I recently dined at Taco Bell and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience. While were all familiar with the brand, some Taco Bell locations can fall short in terms of flavor, service, and cleanliness. However, this particular Taco Bell exceeded expectations with its authentic ingredients, inviting environment, efficient service, and classic flavors that never fail to satisfy Taco Bell cravings. Despite the convenience of numerous Taco Bell outlets, I dont mind driving a few extra blocks to this location due to its great atmosphere, friendly staff, and spotless surroundings. If youre seeking the quintessential Taco Bell experience, this spot definitely delivers on all fronts.

I cant say enough good things about my local Taco Bell! Every visit is a delicious adventure. I typically dont like to rate fast food restaurants because theyre very volatile and inconsistent when it comes to food, service, customer service. Today was a great day. I was rushing to grab a quick bite. Taco bell is usually my last resort, but I made en exemption. Let me tell you whoever the lady or man in the back making the black beans they were fire 🔥! Yum 😋 they got my order right even though I submitted it digitally on the pad. Also this pad is way better than the one at McDonalds. I didnt mind using this one. To the fella that let me use the ladies restroom because the mens was temporarily out, thank you for being a kind human being. You saved me from a ton of bladder pain since I work in the field all day and depend on public restrooms. May you receive tenfolds of good karma. Other places/people would say its out and say oh well. My order was a cheesy gordita crunch with black beans, crunch wrap supreme with black beans, cheesy potatoes, and a drink. Place looks recently very remodeled, very clean, they play christian music which is rarely heard these days. It was a nice change. Overall satisfied customer full and happy 😁

My order is wrong every time. I waited 40 minutes in drive thru line for a pickup order because they lock the door at a certain hour. But of course my order was wrong, so I had to park and bang on the door until someone let me in. Then I waited an additional 20 minutes for them to correct my order. Never again.

Like I said we will all keep going back for the 79 cent crunchy tacos at Taco Bell or we can enjoy a healthier menu at the same time. Try to be back the dollar menu or $2 menu so customers can go back to Taco Bell and not go to Taco hell.. somewhere else. Great job on the new style of the Taco bells. Shout out to The architects. Taco Bell has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. This location tends to be very well kept and the service is always friendly. Food quality is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant but in my own opinion the food always looks and tastes fresh. I have never received wilted lettuce or soggy tomatoes in any of the items I have purchased. As stated the service is great and I feel comfortable knowing that what I see on the screen when I order is what I get in my bag as I drive away. Thank you for the work you do to provide my lazy self sustenance when Im in a hurry. I hope you all have a similar experience.

Very disappointed with a place we visited many, many times in the past. All the remodeling in the world does but take the place of customer service and proper order delivery.Their menu has changed, our questions were not answered and no discussion was allowed. We were the only in person customers and I ky two vehicles in the drive-thru so there wasnt an issue of excessive pressure. We ordered, paid & awaited our food. Our name was called but there was more food than ordered. We asked and someone shouted from the back but the words were unintelligible. We asked for clarification but no response. Finally an employee came forward and stated a second drink belonged to someone else whos name had not been called.Our food order was not complete so we went back to the counter - twice. We were not acknowledged until we ended up stating out loud what we needed to any of the three employees nearby until our order was finally complete. By then our food was cold. We will no longer patronize this Taco Bell.

The line at the drive thru was going down the street so we went inside. The guy at the counter said im on break and walked out just as we stepped up to the counter. We stood there for several minutes before someone came from the back to help us. She was really stressed out, and made a point to express it to us. I felt bad ordering food because they were clearly understaffed. This wasnt the employees fault, it was management. They shod never be this understaffed. In addition, they play Christian Rock music really loud in the lobby. Not that there is anything wrong with religion, its just wrong to subject your customers to your beliefs. Not everyone enjoys that music and it makes most people uncomfortable. It was very weird from the music to the strange employee behavior and the soda even tasted weird. We will never go to this Taco Bell again.

The female working the drive thru had a horrible attitude. I work in customer service and have many years of management under my belt to know when someone isn’t having a good day, this wasn’t the case. I called to avoid a bad review, and she wasn’t even the slightest remorseful for her attitude. Apparently she’s the manager in charge right now, I feel bad for this fast food establishment. Probably the worst taco bell visit.Diet coke tasted awful. Moldy taste. Returned it got Gatorade that was warm. Gross.Tacos and chalupas was also cold the bean and cheese was also awful. Tortilla looked like it was old.Plus the menu screens was broken or not working . Could not see the full options.This location is stil not letting anyone use soda machine or sauces. So yesterday I went to this Taco Bell location. The service was great no one was rude at all. My problem is that one of their employee enter the taco bell without mask. Its not a big of a deal but if all fast food and retail stores. Require that associates wear a mask and customers . Its too protect everyone around you. So please address this to your employees. I’m pretty upset because I ordered 2 burritos w/ no beef and with beans instead but I still got beef. I don’t live near this taco bell otherwise I would’ve went back but still a waste of food & my time. I was very clear and specific about it too & on the receipt it said no beef. Came today to buy 12 tacos and didn’t have enough to pay for my order. the manager of this Taco Bell decided that just because she thought my debit card was a gift card, that she wasn’t going to refund my money. What? You can’t refund me because you think my card is a gift card... (and this is the manager we are talking about) she refused to give me my money back. I told her that I wasn’t going to leave without my money all because she can’t figure out how to refund me. I’ve worked in restruants and retail and have never heard of a register unable to process refunds over a negative transaction. Which means this manager was accusing me of ether fraud or she didn’t know what she was doing. After an hour of explaining to her that 1. It wasn’t a gift card 2. She can’t expect me to leave without ether $12 worth of food or my refund and 3. She simply can’t make up policies that don’t make sense just to get customers to give up. An employee from the back come to translate to the manager who I guess wasn’t understanding English that whole time, and explain to her that she can’t keep our money if they are not going to serve us. Finally she understood and refunded us.Now I’m here as a customer looking at manager who should know about return policies, trying to convince me that I can not get my refund because I don’t have enough to pay for my order... why are companies hiring managers who not only don’t know what their doing but try to convince their customers that they are the ones at wrong? Never coming back and telling everyone not to come here because they might leave without their money and their order.

Service was horrible cashier messed up our order and gave me an attitude when I had to return the first order. She mess up second order also but I ate it anyway didnt want anymore attitude from her. Both orders where the same simple tostada no hot sauce or chipotle add sourcream. We got one with hot sauce and sourcream one with hot sauce no sourcream. Next order had hot sauce and chipotle no sourcream. Not going back to this location again. Service us to be good and everyone very friendly. But the past few times have had bad service and orders messed up.

I recently moved to Whittier and this Taco Bell/Pizza Hut is close to my house. Weve run down here a couple of times after working late at the house and I order breadsticks with my baha gorditas. The gorditas have always been good, but this last time the breadsticks were dried out and horrible. It was only after my first bite that I noticed they didnt have that serve by sticker on the breadsticks!What makes me most angry about this is that THEY KNOWINGLY SERVED POOR QUALITY FOOD!!!!Id still eat here, but Im definitely going to make sure that there is the time stamp sticker on any of the pizza hut food before I leave the drive through window!
