This taco bell is honestly so frustrating, Ive had issues before where they forgot something I ordered but this is ridiculous! My boyfriend went to get us some crunchwraps from their drive-thru all 3 looked like the pictures Ive included. Barely any meat which was all on one side, the tortilla was too dry. Dont go to this one its not worth it.

Remember when you were younger and you had the best meal of your life? When you were in a magnificant place that dished out solid gold on a plate? When your server was both incredibly knowledgable, funny and gorgeous? Remember that? Well this was nothing like that. It was Taco Bell . Did you really think it would be like that? No, I didnt think so But I did have a pretty good XLT Stuft burrito with steak. So the day wasnt a total loss.

I want to preface this by saying I am ordinarily a very polite person. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and 2 nacho bell grandes. I wasnt given 1 of the nachos and after handing the bag back, I noticed cheese on my hands and clothes. Staff gave me the bag back with cheese all over it. Upon my arrival home, my husband unwrapped his taco which fell to the floor dt not being wrapped properly. I opened my nachos and all it was, was a bunch of slop and broken chips. Normally I would let it go. I drove all the way back and showed staff the nachos and asked them what they were going to do to fix it. They nastily replaced the nachos and when I said I would never patronize the store again, staff made a very snarky comment. I wish we could go back to 80s Taco Bell. Back to a time when the food wasnt garbage.

I would give no stars if possible. This location has gone extremely down hill. I know this used to be a quality store because I used to work here. Food quality is terrible. You do not get what you pay for. If you ask for extra they will charge you and not give it to you. They will enter your order wrong and remove the review screen before you can review and to add insult to injury, before you finish ordering. If that isnt enough the crew and manager are extremely short tempered with their guest. Taco Bell should do themselves a favor and close this store or get an entirely new crew. Dont waist your time or money going to this location.

Drive thru equipment broke down. Rather than post a sign (and/or by blocking the drive way with a cone or a trash can), the staff would rather you drive up to the screen, wait for them to answer, THEN tell you to come inside. A car at a time. It was obvious from the mob of people inside, the drive through had been closed for quite a while. Of course, inside they only had one register working, so the counter area was packed with people. Drove off without food more than a little irritated.

I went there this evening. I was the only one in drive thru line so there was no reason to hurry. When I was handed my sealed order I was assured everything was inside. I drove home and opened the bag only to find my order incomplete. I drove back and entered the store to let the employee know my order was incomplete. I repeated the order for them and they had the nerve to ask if I paid for what was missing. Is it a common experience for customers to make 2 trips within 10 minutes to your store to collect things they didn’t pay for or make an attempt to get something for free? I then watched other orders get filled before mine was bothered to be done. (Keep in mind the other part of my order was at home getting cold.) I was finally handed the rest of my order that I had paid for on the first trip and told to have a nice evening. A nice gesture but how about an apology for my inconvenience? How about adding something extra to the bag for the inconvenience your employees caused? You failure to provide a simple apology and your poor choice to treat me as if I was trying to get something for free is clearly an example of poor customer service training.

I ordered $26 worth of food and they gave it to me in 1 small bag completely full to the brim.When I had to check my order and empty out the over filled bag the clerk asked me to leave the drive thru and check in the parking lot.Not sure how much you have to spend to get more than 1 bag or even a larger bagAlso, one of the burritos had about 0.5oz of actual content inside of it. The Night Shift drive thru staff don’t care about the customers. My mother asked for no onions and no lettuce and they put both inside even tho the receipt says no. They rush and give broken taco shells. They always mess up her orders. If you don’t care about your customers then quit and find a different job! Poor staff, poor quality. The cooks preps are jokes.

Came through the drive-thru during the pandemic, and every customization I requested was wrong when I got home (requested no sour cream on my tacos and requested no ice in my drinks). On top of that, my crunchwrap looked like garbage and tasted stale. I cant come inside to complain due to the shelter in place, I get it if you dont want to be at work right now, but please care about your job. We need you right now.

Young man working there showed me how to use the self service ordering stations, and even showed me how to customize for vegan options. Theres fresco options and a button to swap out beef for black beans. I didnt have to feel extra for ordering customized food options because i was able to do it through the ordering system myself. Coming to this onemore often.

My wife used the modil app to order food for us when i came to pick it up they refused even though we have done this many times before, even when i presented her id, my id, and the card used and offered to call her they still refused to allow me to pick it up. So i had to return home pick up my sick wife and come back, the manager then gave us a sermon on identity theft, and our food had yet to be made even though i told them i would be back. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

I work for doordash and can rarely take a break so when I got the chance I stopped here to use the restroom and the lady told me it was for customers only, I understand that but it’s a fast food place I work for doordash and literally just needed to pee so I wouldn’t in my pants. Also have been here before as a customer and they’re very slow and messed my food up so I had to go in and have them remake it and they then proceeded to forget I was there and I had to remind them about 10 minutes after waiting.

Right now I had a bad experience, I ordered a triple Double with a Pepsi through drive thru & she never asked me what kind of drink I wanted, so I waited for 2 minutes to see if she responded but never did so when I got to the window I asked for Pepsi & she responded with such a bad attitude what? Pepsi!? She then gave me Dr Pepper then when she gave me the food they were two baked potatoes, I told her that isnt what I ordered she started giving attitude and said that was what I ordered and didnt want to change it because that wasnt what I had ordered/payed for. When you place an order through the drive thru if its to big to fullfil through the drive thru standard procedure is to have the customer drive to the front and the employees will bring it out to you. What i got was no one told me to drive around, apparently someone complained about the wait, then i was told off by Mauricio, from a voice in the back i can only guess to not place an order through the drive thru. Customers shouldnt be treated this way. It was insulting and there are better ways to go about it then hearing it from a bitchy voice that i cant see, repeated by the drive thru worker.
