was quick with the order and friendly. The problem I had wasnt there making I dont understand who votes for the crazy laws in this state why are free bags dangerous for the environment and the ones they sell for $.25 OK this nonsense has moved on to fast food why cant I have condiments? Are we all unskilled and cant manage to put a lid and straw in our sodas? If you think you can handle these difficult tasks the employees will provide them to you and bags are still free

You changed the green sauce recipe.It was better before.Why is it that the sauce is put in one spit in the burritos instead of spread out throughout? It makes the burrito dry until you get to that 1 spot and then you take that bite and theres the sauce!

I just wanted to say how awesome the staff and food is here. A homeless looking gentleman walked in and ordered food. My family wanted to help the guy out and when we were about to, the lady at the cash register paid for his meal out of her own pocket. It’s kindness like that that makes these eating establishments enjoyable to come to. Thanks Taco Bell.

Skimping pretty hard on the burritos and crunchwraps.5 later burrito was 90% beans and about half as big as I remember from other locations.Crunchwrap was mostly tortilla. Barely anything inside. I’m happy to pay more for a legit meal but this was pretty lame.

Service was fast and accurate which you come to expect at a fast food restaurant. But not infrequently those basics arent met at many fast-food joints. Currently the dining room is invariably closed due to covid, but this location has a decently sized patio eating area you can use. There however is no shade overhead in the patio area.

We went to Taco Bell on Niblick in Paso Robles today 8/21/19 around noon. We went through the drive through. When we got to the window to pick up our order was greeted by a very nice gentleman. It was such a pleasure to have someone greet you, welcome you, tell you thank you and have a very nice day. Made us feel so good that I wanted to post this and thank the gentleman. This is one of the cleanest Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Accessibility it’s off the 41 and 101, which makes those late night runs quicker. The staff turn over is high, so sometimes you get some good, sometimes you get someone who isn’t that friendly. That’s the difference between 3 and 4 stars.

This Taco Bell is one of my favorite stops for lunch breaks, the 5 and 6 dollar boxes are a great budget option with lots of food. The drive thru staff are more friendly than not and I have only had a few bad experiences but enough to drop to 4 stars.The inside experience is also good. Seats in general are just plain uncomfortable for a big guy like me, but im sure thats a corporate decision.This Taco Bell is more consistent than all others at making my food good and I definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a quick bite for a low price.

Some what a little dirty on the floor and table tops a well as the soda machine area. cant blame taco Bell for what Im about to say but lots of customers staring at me and my family specially when ordering in Spanish language or kids running around a little. Some racial comments were heard even though they thought they were wispering felt so uncomfortable. But great customer service and attitude.

I had the worst experience this morning at this taco bell. I was waiting to use the restroom I knocked on the door because I was waiting for awhile and no one answered but I could hear someone in there so I waited even longer knocked again and nothing by the 3rd time I knocked a young lady comes out and said Im cleaning the restroom so I told her maybe you should place something on the.door to show you were cleaning it. She began to tell me corporate wouldnt allow her to. I said if thats the case maybe you could leave the door open while you clean or something I was waiting quite a while she said she didnt care I was like really I was shocked no apology no nothing.i just think this was really unprofessional and if it were me I wouldnt want someone like that working for me.

Extremely slow. I waited 17 minutes from time of order until food was received. I was one out of 3 people in the restaurant.When i walked to the counter to find out where my food was, it was being completed (15 mins after ordering) i was handed the tray with a very sheepish sorry for the wait.I do not recommend stopping here for a quick bite. Ever since youve guys started this new drive-thru with a person taking your order I feel like its filled you guys are trying to rush us through the drive-thru when theres a special order especially with no sour cream I always get my items with sour cream I have not had one good time going through the drive through I havent gone inside because of the pandemic but at the same time you guys need to keep it why change it it was fine the way it was youre trying to get the order out the window without seeing the details Im frustrated I come home I live out of town and by the time I get home to eat my meal Im too tired to go back and I have to dig out the sour cream this is happened in Paso Robles several times especially in Atascadero this customer is frustrated

Today, Dec. 18, I saw an employee snarling at a homeless-looking man (he did have two shopping carts filled with belongings) outside the restaurant. I asked the man if he was OK, and he stated he was not allowed to use the restroom and given the bums rush out the door.I have been to this place a few other times, and know they have a policy of giving a restroom code to everybody. I guess its really just everybody dressed in nice clothes. It was very snobby and mean for someone to do that so close to Christmas.The food itself is just meh.

Stopped by here because it was the only thing open at the time. Seems to be the hang out for the Shady folks in the evening. There was a woman in there that was very dirty and was bleeding from her arm. She kept scratching herself and touching everything. The food was ok, the young girl that was helping me seem to be frustrated that I was taking a few minutes to look at the menu. The place was filthy I noticed the workers like to chit chat and mess around more than do their job.

I have always had good service and food good. But tonight after a long day and my feet begging,just go thru drive up. Even though I saw a few cars ahead I pulled in. Started by the girl not listening Cuz she would ask me a question that I just answered. Then seemed like forever,(15 minutes ) I could see crew talking then forgot my sauce. Taco Bells Taco Bell if you want quick fast food made up Mexican food then heres your place. They are never consistent with their food the beans always taste different and they keep adding different things to the tostadas... Been eating Tao Bells tostadas for many many years, and now you have to tell them to not to put their nasty tasting chipotle sauce, and sometimes they add their regular cheese plus nacho cheese... Taco Bell has stp makin up Mexican fast food that doesnt exist anywhere else... I really like Taco Bell, but lately Ive been going to Del Taco, its very sad for me because I grew up with Taco Bell.
